The drive towards the prison was silent. Paolo sat in the driver seat, Stephano adjacent to him. Both persons deep in thought contemplating the upcoming events. The Continental was filled with everything they needed. Stacks of money amounting to 3.5 million dollars, cynaide capasules, stun rods, the handguns of choice for both men and one of Stephano most closely guarded possesions; three cans of Kolokol-1.
Kolokol-1 was developed in the Soviet Union in the 70s. Stephano was able to cash in on a limited supply of it when one of his Russian associates failed to come up with enough money. Instead of shooting him on the spot Stephano recieved the cans of Kolokol-1 to finish the payment. Now he uses them for of select occassions due to his shrinking supply.
As the Continental rolled down the road Stephano hoped for many things. He hoped Mai recieved his message he left on her phone, that Mr. Fisher didn't want him behind bars along with Dominic and that Dominic after five years would be able to coup with the outside world. The closer the car got to the prison the more his hopes dropped.

Even after five years, Dom found it impossible to settle into the daily routine that he was forced into...if a routine is even what you call it. Mia's stubborn promise to break him out kept resonating with him, but frankly he'd rather she have nothing to do with it, even if she truly believed it was in her best interests. Part of him half expected her along with possibly a few other friends to suddenly appear at the doorway in handcoffs. No, he had more faith in her than that, she wouldn't do anything too drastic or stupid, would she? That question haunted him everyday.

The day she was looking foward was finally here, she received her uncle message and was the one dressed and running out the door in seconds. She know stood leaning on Dom's charger waiting for uncle Stephano to show.
Her heart was pounding a mixture of excitment and nervousness, Stephano's car was getting closer and she grew more nervous, Dom was going to be pissed but also knew he was ready to be out of there.
She took a deep breath "This is it," she muttered under her breath and tried to calm down her heart that seemed to jump out of her chest at any second.

As the Continental drove towards Mia's house Stephano noticed her outside near Dominic's Charger. Pulling off the the crub the Continental halted to a complete stop. The passenger door opened and out steeped Stephano who in turn then jumped out, proceeded over to Mia and greeted her.
"Fine day isn't it?" Trying to break the tension which filled the air.

"Yes... I guess," she answered it was a little bit of an awkward way to greet him. She then moved closer to his uncle embracing him.
The day was windy and cloudy, if it didn't change in an hour or so then there was no doubt rain was going to fall. "Are you ready?" trying to calm down on the inside, looking up at the sky, it was only a matter of hours if not minutes to have Dominic out of jail.

Releasing Mia, Stephano stepped back. "Alright we have a lot to do today. I have come up with a few ideas to get your brother out. First is the warden will just let him go. If that fails we can bribe him with 3 million dollars and finally if worst comes to worst we'll make Dominic fake his death with gas I have accquired and then we'll "dispose" of him." Taking a breath Stephano continued. "So what do you think?"
As the last word was spoken the distink rumble if thunder was heard off in the distance.

"Very good," she simply say at the different options although that gas he said he had make her a little bit nervous. Her head turn to where a thunder lighten the darker sky, the sound was so powerful that the earth beneath her feet shook a little feeling the impact of mother nature.
"So, what are we waiting for?" she finished her question as a second thunder was heard more powerful than the first one. Dominic was going to kill her but she had lots of times to deal with her big brother.

Hearing Mia's response and the thunder made Stephano's mind up for him. There was no time left for small conversation, Dominic was waiting, hell the man had been waiting five years for this day to come. Stephano quickly returned to his car and motioned for Mia to either join him or take her own.
"Well you coming with us or not my dear? You better make up your mind soon, I'm pretty sure I felt a couple of drops not long ago."
Stephano opened the rear door of the Continental and waited for Mia's move. Soon the sky began to open up with a slight drizzel and assorted drops of rain.

The rear door of the Continental was open and she didn’t hesitate to get in, as soon as the door was close rain starting hitting the car, it looked like the sky was falling to pieces. “Quick choice but a good one,” she told Stephano looking out the window watching more thunders lighten the sky.
It was a good thing she was wearing jeans and a sweater and some black flats, simple yet cute, just in case she had to run for some reason which at the moment she couldn’t understand why she might be running but oh well.
She leaned on the leather seat she was and waited a few more minutes that seemed hours to her, her eyes moved closer to the window as the jail could be seen from the car, only a few feet away to have Dom out of there. “Hang in there Dom, and please don’t kill me…” she kept the words to herself instead of sharing them out loud.

As the Continental pulled away from the curb the sky opened. The rain came in torrents. It covered all with its slik self making driving problematic and dangerous at times. The Continental rolled on however, only slowed by the storm. By the half-hour mark the presistance of the rain and its thunderious noise was enough for Stephano. He filed through the glove comparment and found a cassette of Dean Martin's selected hits. Frowning slightly he thought. "It isn't Sinatra but it'll do." He placed the cassette into the reciever and Dean's voice replaced the obnoxious sounds of the rain. Speeding on they inched ever closer to the prison and to Dominic's freedom.

For some reason she was nervous, the rain and the thunders didn't help one bit to calm her down. When music filled her ears, somehow removed some of her nervousness and she wished just to be walking out with Dominic, if it was that easy to just snap her fingers and have him out of there. She leaned her back on the leather seat and waited for the car to stop. "Almost there," she spoke in her mind realizing they were closer to the jail than she thought.

The continental pulled up to the main gate of the prison. In the pouring rain Paolo rolled down his window to the guard motioning so. Stephano then faced the guard and spoke. "I am here to vist a member of this complex. Can you lower the gate?"
The guard groaned and reluctantly opened the gate letting the Continental proceed through. Finding a parking space quickly, Stephano turned in his seat towards Mia. "Alright what I need you to do is a simple task. You need only to vist with Dominic and possibly hint towards our intentions. I will deal with the warden and by tonight your brother shall be back home."
Stephano then opened his door and moved to the trunk. Collecting the breifcase he then entered the prison's offices while Mia proceeded towards the welcoming center.

She entered the welcome center and after a few minutes of talking with the lady at the front desk she was taken to another room where an officer will bring Dominic to the room. She waited and tried to think of a quick way to tell him he was going to be out in a matter of minutes... when cameras and officers were all around the jail.
There was a quick and only way to let him know what she was going to do. Suddenly, the door open and Dominic entered the room, shackles on his feet and handcuffs around his wrists that didn't stop her to stand up and ran to embrace him. "Hey..." she started to say.
She had no time to hesitate and finally decided to blurt out what was going to happen. "Dominic, you'll be walking out of here in a matter of minutes. uncle Stephano is here to help too..." Every word that came out of her mouth was in Italian, really rare when the two spoke their father's language but now it was a good time.

"Toretto, you have a visitor." A guard said while unlocking his cell. Dom pretty much immediately knew who it was, who else would be?
His suspicions were confirmed once he arrived in the lobby. He gave a nod to her and then sat across. His first thought was what she was doing her, did she really just have to see him that much, or was their something else more pressing? His question was soon answered, in a language he barely remembered, but understood nonetheless. He wasn't exactly familiar with this "uncle Stephano," maybe he just forgot. "Do I want to know how this is being conducted?" He responded in Italian.

"Real simple paying your warden if he doesn't agree then we'll have to think of some way to you know... fake your dead," she reply in the same language as Dom.
"So, we just need to wait a little bit and you'll be out, just like that," hopefully he didn't start yelling at her, not that she cared at the moment anyway. She didn't say another word looking very closely at his face, waiting for a frown or a sigh...

Entering the Warden's office was the easy part Stephano thought sitting down looking straight at the warden. Mr. Fisher was a tall, lanky man. A man who once stood up for any and all, but years of a job of these sorts had taken their toll. He now was a spinless shell who still though contained the clever mind of an old fox. Placing the metalic briefcase on the desk Stephano spoke.
"Mr. Fisher I believe that we can assit each other in a certain degree. You have something I want and I have the same." Mr. Fisher leaned towards Stephano intrigued by the proposition. "You happen to have a certain indualivial under your poession that I have need of. I am willing to give you three million dollars in exchange for Dominic Toretto's release and a clean slate for him to work off from." Mr. Fisher strached his noise, doing so he drew more blood to the brain to ponder the offer. Then he replied. "Three million dollars in cash? No checks or slow payments correct?" Stephano grinned slightly. "Yes in cash." Opening the locks on either side the briefcase was opened showing the stacks of bills adding to the sum of three million. Spining the case around Stephano allowed Mr. Fisher to overview the contents. Shortly following the briefcase was closed and they continued on.
"So do we have a deal?" "Just letting an inmate walk out is near impossible to hide." Mr. Fisher said smoothly. "Then why hide it Mr. Fisher, you are the warden, you make the rules. Make up a story. I don't know, hell just say he is getting transfered." Stephano replied sharply. "Don't try to inform me on ideas to mask this plan. I will however take you up on your offer. I am getting too out of touch with the world now. Things change too fast for my liking. It's time for me to retire." "Well Mr. Fisher I am glad we see eye to eye on this matter. Dominic is in the welcome center meeting with someone at this moment. I would suggest you act now."
Mr. Fisher reached for the phone of the desk and dialed 7. The tone faded to a woman's voice on the recieving end. Mr. Fisher spoke with a cold tone "I have heard that Dominic Toretto is in the building. Now you are going to follow my words to the letter. Find that man and tell him to leave with however he is meeting with. No questions asked understood?" The line was silent was for a second or more until the muffled voice of the woman returned. "Yes Mr. Fisher, it will be done." Hanging up the phone Mr. Fisher looked up to only see Stephano walking out the door and then to the welcome center to greet his nephew.

Dom's hung his head slightly. This sounded complicated, and a good way to get a compound sentence. "Mia, you know things like that aren't simple. And who the hell is writing such a check to sway the warden?" He crossed his arms on the table.
Mia's words proved true, and faster than he may have anticipated. A lady appeared from the door and in a hushed tone told Dom he was to leave immediately with Mia. He raised at brow at her and she simply walked away. "So you weren't joking." He let a slight chuckle escape.

"No, I wasn't joking," she chuckle too. "Now we need to hurry, we'll pick up your clothes in a minute and take these off," pointing to the shackles on his feet.
"Orange doesn't suit you," She stood up. "Hurry up!" she felt like a little girl playing with her big brother. For some reason her heart was beating faster than usual, was she afraid they were going to get caught? But what matter now was that Dominic, her brother was finally free.

Dom's attitude was hard to read. Part of him still said this was too good to be true, and the other part of him was beyond excited to to breathe fresh air. He trusted his sister though, and got up from the chair and strolled over next to her. "What now? Walk out the front door smiling at the desk clerk?" His tone was a little comical, but also serious. Surely this couldn't be that easy.

Trekking through the rain to the Welcome Center Stephano entered drenched from the downpour. Taking a moment to dry himself to the best of his ability he searched for Mia and Dominic. It wasn't hard to find them, they were the only ones in the building other than the staff. Walking over he addressed the Dominic. "Dominic it is great to see you, how have you been?" Dominic was taken off guard by the statement. Thinking to himself that he has been in prison for five years not much has happened. Getting the hint from Dominic's boby language he changed the subject. "Well I assume you have been informed on your transfer, sort to say. There is not much time to waste we must be off."
