Since he had no other idea what to do, Cole just decided to carry as much speed as possible through the tunnel and hope he'd catch the chopper off guard. Soon he was at 150 mph, and the car grew increasingly unstable with every gained mph. Steadily he held the evo straight, dodging the occasional commuter. He got to 160 mph right as he exited the tunnel, however, looking behind him confirmed the chopper was still right on top of him, in sort of an awkward position too. "Damn heli's." He cursed.

Since the cars were covering one end of the tunnel but didn't stand a chance catching the racer the helicopter pilot manouvered over a small ridge to the other side of the almost three kilometers long tunnel. There the heli hovered just above the ground waiting for the target while the sniper on board got into position aiming 'mostly' at the tires of whoever would shoot out of the tunnel.
(hey, could you reply to Brian as well-poor guy keeps running up and down stairs)

At this speed, Cole almost got a little dizzy. Trying to maneuver the sports sedan by the occasional civilian had its challenges. Quickly he started trying to come up with a plan B, it looked like he was approaching the start of a series a twisty turns on a mountain ridge. Great, now he had zero chance of losing the chopper. He starting breaking hard to make the left corner, overshooting it would be bad, as there was a pretty steep drop off being that he was now on a mountian ridge. As the corner approached, he suddenly heard a high-powered rifle fire and something hit the right rear wheel. Next thing he knew, it felt like someone had yanked the right rear wheel off and immedietly the car spun. Cole couldn't do anything at 130 mph. He said a short prayer as the car slammed right through the guardrail of the approaching corner and tumbled end over end down the ridge, completely disintegrating in the process.
OOC: My bad, one minute

A little shocked because of the incredible speed of the car the police stared down at the disaster that unfolded underneath them after one well aimed shot. The car broke through the rail and started tumbling down the mountain side. There would be casualities.
Immediately the cop radioed for a second helicopter including paramedics while following the car down the side of the mountain in the air until it got stopped by a small lake.

Now that Hobbs had time a few minutes to get his mind back, he was EXTREMELY pissed at Officer O'Conner now. Not only did this mofo have his daughter, but now in his opinion he tried to kill him as well. Even though he was sore as hell, he stood straight and walked right over to the chief of police. "Any word on O'Conner?" The chief looked surprised to see him. "Uh, no, we haven't found any trace of him." Hobbs was disgusted and grabbed the chiefs clipboard and through it. "Fuck you guys." He stormed off and noticed a tall building near the crash scene. With a nice little entrance by Brian's skyline. Hobbs could almost smell him. He shoved open the door and walked inside, his right hand on his sidearm.

The roof top offered no other way down than back through the stair case unless you had a parachute, which unfortunately just wasn't at hand right now. "Shit!" Brian kicked at the dirt on the roof while below him police cars were filling the area. Some of them headed away though. Hopefully these cops weren't chasing Mira. Hopefully she was long gone and safe.
There could be an unlocked door he missed. Brian told himself and decided to give the dark stair case another try. Supporting his sore shoulder he pushed the door open and headed down. When the door up top closed again every thing was pitch black. If only he had a flash light.

Mira rolled off theback seat and slamed into the front seats. "Christ Cole your never driving AGAIN!!!" she held her head in her hands and struggled to sit up. Hopefully Brian was doing better then she and Cole were. Her hand reached up and grabbed Cole's shoulder. "Kid you alive?"

What seemed like a never ending hell on earth finally flipped to a stop in a shallow pond. Shocked that he was still alive, and even more shocked that Mira seemed to be alive and well in the backseat, he muttered. "You try driving this thing when a cop blows out a tire. Damn basturds." He started checking his limbs. Both legs were still functional, as was his left arm, but his right wasn't and felt like their were three knives shoved in it. On top of that, breathing was painful. "You ok?" He spoke to Mira. Then it hit him that cops were probably on the way down the mountain. "We need to get out of here."

"We have to find a spot where we can land." The pilot informed the eager shooter, who wanted to run out immedately to arrest them if they were still alive. A little further down the hill they found a patch of green where they could land. "Hurry up!" They urged each other on in Japanese with their guns and ammo ready.
OOC: Mira, are you super girl?

Hobbs carefully eased his way further into the building. He tried to find the stairs that led to the upper levels, and once he found it, he started creeping up them. It went completely dark in there, so he found his small flashlight and flipped it on. He aimed it upstairs to see if he could see anything.

Out of the blue (or black) a ray of light suddenly came on. A flashlight just two levels below the ex-cop. Instantly Brian froze and stopped dead in his tracks. For a moment he didn't know what to do but he really had no choice. He had to run up again and, by opening the door, give away his position. Like the place was on fire Brian ran back up to the steel door at the top level hoping that whoever was below him would just go away. He fumbled for the door handle in the darkness and tore it open.

Mira tried to clean the blood off her face from a large cut above her blue eye. "im cut up and i might have broken some ribs... I'm more worried about my baby..." her hand rested on her stomach. "How are we gonna get out of this?" She whimpered as she crawled into the front seat. "yep definitly some broken ribs...."

Cole lightly pushed the driver side door open, which was easy since it was barely on its hinges. He tried to step out but had some serious difficulty getting on his feet. "I have no clue. Hide in the woods I guess." In the distant background he could see a helicopter trying to land and police ready to jump out. "Crap. We're screwed." He tried to raise his left arm but the pain was too deep. He did what he could to help Mira out of the crumpled Mitsubishi. "Got any ideas?"

Hobbs suddenly heard rushed footsteps upstairs and then a door fly open. "O'Conner!" He growled. He ran up the stairs, even though it was very hard and painful to do so. Soon he reached the door he believed he heard open. The door was already wide open and Hobbs continued through it. His injuries however were taking their toll, and he had a hard time keeping up his pace.

Below him somebody growled his name in a very angry tone. Brian instantly knew he was in trouble especially with no escape on the roof. the only thing he could do up there was try and knock whoever was coming after him out and escape down the stairs. So he positioned himself behind the open door with the only weapon he could find...a fairly thick piece of antenna. With bated breath he was trying to slow his own heart rate and concentrate on the heavy, uneven footsteps. As soon as the guy appeared in the doorframe Brian hauled off. Slightly buffled by the enormous size of the muscle packed guy he let the metal house antenna smash down on the guy shiny skull.
Out of town the helicopter had managed to land and two cops were now jumping out, one with a rifle in his hand, the other one with a simply 9 mm. "They are alive!" One Japanese officer told the other as he saw a man and a woman immerge from the completely smashed car. A distance of maybe 700 meters, a few rocks, brush and a lake seperated them. "Don't shoot. The Americans want them alive."

Adrenalin took over as Hobbs pursued Brian. The problem with adrenalin however, is that it can make you stupid, as Hobbs was painfully reminded as he felt some bendy-metal thing hammer down on his head. "AH!" He groaned, but quickly got his focus back and lurched himself at his presumed attacker, barely catching Brian's ankles and tripping him over. "Give it up O'Conner!"

Before he knew it Brian hit the cement of the ceiling with his full body length because the guy had a tight grip on his ankle even though he had just hit him over the head. From his position on the ground he caught a glimpse of the man and suddenly froze. It was the guy in Mira's picture. Her dad. "Shit." Brian cursed and scrambled away backwards kicking at the guys hand and then got to his feet . The man was probably twice of Brian size even though the cop was fairly tall himself and made of solid rock as it seemed;-) Right now he was in between the door to freedom and Brian. So he had to take his chance. Hauling off as much as he could he ran forward and sent his knuckles into the guys face as hard as he could. Next thing he felt his knuckles explode. What the fuck was this guy?

In the darkness, Hobbs could see Brian's figure move towards him. As he was preparing to throw himself at Brian, a solid knuckle connecting with his cheek, but didn't phase him too much. He wraped an arm around Brian's waste and tackled him to the ground, pinning him with one arm and reaching for his sidearm with the other. "Where's Mira?!" He demanded. "You better answer right boy!"

Even though Brian's knuckles felt like each one of them had just been busted Hobbs just shrugged it off and tackled him sending him back onto the cement that he had just gotten up of. The weight of this man almost crushed his bones and made it absolutely impossible to move away although Brian kicked and struggled as much as he could underneath the heavy bastard. The barrel of the mans gun in his face made him freeze and simply stare back at him. Was he kidding? Had he really not spotted his own daughter at the garage? Maybe because she died her hair black. "I have no idea, who the hell is your daughter?" He spat back with his face red.

Mira climbed out of the car whincing in pain. "Run, I'll stay here and distract them." her breathing was labored from her broken ribs and knew she wasn't going to be able to go far, where Cole could. "You still have a chance to get away." She glanced over at him blood running down her face from her cut.
