She rolled her eyes like a teenager when Brian gave her a warning look. She was starting to know Stephano real well by now. Even if she tried to get closer to her "uncle" at the end of the day he was still going to get rid of her and Dom.
Brian´s plan sounded simple, quick, easy but it wasn´t easy at all to just go straight to Stephano and pull the trigger not when he had lots of security around him. "Either way, if Jack return what he lost or pretends... he´s going to know..."

As Cole talked, Dom thought back to the old days of when the crew and himself hunted down rigs. That was long ago though, back when they were a little more athletic and maybe even a little more stupid. The rest of what he said just reinforced his concerns. This was bad.
Realistically, Dom was beginning to see too options. Figure out how to get those trucks, or take someone important to Stephano hostage, maybe even kill Stephano himself...no, where'd he get that idea from? Desperation apparently.
"You know you're not going to rest until your brother is safe, Brian." Dom mused. "Would it be impossible to pull those trucks, Peyton?"

Cole's eyes went Brian first. "Not if you could get enough of them, take his money hostage so to speak. He doesn't like to keep his wealth in banks, he tends to have it just floating out there, most of the money he makes goes right back into the operation through purchasing more whatever, in this case drugs. So much of his wealth is being transported over the region."
He wouldn't say he would condone an attempt at jacking those rigs, any failure at all would be punished with instant death. It wasn't a good idea, but really there was none. "Almost impossible." He answered to Dom. "You'd have to discover the routes and times, and don't think the drivers aren't armed." He shook his head. "It'd take too long if you're dealing with just a day or two here. Besides, you think what I do is stupid, you'd have to a whole other level of stupid to try something like that with this guy."
He was about ready to tell them like it was. Jack was history and they'd best just step out of the way. There really was no saving the guy, Cole was surprised Stephano let him live this far. "What about that agent that was on our ass in Tokyo, Brian?" Cole's head darted to the O'Conner. "As much as we don't like him, he wouldn't be the type who would be persuaded with money."

Dom's right. As much as this is a lost cause and Jack doesn't desevre our help, he also doesn't deserve a bulett between the eyes. "You're right." He rubbed his hands over his tired eyes.
"So the trucks are out of the equation." It seemed like they were up against a giant they simply couldn't compete with.
There was one glimpse of hope though. Hobbs. The fact that he was a cop who wouldn't back down or accept bribe combined with the fact that the safety of his newborn grandchildren was at stake. Brian looked up at Cole with sparked interest. "You're right. He could be the one guy we need. He's actually the grandfather of my kids now and he doesn't take a bribe. If we set this up right Hobbs could bring it to people he trusts and we might stand a chance in getting your uncle behind bars." Suddenly Brian's mind went from desperation to hope and that was all it took for him to get up and put everything on that one card.
"We need Jack in on this plan and set up a trap for Stephano that will put him behind bars for a very long time." He thought out loud.
"I'll call Jack and then I'll talk to Hobbs."

It was a lot of information for one day. Jack, Hobbs...Mira´s children, danger, Sam... she wasn´t following the conversation at one point just some words and her was starting to hurt. "Can we talk?" she finally spoke looking at Brian and standing up from her chair to once again walk out to the patio.
