History: Dan was born in Arizona and lived there for about half his life, he attended elementary school there and recived stunning marks. When he was 10 his mother died in a car accident involving her small sedan and an 18 wheeler. She was killed instantly, after this Dans Father, Neil, fell into a deep depression and decided on a change of scenery to LA.
After the move Dan was still having success in school, but he had a difficult time making friends. This resulted in him spending a lot of time with the up and coming technology in 1999 and onwards, computers and the internet. In addition to his exploits ‘on the wire’ he also rescued a Firebird from scrap when he was 15 and began to work on it in his spare time.
The time in LA did brighten Neil’s spirits in regards to the death of his wife, it was a ghost that still haunted him when Dan attempted to get his license and 16. Neil wouldn’t allow it, despite having allowed the garage to be used to restore the Classic Firebird. After his father forbade him from driving and getting his license, he snuck out for drives when his father was away and eventually got his license when he turned 18 and moved out of his house.
Hired by a high tech security firm in Silicon Valley Dan was doing quite well for him by 21, but still couldn’t get over the thrills of racing or of criminal online hacking. They were so interesting to him regardless of how illegal it all was.

THE ROLEPLAY SAMPLE
RP Sample:
Gregory bit his lower lip. Things were getting tense, the Highwaymen which had stopped his caravan seemed to double in numbers faster than he could keep track of. The caravan only had 5 men-at arms, one of which was not but 16 years of age. This was bad, he gripped the hilt of his sword and dismounted the carriage.
He walked at the group of men, all clad in black flowing cloaks, and said loudly and with some air of authority.
“Hello, Gentlemen....is there something I can help you with on this fine summer morning.” There was silence for a moment, then a slight murmur through the crowd before a short man stepped forward and removed the bandana which covered his face, revealing a rather grisly lower face scar.
“Well, we were just wonder how it was you intended to pay to toll to get through these woods, you see these are our woods, and we like to make sure everyone pays their tolls.” As he finished his statement he menacingly drew a notched and blood stained curved knife from his belt.
Gregory was swearing in his head...the caravan was made up of nothing more than wives and children of peasant pilgrims, there was hardly any money between the 6 carriages in the convoy.
“My fine man, you see these passengers are all women and children, the husbands and fathers are hundreds of miles down this road on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land, there is no money here.” Gregory said again with authority, and willfully admitting that these were the Kings Roads not the roads of common thieves.
“Well then I suppose we'll be taking payment in flesh....Boys! Gather the Women from the carriages and bring them to the camp.” The Black clad leader bellowed. A mass of fifteen men began to walk towards the convoy.
“Stop! I won't let you!” Gregory said drawing his sword bravely “Men at arms dismount!”
