"Who puts a car like that in a street race?" He raised his hand and ran his fingers through his hair. Obviously there were awefully rich people here who would probably be willing to protect the man, who sold them the stolen car for probably much less. They had to be aware because it had a different paint job.
He turned his attention back to Kira. "Where was the race? Can you show us?" His voice was much softer now. Brian had to watch it. He was so on edge that he got into peoples faces too much.

Kira stepped back so Brian wasn't so close anymore. "I'll show you tonight were the race is if you do me two favors first." She spoke getting a little braver after Brian seemed to calm down. "First may I have my camera back?" she asked as she held out her hand for it. She needed the camera for work and even though she had others with her that was her favorite one.

Seeing that Brian was getting a little dreamy with all the car pics in the camera, Cole grabbed it from him and handed it to Kira. "Whats the second thing?" Cole rested his hands on his hips.

Kira smiled and hooked the camera over her neck after turning it off. She bit the inside of her lip before asking the second favor. "Tell me why you came over here and yelled at me even though I've done nothing wrong. I told you that in all the places you've seen me I had been there first besides this one. So I can't be following you but I would like to know the real reason." She held her breath wondering if they were going to give her a reply like she had heard Cole tell another girl the other night or something different. Ether way she wanted to know why.

The question caught Cole off guard. "Well I know for fact we were at the gas station first, which is the most random place you could possibly show up. I thought it was interesting you park as far away from us as possible." Cole sighed. "We never said you were doing anything wrong, we just want to make sure you're not making a documentary about us, cause that ain't cool." Cole crossed his arms.

She understood where Cole was coming from with the fact she was parked far away but something didn't sit right with her when he said they thought she was filming a documentary again. "I parked far away so I wouldn't be able to hear whatever you two were talking about to give you privacy and besides this gas station is the cheapest in the city why wouldn't someone come here to fill up? But about what you said with me filming a documentary on you two wouldn't I need a film camera for that? That's only have a photography camera and I don't even own a film camera." She leaned against her car waiting for a response maybe they would tell her what she asked.

Cole raised his hands. "Alright, I'm sorry then. Must just be a concidence." He still thought she might be on to them in some way, but there was no point in pressing the issue further. Only bad things would happen if she got any more suspicions. Cole turned back towards his car. "Take care, Kira." He waved.

Kira stopped the gas pump and put it away then turned to Cole. "So you don't want me to show you two where the car in the picture was last night?" she asked surprised that he would give up on something so easily. "Sure you didn't tell me what I wanted to know but you did apologize so I guess I can show you guys where it is." She pulled out her cell to look at the time the race wouldn't start for another hour or so.

Did she just say what she just said? Cole froze in his tracks and turned around with a frown on his face. "What did you want to know?" Cole was starting to think that she already somehow knew what was going on. Either way, this was getting out of hand

Kira maybe I said to much she thought. Sure she heard them the other night but they didn't know that. "Well, I just thought the whole documentary thing you said before was fake but I guess that's just because I know that I'm not." She shrugged the statement off even though she was starting to freak out again.

Kira seemed to be getting real nervous, which made Cole think she was hiding something. With a stern glare he said. "Do you know something you're not supposed to?" Cole was debating what to do, and how to keep her quiet about whatever she heard.

After looking a Cole Kira really didn't want to say what she heard the other night at the race. Sure he was younger then her but he was taller and that did make her even more nervous. "Can't I just be nervous because of the fact A, you're taller then me and B," she pointed to Brian "even if I hadn't done something wrong his glare sure makes me feel like I have?" That wasn't a lie both facts were actually true she hated fights for the reason she wasn't all that athletic or strong and both Brian and Cole were defiantly stronger then her. She just decided that until she knew them a little better she wasn't going to tell them what she heard. She was going to be weary about them though both seemed to have a temper on them.

Cole was frusturated, but didn't mean to intimidate Kira. He sighed. "Well look, whatever is bugging you about us, keep it to yourself. We're in enough bad situations, we don't need another." He motioned to Brian to leave Kira and he turned around and walked back to his car. It would've been nice to learn more about that CCXR, but he couldn't trust himself anymore to talk to her. He had to get out of that situation.

Brian had had enough of the conversation. If it wasn't for the fact that this photographer knew here to find the car that could possibly lead to his freedom hje would have backed up earlier. He watched Cole walk away but stayed with her. "This all sounds a little fishy, doesn't it? Can I buy you a coffee?" He wondered and put on a slight smile. Usually Brian was a pretty good judge of character and he didn't feel threatened by the young woman.

Kira watched Cole as he walked away a little surprised that Brian stayed while his friend walked away. She turned to Brian with a small smile. Her nerves were starting to calm down but she didn't want to get him mad at her. "Sure, coffee sounds good. I know where we can get some too." After spending the past two weeks in Tokyo she knew many places where she could eat or get something to drink at a good price.

Brian gave Cole a nod, then told Kira. "Great, just lead the way. I'll follow you."
He climbed into his Nissan and waited for her to pay, then followed her through the streets of inner Tokyo until they arrived at a coffee shop that reminded him very much of the ones he knew from the united States.
At the entrance he met the blonde and held the door open for her. "After you." Maybe he'd get further if he was his usual self and a little friendlier than at the gas station. The signs were in Japanese as well as English, probably due to the many tourists here. "I'll have a grande moccha." He told the lady behind the counter. "And you?"

Kira smiled a bit as Brian held the door open for her. "Thank you." She walked in and didn't even have to looked at the sign. "Peppermint mocha please." She waited for the drinks but her mind wandered a little bit as she wondered why he was being so nice. The mood had definitely changed from the when he had first walked up to her at the gas station.

"Pepermint!" Brian winced. He couldn't imagine anything he'd like less in his coffee except for brussel sprouts maybe. He handed the lady a bill and took the coffees. In the back he found a quiet booth and sat down.
"Okay, let's try this again." He offered her his hand. "Hi, I'm Brian and usually not such an asshole. Nice to meet you.

Kira followed him to the booth and sat down across from him and took his hand. "And I'm Kira. Its nice to meet you too" She let go of his hand and took a drink of her coffee. "So what do you want to know?"

For a moment he was blowing steam clouds off his coffee before he took a careful sip. That gave him time to think how much he could really tell her. Kira could be quite dangerous to him with her photos and the knowledge he was about to give her. This was a dangerous game and it was making him uncomfortable. Suddenly he felt trapped in the booth opposite of her and slightly moved his sore shoulder in the sling that felt like a prison right now. Brian had to take another sip before he explained. "I need to find that car not because I've loved it since I was little. That's crap. The car wasn't even build then. I have to find it because somebody is blaming me to have stolen it. If I find the car I might find the person who really stole it."
