Just like any other cool night in Monte Carlo, Regan had opted to go out to the streets to find herself a good race and some easy money. Ya see, being the petite driver she was, most people underestimated her and her skills. Hell, she drove a 350Z GTR with a powerful engine that most people didn't get the opportunity to see. Add in her particularly well crafter set of skills and you got yourself a prime driver. It seemed some people liked to keep trying to unseat her from her pedestal but no one here in Monte Carlo had bested her yet. When the day came that she was beaten in a street race she'd be graceful about it, of course, because there was always someone out there who was better than she, but she'd try to find a way to beat the other driver. Analyze her race down to the last inch until she found out where she got beat.
Sighing as she rolled up through the small crowd of people who had gathered to admire the cars and the races, Regan stepped out of her car in boots, jeans, and a little bit of a revealing shirt. Hearing a whistle made her head turn with a rather vicious set of words releasing in quick secession from her mouth before she made her way to the front of the crowd. Buy in was rather high for the average driver but for Regan, it was low so she handed the roll to whoever was handling it this time. Laughing at a comment made she turned, eyes resting on someone rather familiar. Eyebrow perked, arms crossed over her petite chest, and she began a battle plan.
Dominic Toretto, the man who could never be beat. There had been many a story told back in the states about this man and now that his crew was here in Monaco, she hadn't had the chance to meet the man. Although, around here, he hadn't made too much of a name for himself since he hadn't been racing all too much, if at all. Glancing around, she turned a long-lashed eye to him again, smirking. "Dominic Toretto." she called out, stepping up towards him and keeping her voice loud for all to hear. "Well, well, well. If it isn't the so called King himself, come to check out a race. How is it that you're not in the race, Dom? I mean, people call you the King yet, you haven't proved your talents here in Monaco." Regan walked a slow circle around him, obviously checking him out and not hiding that fact what-so-ever. Coming to a stop in front of him, she turned to those gathered and raised her hands. "I think we need to see this so-called King in a race, because if he's so good-" she turned back to him, quirking her head. "Then you'll beat me, and that car, has never seen taillights. Unless you're too scared." Regan knew he wasn't too scared to race, it was a joke and she laughed a bit at herself, awaiting for Dom Toretto's answer.

"Dom, I got a job for you, but I need it done tonight." the voice said over the iphone while Dom was driving down the highway. "I need you to pick up this car for me. How much? Its a 70' El Camino, red with black racing stripes."
"What's the payout?"
"Five grand."
"Whats in it?"
"Nothing, I just want me fucking car back?"
"Not interested."
"Wait! Dom, Don't hang up! Alright, I got a heavy stash in the seats."
"Ten G's and I'll pick it up."
"Man, you're killin' me! I can't afford that. There's not even ten grand in stash."
"Not interested."
"ALRIGHT! Fuck, Dom, you're lucky I know I'll get my shit with you, but you charge out the ass, you know that?"
"text me the location and the drop off." and he hung up the phone, tossing it to the seat. His foot stuffed into the pedal when the light turned green and the 69' Camaro peeled out and fishtailed. The phone soon started to vibrate, but Dom paid no attention to it. He was more interested in picking someone up from the garage to help him in this little escapade so he didn't have to leave his car there. When he pulled up, Shawn was the only one around as he was working on his car. "Shawn, I got a job I need your help with."
That was all Dom had to say before Shawn was dropping his tools and getting in the car. He flipped Tess a quick text to let her know he wasn't at the garage and was going with Dom. Moments later and an awkward silence, Shawn spoke up when they got on the road. "So we gonna ever talk about what happened."
"No." and it was back to the awkward silence. Dom picked up his phone and checked out the location of the car and drove. He wasn't too thrilled that it was at one of the local races, but it was ten grand. Dom hadn't raced in six months since coming to Monaco. In fact, he hadn't even stepped foot at any of them either but he had a feeling Shawn had. He handed over his phone to Shawn, "You know that place?"
"Yeah, It's just over the hill on Papaya dr. What are we after?"
"1970 El Camino. Red with black racers."
Within fifteen minutes, they were pulling up over the hill and Shawn told him to make a right. There was a set of gates with two men guarding the entrance with radios. Dom flipped the lights on and off to signal they were there to race and the two men let him in. The soft rumble of the Camaro drove through and around the corner where the excitement was happening. Half naked ladies, muscle cars, and tuners all lined the block and all around and not one smirk came from Dom's face. Shawn though, did until he heard Dom speak up. "Break her heart and I'll break you. Keep focused. We're not here to race or enjoy the scenery. We're here for a job."
The smirk was gone faster than one could spit but he did defend himself in a manner of speaking. "Tess and I are good. I didn't mean it like that. Sorry to burst your bubble." Shawn said a bit sarcastically with a motion of his hands. He sat back and kept quiet. Seems like they weren't gonna have any fun at all tonight.
Dom pulled up to a spot next to a 350Z and parked the Camaro. He stepped out just as he heard someone call him out, so naturally he looked to see some chick walking up to them.
Dom tried to ignore her at first, even looked the other way, but she stepped around him, blocking his path and circled around him as if checking him and maybe his car out.
He looked to her 350Z, not enthused in the least. The typical Dom smirk he always got when challenged, didn't even show. He gave her no recognition whatsoever except a cold shoulder as he walked past her. Shawn tailed behind, catching up to him and walking past the girl in the process.
"Dom, no offense, but she just called you out, man. Fucking show her where her place is."
Dom just kept walking, not turning around. "I don't race anymore."

It had been a long time since Regan had even had anything close to a challenge in a race. It was getting boring and honestly, she wanted to lose. Yeah, she'd be out a hefty amount of cash but shit, it wasn't like she really needed all of the money. It all went into her cars anyway, especially her 350Z. Stepping around people to get to Dom, she raised an eyebrow as she was ignored and shook her head. "What great manners you have, Toretto," she sighed, having heard about all that had happened within the Toretto family as of late. Had she been a vicious person, maybe she'd use the facts against him but that wasn't her. Of course Dom wasn't going to want to race, the man had just lost his best friend and the love of his life to just what he was being challenged to do.
Hearing Shawn's statement made her smirk with a short snort, head shaking as she heard the 'I don't race anymore'. "Well, that just makes you sound like you're too scared to lose. Never thought one Dominic Toretto would be a chickenshit. But fine," Regan raised her hands, making her way after him to join the rest of those who had chosen to buy into the race, arms crossing over her chest. "It'll be an easy 50 grand in my pocket." Re watched the men as she stated the amount that was currently the prize, turning as a few others put in for it. "Make that 55K." she smirked, hoping the boys would take the bait and actually race.
Yeah, Regan had never seen taillights here in Monaco, of course she'd gotten beaten in the states. But here, she just had an advantage. The 350Z hugged the road better, also, she had learned how to drift. It was incredibly easy to get around curves here with her small car and that was usually where she beat out the others. Sighing as she made her way towards her car, Regan looked over the Camaro sitting beside hers and made her way around to look at it. As she stepped along it, she reached out to touch the paint briefly and shook her head. "It's a shame, seeing such a sexy car sit and not do what it's built for."

She taunted Dom with her words but he just kept walking as he finally spotted the 1970 El Camino parked in the dark in the back. Shawn still kept with him, walking side by side until the words ""It'll be an easy 50 grand in my pocket." came out of her mouth. Shawn stopped in his tracks. Fifty grand was nothing to couch at and he had to think about the current events with him and Tess and Fifty grand? That was a good chunk he could use. He turned to look at the chick taunting Dom and then her car and then back to Dom. "If you don't, I will! Dom!" Shawn yelled at him.
Dom still kept walking.
"Dom! It's fifty fucking grand? If you don't want to, then let me? I want to!" but it didn't seem like Dom was listening.
Shawn finally blurted it out to him. "Dom! Tess might be pregnant! I can use the cash."
That was what stopped Dom in his tracks. He looked up to the sky and then over his shoulder to Shawn. The look on his face almost scared the shit out of Shawn and quite literally. Then he turned around and started walking towards Shawn. Ok, so Dom was a little intimidating and Shawn couldn't help but back step as Dom came closer. if it wasn't for the fact that Shawn was raised to stand his ground, he would have turned and ran, but instead, he stopped and stiffened himself prepared for what Dom had to offer. Instead, Dom brushed right past him, bumping his shoulder and walking towards the girl with the big mouth.
Dom walked straight up to her and looked at her with that look in his eye. "I don't race anymore....." he paused like he was done getting his point across but then continued, "....for less than a hundred grand."
Even pissed at the world, Dom's most vulnerable spot was family. Shawn was relatively new to the crew, but he wasn't doing this for him. He was doing this for Tess. If what Shawn said was true, He'd race, because it was for family and Shawn was doing the right thing by being a man. That earned him a lot of respect with Dom, but they were going to have a one on one talk on the way home. That was for sure.

When Regan wanted something she made sure she ran her mouth a bit to provoke it, especially if it was a race that she had been dying to run for a long time. While the boys had their little chat off in the distance, Regan throughly glanced over the beautiful American muscle car. Every bit of that car had been worked over with a fine toothed comb and had purred wonderfully when Dom rolled in. Even with all of the dust that had kicked up with the winds this car still had a shine to it. Hearing the word 'pregnant' made her head snap up and she gazed over at the pair, raising an eyebrow but turned back to the car until Dom came over. His presence was obvious, he was a hulking mass compared to her tiny self and she looked up at him softly.
Her sharp eyes had softened as she listened until that mischievous look crossed her features and a smirk lifted her lips slowly. "Alright, I can kick in another 50 grand. Make it worth your while, darlin," she winked, going to her car and popping the back hatch open. The speaker system in the back lit up but instead of turning it on, she moved a few things and managed to pull out a few roles of cash. Sliding back over to Dom and handing the cash over to the handler, she let them count it out before smirking. "110 on the line, yo've got yourself a race, Toretto." Regan bat her eyelashes a bit before turning to go over to the drivers side of the Z.
Stopping to lean against the door, she studied Dom for a long moment before shaking her head. "You're an honorable man, Dom. I was just razzing ya…it's kinda expected of me around here." she glanced around, glad it was just them for now. "But, racin for your family, blood or not, that's not something many people would do." Re offered a genuinely soft smile before she slipped into the drivers seat, turning the car over and sighing at the powerful hum her car had. When her music finally turned on she was lost in the world of racing and there was nothing that was going to distract her.

It was a done deal and he already knew he was going to win this hands down otherwise, Shawn would be doing a lot of detailing for him around the shop to cover the 100 grand he was losing out on. Besides, from looking at her car, it wasn't as fast off the line, but it would corner around the turns much easier and faster. She had agility, but he had the power. The trick was knowing how to use that power properly and it just happened that Dom did. He looked to his car, not having the exact cash on him and then looked to the clients car, remembering about the blow that was stashed inside. He then pulled out a wad of cash, probably adding up to 25 G's. His car was worth at least 60 grand with the mods, the El Camino, maybe 30, plus his 25 grand. That meant he still had 5 grand to spare to get them a ride home if he lost. He walked over to the El Camino, using his fist to smash the drivers side door open. Opening up the door, he lifted up the bench seat and seen the dope. He pulled it out, along with the title of the car from the glove box. It wasn't even his clients car, he just wanted him to transport the goods from the dealer. Dom walked over with two bags tossing them to the ground and as they hit, they opened revealing the coke inside. He dropped the title and pulled out his title to his car. "I got 25 grand here," showing her the roll, "and the title to my car and that one" he said pointing to the El Camino. "Raise it to 125 grand and you can have the Blow to do as you want." he said. He was putting everything on the line right now, so Shawn better hope this chick didn't pull something out of that little ass of hers. And he better hope that Tessa's was worth his ass. "Let's just say I have a soft spot for morons." he said pointing behind him with his thumb. He watched her get in her car and start it up so he did the same. Her's seemed to hum, but when he started his and revved it a few times, the soft rumble everyone heard coming in, became a loud.... ROAR! ROAR! ROAR! ...next to her little 350 Z. The car shook from side to side, even wanted to jump forward a bit before he let it idle back to the same low growl they all heard when they had come in. He inched it forward to the starting line and rolled his window down so that his system started to play this song. The Game by Drowning Pool Once she pulled up, she was for sure going to here it. He then looked over to her with the most serious of looks, turning the stereo down. "Ready for the ass whoopin' of your life? ." and he turned up the radio again without giving her a chance to answer. He looked forward and waited for the signal.

As if Regan had to really think about putting up more cash when Dom asked, a soft smirk lifting her lips as she gave her nod of approval. "Yeah, I can toss up some more. The blow can go to anyone who wants it, I ain't got a use for it," she shook her head as Dom paid up. Damn, now she really had herself a nice race. Not that she was going to win, she knew that much, but she wasn't going to make it easy for Dom that was for sure. Her car may have been a bit heavy off the line, but straight aways and especially turns, that's where she caught her speed.
A soft laugh escaped her as she heard Dom, sliding into her seat and turning the car over. Dom's engine was bigger, a lot more powerful, and damn, it was rather obvious. Flipping Five Finger Death Punch on and turning the volume up, she glanced over at Dom just as he said something to her. Reading his lips she laughed, giving him a wink and settled on the start line. Revving her engine a few times as she waited, Regan flexed her fingers on the wheel, one hand on her the gear shift knob. Eyes followed the scantily clad woman that made her way over to stand in front of them, holding up the handkerchief that acted as their 'start flag'. As the girl dropped it, Regan jumped off the line ahead of the other cars, but not ahead of Dom Toretto.
Willing her car a little more, double shifting and feeling the power of her tiny car break out, she kept right on Dom's tail all the way up the first line. He gained some distance on her until the first turn, Regan dropping a gear and grabbing her e-brake and drifting through it. Smirking at the grip her car had as she came out of the drift, Regan came up beside Dom but didn't look over. No, she was gonna keep her eye on the road. No taunting, no razzing, not out here where she needed to concentrate on the man beside her. That man was edging away from her thanks to his beautiful car but Regan made sure to stay with him, using every last ounce of her cars power. It was easy leaving this people behind since no one had the same caliber car as Dom and Re. Of course, Dom's car was a completely different level of awesome so she was glad to be even attempting to race him. Whipping her little car around the turns, she finally caught a hard straight away where she could hang with him a bit, glancing over at him and wiggling her eyebrows jokingly.

The flag girl walked between the cars, standing out front and raising her hand to begin the race. As soon as her hand flinched to move down, Dom was releasing the clutch and giving the Camaro full throttle down the stretch. Even though it didn't look like a typical Dom car with the big hood scoop or the big intake sticking from the hood, it didn't mean that the car didn't have power. Dom just knew how to hide it so that people would think otherwise. The tires spun out of control, spitting up dirt and grey smoke as the tires screeched to a stop and finally gained some traction to throw the front end of the car in the air. Dom road out the wheelie for a good 30 feet until he took his foot off the gas a little to allow the front end to drop down and all fours touching pavement. Seeing the Nissan on his tail, he gave the Camaro some more throttle and pulled away from the little foreign car easily until the first turn was coming up.
He dropped it a gear and cut the wheel to the left and then a quick right to allow the back end of his car swing around so that he could drift around the corner. The Nissan kept in tow easily, coming up next to him but not in time for Dom to straighten out his ride and gun the gas pedal to the floor. Now pulling away from the little Nissan he had another stretch of straight driving but it would soon come to an abrupt end as a sharp turn came up and he wasn't prepared for it. He managed, but it wasn't easy when you didn't know the streets like the Nissan did. She was from around here, so she knew her territory. But more importantly, they had 250 grand riding on this race. Dom snapped out of it and back into the game, where he dropped the gear, let off the gas, and cut the wheel letting the car slide around and drift into turn two which was much tighter than the last one. This one was almost like a giant U and his car took the entire thing in a drift which showed not only Dom's skill but also that he wasn't going to give up that easily. Again, the Nissan kept up, which Dom fully expected. In the turns, she had the power to keep with him, but on the straights, she didn't stand a chance.
Once the straight away came up, he didn't gun it, he didn't give it his all, but he also didn't make it obvious either. He could hear the whine of the Nissan's little engine trying desperately to keep up. He could even hear it thank its owner as it got a break during those turns. She was pushing her ride too much and if she didn't ease up, she was going to blow that manifold right out the back of her exhaust. Once they hit the straight, Dom allowed her to get side by side and looked over just as she did. She waggled her brows at him and smiled and he didn't find it amusing, but he did smile as he stuffed his foot into the gas and found it funny that he pulled away from her easily. There was one more turn coming up according to the GPS and then it was a straight away to the finish line. He waited to see what the Nissan would do, but he like he did before, he cut the wheel, gave it some gas, let the rear swing out and cut the wheel the opposite way to drift the corner. Once he was half way through t the turn, he gunned it and took the lead down the last stretch and keeping the Nissan in his rear view mirror.

Re's eyebrow peaked as Dom road a wheelie, the absolute power of his car making it so obvious he had more of a sleeper car. It was loud, it was beautiful, but most wouldn't see a race car, they'd just hear a loud car. Shaking her head, she kept pace rather easily while listening to her car. Of course, it sounded like her manifold was going to blow but thanks to some heavy modifications, her manifold took a lot more work to blow than this. She was pushed her car, but not hard enough to destroy it. One thing Regan was conscious of was just how her car worked considering she was a mechanic, and this car could run harder than this, and for hours at that, before it blew the manifold. Tapping the screen a few times just as she pulled up beside him, Regan couldn't resist playing with him but she saw the lack of light in his eyes when he smiled. After all, the man had been through hell.
Coming around the hard last turn, the car slid out from the inside to scoop up just beside him on the outside but there was no winning this. Regan just wanted some competition, she was tired of winning, and to be honest, it was hot to see a talented racer behind the wheels of an equally sexy car. Watching Dom pull away, she tapped a few more things on her screen, not even bothering with the NoS, letting him pull away from her. The finish line came up quick so Regan let off the gas, dropping down a gear at a time all while making sure her engine would cool down in the best way possible. Stepping out of the little car she looked over at Dom, whom she had pulled up beside, a smile on her face.
"My God it's so refreshing to have someone good around here," she took a deep breath, always being the humbled loser. Glancing around, she gladly stepped back to allow Dom to take the cash that was offered him and shook her head. "Enjoy it. And welcome to Monaco. Oh-" raising a finger, Regan pulled a thick roll from her pocket and tossed it to Shawn. "You listen up good, ya hear? I've met Tessa, she's a good chick, and ya had better take care of her if this shit is true. It's 15 grand, use it well and don't waste it." Turning back to Dom, she nodded with a genuinely soft smile. "Thank you…for racing."

Dom kept the Nissan behind him, swerving left and right in front of her to keep her from using that NOS because truthfully, if she had, she would have blown herself up. Keeping in front of her also kept himself safe as well cause if she blew herself up next to him, he'd would have gone with her. He finally crossed the finish line, turning the car sideways into a slide and stepping out of the vehicle just as she was crossing the line as well. The other racers soon joined them as well, but it wasn't until moments later. By that time, the little chica was stepping out of her car and walking up to him.
He had already been pointing to the 250 G's in cash and the bags of blow on the ground telling Shawn to put the blow back and the cash in his car. While Shawn did this though, he wasn't happy about the blow he'd been sitting on during the race. This was enough to get them locked up for 25 to life and here he was sitting on it, making sure no one took it. Why, so they could give it back to the guy waiting on that El Camino? Dom knew it was in there and yet he still went after the car anyways. WHY? He thought Dom had more morals than this. He slid the seat up in the El Camino as Dom did to put the bags back under the seat when he noticed that there was also almost 100 Grand in cash there too. Whose fucking car was this? He'd have to seriously talk to Dom about this.
In the mean time, The chick got Dom's attention, calling him out again,
He nodded but he wasn't happy about the turn out. She let him win on account of her own car and safety. That wasn't racing in his eyes and he took this as more of a victory by default. Did he earn the money? Yes, but not in the way he wanted. Either way, he always stuck to his motto, Winning is winning. Plain and simple. But he would make it know to this Chica that they would do this again and this time, she'd be ready for him or else, he wouldn't be taking the winnings. He took the additional 15 G's and tossed it to Shawn as he approached.
"What's this?"
"Consider it a baby gift from yours truly." he said pointing to the Chick he just raced."By the way, You never gave your name." he said stating a fact not knowing who she was. "and next time, we race, you're not going to give up so easily. You might want to upgrade that manifold before you blow yourself up." he said hinting to the fact that he helped keep her from doing that. "I know if you would have pushed it and used that NOS, we both probably wouldn't be standing her right now." he turned to walk away when she called him out again.
He stopped and looked over his shoulder at her. "No...Thank you. I think I've found a part of myself again that I thought was gone. Just be ready for the next time." he finished as he continued to walk away.

Watching the group of people practically surround Dom made her wince, annoyed that people here didn't know how to give even the tiniest bit of space. Clearing her throat they stepped back, thankfully, and she was able to walk up to talk to him. He asked her name and she smiled a bit, tipping her chin down. "Regan, most people call me Re." she nodded, hearing Dom's words of advice. "Trust me, that manifold won't blow. But the upgrade is on it's way here anyway. This baby will be ready." She nodded, waving to the boys and turning to her car.
She stopped short, smirking and nodding. "You bet your ass I'll be ready, Toretto. Just make sure you are too." Winking, she climbed into her car, watching the other two drive off before leaving.
