The prisoner was ran in strait to jail, the NSA had him set up for manslaughter, rape, and arson. He would have a speedy trial, be found guilty and sent to the pen. Walter followed the guards instructions to the T. He was going to play fair until he was ready to bolt, as they lead him towards the public cells he smirked. "You might not want to put me here." He chuckled and got a shove for his efforts, he was escorted down several rows till he was put in front of room 397. He recalled his orders, 397 was a prisoner down because his cellmate stabbed him to death with a piece of chain from the rack it was also the cell he was set up to be in. There was a brick loose in a corner that was loose and held a 'care' package of lock picks and his knife. He was on orders to leave the guards alive, the inmates didn't matter. With a sly smile he entered the cell and nodded at his new room mate. The guards left them alone to get "acquainted" this was as much a part of the plan as was the cell he was in, no one would miss this pedophile creep if he were to die violently, and he did. Withen the twenty minutes of being confined in the cell King was left alive sitting on the dead man's chest, his head firmly stuck I the toilet. Sirens began to wail and guards stepped in. Compliant Walter fell into the role of King easily, he offered out his hands and was quickly cuffed, the biggest mistake the guards made was not frisking him, and not noticing the loose brick that no longer housed his supplies.
Walter was escorted to a private sector for solitary. He knew that after the four man guard was gone they would walk away, as they did so he quickly coughed up the lock pick and went to town on the door, minutes later he was sinking his elbow into a guards neck and then exiting the compound in uniform for a 'smoke.' He was the best at this and right now was proving that he was every bit the man for the job that the NSA paid for. As he took the squad car out of the lot and got ready to ditch it, he just needed to get Varone's attention.

Carted turned away from his daughter was sleeping soundly in the car seat, he smiled fondly, she unlike her mother didnt hate him. The door opened and he lifted his gaze, signalling for the man to be quite, gesturing towads his daugther. The younger man smiled and walked over, papers in hand. Carter took them, leafing through them, brow raising in silent amusment, but he was also impressed, a man of his qualities could be quite usefull.

"Set up a meeting"He stated "Tommorow midday, usual place"He stated. He would at least keep his word to Nina, at least while his daughter was away. The bow nodded and left the room, gaaze flicking over to the sleeping child.

Half an hour later he was pulling up outside the man, his gaze wondering over him, he simply flicked open the passenger door. "Get in"He ordered.

Jeremy had quickly found the spare outfit he had stored earlier, he was walking down the street in blue jeans and a white, oil stained muscle shirt when a car pulled up. The man looked like money, ill begoten money and muscle. This was his ride he guessed. "Damn time someone came for me." He said with a set jaw, he acted as if he was expecting the ride, "Who the hell are you anyways." He said as he stepped into the vehicle. In the back of his mind he was already repressing the memories of Ree and the of he had lived a day earlier.

The man simply smiled in his direction as he pulled the car back into the traffic "A friend"He stated, no one knew about Verone untill he wanted them to know, and at this moment he didnt want any one to know...They drove for another hour, before he pulled up outside a cheep looking motel.

"You will be at this location mid day tommorow"He stated stuffing a peice of paper into the other mans hands. "If your not, you'll be back inside and not getting out"He looked over at the motel. "The location is about half an hour from here, dont be late, he doesnt like that"

Jeremy stepped from the car and very carefully enunciated his words, "and if your employer tries to set me up I will have him tied to an anchor for shark bait." He snarled and shut the door firmly. He was in, now he had to prove himself to Varone. He looked up at the motel and stepped inside. He set up a room for the night and went upstairs to wait. He turned in early and went for a run the next morning. He was not only there the next morning but was fifteen minutes early and looked strait at the drink in front of him.

Cater Verone was having an exceptionally good day, from the vist with his daughter yesterday and then an unexpected one from Nina, and today he was about to pull in another man, which meant he could pull further away from the front lines and see his daughter more, and maybe just pull Nina back in as well. With a smile he pulled his bright red ferrari into the space in front of the beach, gaze wondering around before heading over to the metting spot.

Jeremy was exactly where he was ment to be, bent over one of the bar nursing a drink in front of him, he at least had the smarts to wear a cap so that no one would reconise him. He headed over to him, his stride confident and cocky, he was powerful and he knew it. With a nod at the waitress he let his gaze wander around the beach, a familair face falling into his line of sight, he mentally cursed praying Nina would not see him.

"You know how to make yourself known"He started, turning his gaze over to Jeremy. "How good are you at making yourself dissapear" Breaking out of jail was one thing, but dissapering altogether to do the job he needed him to do, was altogehter a different thing.

"Funny, I'm sitting at a bar swimming in a Bud, after walking out of solitary confinement and then leaving the place in a cruiser. Your asking me if I can disappear." He looked up from his drink with a chuckle, he recognized Verone from the profile information but it didn't show on his face. "So who the hell are you?" He asked and downed the remainder of his drink.

Carter eyed the man with one brow slightly raised, so he had a cocky bastard on his hands, he nodded to the waitress, silently ordering himself a drink. He turned his gaze to the man opposite him, silently praying that he was not like Nate, that he would not let personel problems get in his way, that he would be able to do the job he was to be set.

"Names Verone....hopefully your new boss" He tilted his head to the side, his gaze wandering over to Nina and his daughter who was attempting to walk on her own but failing, he smiled and turned back to Jeremy. "I have some merchandise that needs shifting away from the public eye"

"Depends on the digits, the weight, and where it needs to go." He placed his elbows on the table, his left hand closed inside of his right, he rested his chin on his thumbs. "Give me that and I can do just about anything for you." He motioned to the chair across from him. The idea behind Jeremy was an IRA operative that had left Ireland previous to coming to the US. He spoke with a soft Irish accent now despite the sterness and cockyness of his attitude. He kept everything right for appearance's sake. He looked like he as getting lucky on this one, day one and Verone wanted him to ship something.

Verone smiled he was not happy about doing this so close to his daughter, Nina who he had promised he would quit his dealings. He shook his thoughts away and just shrugged. "The diggits"He stated slipping a peice of paper with a 5 digit number on.

"As for the weight light enough, the place, location and everything else is need to know" He smiled "Right now you dont need to know" Because there was no way in hell he was going to make that stupid mistake again.

Nina laughed as she bent to pick up her daughter, who once again had fallen into the sand, with a squeel her daughter let out a soft giggle herself. Nina sighed, bringing her towards her chest, kissing her cheek softly, she bent, picking up her bag and headed over to the little hut just of the beach. As she neared her dark gaze fell onto an all to familiar figured, she caught the peice of paper that he slid towards the other man and sighed shaking her head, it really better not be what she thought it was.

"Carter"She stated, sliding onto a seat near him, Alyvia resting lightly on her knee. "Water please"She nodded at the waitress.

"Yeah well if you want your stuff, I need to know where to send it else I'll be floaten around like a tinkerbell waiting to be picked up with boxes of who knows what. I'm sure that will go well in a questioning situation." He picked at the callused man, they both knew the game but Jeremy had to act as if he didn't, the most he could do was press the dealer's buttons today and try to get in. "Give me a pick up position and I'll go from there." He said his accent bit thicker, he held his finger up for another drink from the waitress.

As the new person joined them he smiled at them and eyed the female and child. His mind flashed to his first touch down in the middle east. One thing he was glad about being home, less chance of a baby having a block of C-4 in it's diaper, maybe a block of coke but rarely C-4.

Carter smiled as if seeing Nina and his daughter was the best thing in the world ,he easily picked Alyvia from her knee and bounced her lightly on his knee, dropping a kiss to her head.

"Nina my new mechanic Jeremy"He stated hopeing that the other man would have the sense to lie and go along with him, because it looked like Nina was planning on staying around and he wasnt looseing his daughter because this man opened his mouth.

"Pleasure to meet you, I was just discussing my knowledge of cars with Mr. Verone." He covered quickly, he would have to be careful not to blow his cover here, there was a relation between these two, one that the girl didnt approve of that made him switch topics that fast and lie to none the less. Dicretely he removed the paper as he brought his hands down to his lap. "Beautiful child there, I had a child too, not much older then here back in Utah." He lied convincingly, his file had said he once had a family in Ireland. He twisted the Utah fact to see how much Carter knew of him, if Carter had read that much in the file he would correct him later but not risk it in front of Nina. If he had it would prove this was more then a discusion about mechanics.

Nate raised a brow as he turned and looked over at the man at his side "Utah"He questioned, his file had said it was Ireland, he wondered why he was lying but with Nina here he couldnt question it, he continued bounching his little girl, the apple of his eye on his knee, bringing up to she was standing, nuzzling her neck he blew a raspberry in her neck, causeing her to giggle.

"Yep i need someone i can trust to run the cars"He stated, which roughly translated to he needed someone he could trust to run his operations, pushing and moving things when he needed it.

Nina stared between the two of them, her brow raised she shook her head, she didnt belive him, not one bit, but she had no reason not to, if she was going to give him a chance she had to at least stop adding two and two together and comeing up with ten. Sighing she smiled over at him.

"Sometimes i belive he loves his cars more then his daughter"She laughted, lightening the mood, she shifted her gaze to Carter giving him a smile. "I should go"She stated standing and taking Alyvia from him, she swallowed and bent, kissing his cheek. "Ill bring her round tommorow"She stated she looked over at Jeremy and gave him a wide tight smile. "Nice to meet you"She stated before heading of in the oppostie direction, her drink forgotten.

Jeremy laughed and sipped at his beer, his face was full of mirth but his mind was running at a high speed, so Verone had the file he could work with that. It meant he already had the job he just needed to play along for the time being.

Carter watched Nina leave his features pulled into a frown as she watched her leave, the kiss to the cheek had shocked him, shaking his head he pulled his gaze away from her shaped backside. He turned his gaze onto Jeremy and gave him a tigh smile. "I appologise for that"He stated

"Don't worry about it mate, I think it was a fate intended test. It showed you I can think on my feet and you, your's." He motioned at him with the top of the bottle. "So where do I need to be, and when?" He asked looking up and down the beach.

Carter laughed, he had long ago learned to think on his feet. He tilted his own beer. "Ill contact you" He stated there was no way he was givhing this man any times or places.
