His eyes darkened when he saw the man. he knew him from way back when he was a cop in LA before he had gone undercover the first time. He remembered very well what kind of an asshole he was back then. "Looks like you're in just as much shit still working the streets. Too bad you can't keep me. Nobody identified themselves properly or read my my rights, asshole!"

Faye glared right back at the guy, she shook her head watching Brian being cuffed, she growled bashing her hand on the steering wheel, before sliding out of the car.
"Hey i was right behind you"She smiled over at Brian "But while you have Mr O'conner here in custody, i might as well say now that you wont be questioning him untill im there"She smiled, she was really pissing this guy of, but lucky for her she wasnt doing a damn thing wrong.
"Looks like its going to be a long day for us all"

Clay smirked at Brian's words. The guy hadn't changed much in the past few years. Still a pain in the ass hot shot and even now, O'Conner pissed him off with ease. "Still with the foul mouth I see." The smirk faded from his face and made room for a scowl while he moved closer to Brian and shoved his badge in his face. "Is that identifying enough for you?!" He clenched his jaw while he nodded at Mitchel and motioned towards Brian. "Read this punk his rights if it makes him happy."
He turned towards Faye and growled. "You might want to start singing a different tune, miss Perez. Cause I'm getting pretty sick of this one."

Brian turned his face away from the badge that was shoved in his face. Not without a grin though. "Still looks the same."
He turned around to face the other guy while he was reading him his rights. "What exactly are you trying to arrest me for?" he glared at the man, who obviously had no idea how to do his job properly. To Faye he said. "You are my witness that these two officers harrassed me before they indetified themselves, told me why I'm being arrested or read me my rights." To his former colleague he hissed. "Whatever you're trying to pin on me...it's not going to stick. Better let me go before I sue your ass!"

Clay nodded his head slowly while his icy glare remained on Brian's face. "You wanna get smart with me? Let me get smart with you for a change. I can hold you for 24 hours without a single charge. I'm sure we'll find plenty on you and your pals in that time and believe me it will stick like shit on a wall."
He shoot Mitchel a look and frowned. "What the fuck are you still standing there?! Cuff him!" At this point he really didn't care anymore about being professional. He just wanted to see O'Conner rot.

Brian could feel the guys anger boiling over and smirked slightly despite the terrible situation. He wasn't going to make it easy for this jackass. The more mistakes him and his partner would make the better were Brian's chances to actually walk away on a technicality. He was still standing with his hands up in the air staring at Mitchel, who seemed to become pretty insecure. Unfortunately Faye was gone now to witness any formal mistakes.

When Mitchel didn't seem to eager on making any move whatsoever, Clay rolled his eyes. "Fine, I'll do it myself." He reached for his handcuffs, but found nothing. He'd already used his on Mia. He shook his head and snatched Mitchel's handcuffs out of his hands and moved towards Brian with a smirk on his face. "Looks like you're on the other hand of the deal this time, O'Conner." He said as he reached for Brian's right wrist and twisted it behind his back to slap the cuff on. "Can't say that I'm not enjoying it though."

Brian winced at how brutal Clay twisted his wrist onto his back and purposely closed the handcuffs as tight as possible. "Easy. You're enjoying this a little too much." Brian frowned.
He moved forward but stopped for a moment to turn around and look at his former colleague. "You're making a big mistake, man. I'm working under cover for the FBI. If you arrest me and blow my case my boss is going to chew you up and spit you out before you can blink."
The thought actually worried Brian. Why didn't his boss send his own people rather than regular cops? And how on earth did they know where to find them. "How did you find me here?"

The sound of FBI made Clay stop for a moment in hesitation. He had heard the rumors of O'Conner joining the FBI despite his screw ups. He muttered a 'fuck' under his breath while his mind worked overtime. FBI went over his head. Way over his head and he could loose his job if Brian was telling the truth. On the other hand, the assignment this morning had been clear. Bring in O'Conner and the rest of the gang on suspicion of the heist on the jailbus.
He shook his head with a determined look on his face and shoved Brian forward again without saying a single word. He was just going to do his job and take this guy in. His boss could deal with the rest.

Brian let Clay push him to their car. It was a regular sedan. While Brian was still looking around for his friends and especially Mia his head got pushed down. Dripping wet he sat in the backseat in his boardshorts with his hands behind his back and started to wonder what the hell he'd been thinking when he thought they'd get away with breaking Dom out of a prison bus. He let his head hang throughout most of the ride to the downtown police station.
Then he asked again. "How did you know where to find me, Clay?"

When Clay pulled the keys out of the ignition, Brian asked him the same question he'd asked when he slapped the cuffs on him. How did they find him? He snorted and turned around in his seat to face his prisoner. "What. You think you're invisible or something?" He shook his head, letting out a chuckle while he hoisted himself out of the car. Of course they had gotten their intel from somewhere, but Clay wasn't high enough up in the ranks to know the finer details to such information, nor did he care.
He opened the backseat door with a satisfied smirk on his face. Who would have ever thought that one day he'd bring in O'Conner. The man he had resented all those years for getting that undercover job on the Toretto team and ruining Clay's chances on a possible promotion. It made things even worse that despite the fact that O'Conner had screwed the job up big time back then, he was now with the FBI, while Clay still had to do the dirty work on the cop squad. That shit didn't matter anymore now though. Now it was Brian who had the short end of the stick.
"Let's go, hot shot." He ducked his head in to the car and grabbed a hold of Brian's arm, pulling him out of the car and pushing him towards the station.
