Her confidence was promising and when Brian left his gaze wander over the cars in the garage he felt he had found the right place.
"Great." He pulled the keys out of his jeans and handed them to her.
"Can you call me a cab?" A quick look at his watch confirmed that it was already 6.30 and he needed to go home after a 12 hour shift.
"I'll give you my number so you can give me a call when she's ready."
Brian grabbed a pen from his pocket and scribbled the number on a piece of paper.

Diablo nodded and motioned him inside with her, "While I call you a cab you can fill out all the crappy paperwork. I know everyone that comes into my garages complains like a mother about."

She spun the keys on her finger taking the number as she jotted it down on the new client sheet she had, mainly as a record of the cars she serviced so then she could know exactly what the car needed every time it came in, before handing it to the man. Slipping behind the desk she picked up the phone and dialed the cab company she knew was local.

"Hey I need a cab sent to Diablo de Sangre Customs ASAP. Yeah it'll just be one guy, alright thank you," she said before hanging up the phone and smiling slightly, "Cab will be here is 5-10 mins. Feel free to grab anything out of your car that you'll need."

He nodded in agreement and went to the driver side on the right. Sometimes the driver seat on the other side of the car still confused him, especially when he was driving a standard cop car on a daily basis.
He sat down and quickly shot a glance in her direction making sure nobody was watching. Then he quickly reached into the glove compartment, grabbed his gun, badge and spare bulletts and shoved everything in a bagpack, which he took with him.
"I'll have a look around while I'm waiting for the cab if that's okay with you."

"Yeah feel free, Brian," Angel said glancing at the name on the sheet, "Most of the stuff just came in, but if you got any questions feel free to ask."

She nodded to Jeremy who waved his good bye after dropping the paper application on the counter for her. She took the opportunity to look Brian over as he looked around her garage. It wasn't as if she really needed to know about him, but there was just something about him that she couldn't place.

Shaking her head she slipped into the right sided drivers seat, "Ah the good memories this position brings up," Angel whispered patting the car's steering wheel as she started it up and slowly guided it onto an empty lift.

Briefly he turned around to see her drive the car onto the lift. He could barely stand looking at her in this condition.
So he returned to checking the parts on the shelves in the back. Most of them were the best brands and pieces you could get your hands on. None of that cheap generic shit.
The other cars on lifts also didn't look cheap, most of them were modified in one way or the other, some illegally as he could tell easily.
"What kind of modifications do you do here? Say I wanna do some racing...in the streets, could you help me out?"

Diablo nodded, "Yeah I can help with that. As for mods, I can do just about anything the only thing I ban from any of my garages is Nitro. That shit is too temperamental on a good day and I am not one to put myself at risk building someone else's car."

She looked him over, he was a racer that was a certain now, but there was something else about him that was making her wary about giving any kind of suggestions about what she could do with a car.

"What kinds of things would you be looking to improve for the streets? I mean I can give you a list of everything I can do to a car but it might take a while," she said glancing over his shoulder to her tarp covered racer.

Honey drove her motorcycle down the road and saw Diablo's shop and drove into the lot, she hoped that this Diablo would be able to fix her tempermental baby. she rode right up to the door where it died. she climbed off it and put the kickstand in place before walking into the Garage, She'd just left work not an hour ago when her motorcycle started acting up again. She saw a woman talking to Brian and smiled a bit, she made her way up to them and waited for her turn to speak, admiring the beautiful cars around her.

"Yeah, I drive too wild to run Nitro. That would just blow me up." He smirked thinking about the chase of his own brother across the folded up bridge.
"I was thinking about getting rid of my catalytic converter and putting a bigger exhaust on...tickle a few more hp out."
His scratched his head. "Could you do that?"

Out of the corner of his eye he saw a familiar looking woman approach.

"I can do you one better, rip out your entire engine and give you one of my bad boys. That'll give you more hp then most adrenaline junkies know what do with and it'll at least keep you out in front of the black and white if you get tagged," Diablo said shrugging innocently, "But I mean if all you want is a couple of extra hp, sure I can tune her so she'll give you a bit more then your running now. Your car your choice."

She glanced over her shoulder, "Hey sweetie what can I do for ya?" Pretty girls in her garage always turned her into a hound dog as bad as any guy if not worse.

"My motorcycle's being tempermental and it just died for like the sixth time this week, She needs a repair and this is the only place that I saw that fixes vehicles" She explained. not wanting to sound whiny. "Can you please help?" She asked hoping that she'd say yes and fix her baby. "I mean I do have other transportation, my charger, but I love my motorcycle" She said smiling hoping that Diablo understood.

so Diablo was doing illegal mods as well. That was to be expected. Brian wasn't about to do anything about it though. On the contrary. This information might come in handy for his job or private fun at some stage.
"Allright, just fix her for now. No paint yet. I think that's all I can afford." He admitted.

Then he turned to the bartender who had just entered.
"Hi, how are you? I never got your name."

Diablo nodded to him, "Don't worry about it, I'll get this baby back to normal in no time. But you know where I am if you need any more work done, I have an open door policy since I'm living upstairs."

She smiled at him as she patted the Skyline affectionately before she crouched down next to the bike. It was bull shit that there weren't any other places to fix a bike like this, it was pretty much a stock bike, not to mention there were cheaper places to but she wasn't one to turn down work. Angel glanced the still hot bike over and didn't really see anything that could be giving the girl problems.

"I don't see anything big first glance but sure I can take a look at it and get her running again," she said standing up to look at the girl, "I'll grab a sheet for you to fill out."

She turned and walked back to the counter grabbing the new customer sheets off the back side of it and a pen, "Here just fill this out and I'll start working on getting her back up and running."

She nodded "Thank you, and I just moved here a few Days ago, I know there probbably are other places to get my Motorcycle fixed, but if there are I don't know of them" She said and filled out the paperwork properly giving Diablo the information she needed. Looking at her Ninja, She really wished that it worked better, But she got it from one of her friends who bought her used. She wasn't new and she knew it, she was one of the older models dressed up to look new. She looked around at the pretty looking cars again. Then she turned to look at the hot Cop addressing her and smiled. "My name's Honey Daniels" She said smiling

"Honey!" He said with amusement. "I take it that's your nickname? And it fits you perfectly." Brian caught himself flirting with her. What the heck was he doing? Then again why not?
He nodded to Diablo. "I think the cab's here. Give me a call."
With that he made his exit hoping that his remark went down well.

Outside he sat down in the passenger seat of the waiting cab and drove off shooting one last glance back at the garage. 'Nice place, I wish I owned something like this.' Only three years ago him and Rome wanted to open up a garage exactly like it. Why did it never happen? Rome met a girl- Spanish.

Honey chuckled everyone assumed that Honey was her nickname when it was really her Real name. She wrote down all the information about her motorcycle and handed the paper to Diablo before catching a cab back home. when she arrived there she decided to put up some pictures and Posters, Some were of her family, Some were of her old dance Class and one was of all her friends and herself, she smiled and finished setting everything up and started making lunch.

Diablo shook her head at his attempt at flirting with the other girl but nodded, "I'll let you know when she's ready for you. And you Honey don't worry I'll work out the kinks, used to ride these guys once myself."

Watching them both go she shook her head and pushed the bike onto stand to get it off her floor for the time being. There was no way of knowing what was going to be wrong with the bike, because sometimes the owners had the best intentions of fixing something themselves and ended up making more work then needed.

But the Skyline, it was basically one hit from her saying it would be cheaper to buy a new car. Sighing she reached inside and popped the hood and looked at the engine, the blond was defiantly a racer by the looks of his engine but that didn't mean much. After all there were people who lived double lives. Closing the hood she grabbed some tools and hopped off the lift, quickly raising the car so she could pop the side panel off. If she was lucky she could get a new side panel for the car and that would fix the near popping tires but she doubted it.

Seeing that there was more issues then she thought with the Skyline she sighed softly to herself, "Hello Miami, I'm here to work my ass off for all of your money."

The little orange haired girl stood in front of the garage for a minute debating on passing by or actually seeing if it was her Diablo that owned it. It had been a while since she had known the woman and done some odd jobs for her. She doubted Angel would remember her but she still felt the need to step inside. "Mama I'm home!" She said as she peaked her head through the door sheepishly. The greeting was one she used to use when she was in trouble way back when, caught pick pocketing or flat out snatching and running.

Angel pulled her head away from the bike and gasped, "BABY!" she nearly squealed as she quickly hauling herself off the ground as she nearly pounced on her old friend, "Hola mamasita, how have you been? Not been in too much trouble without me right?"

She had smiled as held her friend at arms length, she looked good a little on the thin side but all together good. Angel couldn't help but hug her again as she couldn't help but keep the smile off her face.

Allison kissed Diablo on the cheek and laughed, "I'm all growed up!" suddenly she was a kid again and smiling like a baby on Christmas. She looked her friend up and down, "You've grown too!" She tore her eyes away and looked around the garage in awe, "How long have you been here?"

Angel laughed softly, "I know crazy world we live in where we are required to grow up," she was smiling again as she looked around, "A couple of months. But I finally opened today, so the past couple of months I basically spent a shit ton of money putting everything into this garage and living space that I wanted. Granted I haven't quite finished my loft yet," she said motioning to the area above the floor, "But I had enough done I could technically move in and live here, while I make the money so I can finish up there."

She looked her friend over and licked her lips, it was a risky move but she could use the help she knew she could work with, "Hey if you ain't got anything to do would you consider helping me out in the garage? I can promise booze, a roof over your head, and a sexy bit of flirty eye candy every day."
