(Tag Dom and maybe some others, who are in on the FBI break in)


Late in the afternoon Brian decided to call it quits for today and drive out to the old warehouse where Dom was fiddling around with his car.
He pulled up in his half-finished new Skyline. Needless to say he was proudly parading his baby around even though it didn't have a real paint job, or even a left door yet. Of course he knew the kind of remarks he would get for it but he didn't care. His new ride would kick some ass as soon as it got one of Angels custom built engines.

"Yo, Dom, you're here?"
He called out at the warehouse door that was slightly open and pushed his sunglasses up on his head.
Brian looked like he was trying not to get recognized because he hadn't gotten a hair cut in ages and the last shave was three days back. His old T-shirt and faded blue jeans and meshback hat completed the look when in fact it was Dom who had to wear a disguise.

Dom had slid behind a door slowly with the large wrench in his hand ready to swing if it was one of Johnny's crew here to bug him. "I'm right here." He walked back towards his car slowly and continued working on the timing belt. Grease stains and sweat stained his white wife beater and oil had splattered over his jeans but in the dirt and grime he was happly at work on the engine in the garage he used to run everything out of. The cops had failed to find several stacks of cash he had hid and even the spare parts from the old rigs they used. A thought passed through his mind for the second time in the past few years.

"Brian...what happened to my dad's car?" It was a rare moment that he let his guard down, with the little kids running around all he could think of was his father. He looked at the engine of the Roadrunner and saw red for a moment but clenched his throat and choked it down. He missed it more then anything now.

Glad that Dom decided not to use the wrench against him Brian lowered his hands that he had raised just in case. He watched Dom for a moment and saw the emotions wash over his face.
The Charger had been the one thing Dom had inherited from his dad.

"Mia drove it when we broke you out and we had to ditch it because we tried not to have anything lead back to us...I think they ditched it. I'm not so sure. I was a little out of it."
He barely remembered anything that happened after the bus flipped, just that he somehow had made it out on his own.
"Mia knows."

Brian pulled turned the hat on his head and sat down on a crate.
"We have everybody we need now. Joker's on board , too. Now we have to come up with a waterproof plan. How do we get the blueprints of the FBI building from the city hall and what do we do if whoever goes into the FBI building can't hack into the computer. How do we get to the underground level, where they store the paper files? "
Brian was sure that the big guy had come up with a few ideas on his own and leaned his hands on his thighs.

Joker smiled and bounced a cardboard tube over his shoulder as he strolled into the garage, he was still dressed in urban camo and his padded boots made his footsteps dead silent. "Hola," He dropped the tube in front of the group. "You know the sad part about movies? They make everything look so bloody hard, you have to crawl through lasers. Jump over pressure plates and shoot guards with tasers." He walked over to a torn up recliner on the side of the garage and kicked his feet up while messing with a zipper on his backpack.

This time both Dom and Brian grabbed the next best tool to smash the intruders face in but relaxed when they recognised him.
Brian eyed the cardboard roll.
"What's that, bro?" Judging from Jokers words he had somehow gotten his hands on the blueprints. "You're kidding, right?"
Brian poked his head up behind him to see what it really was.

After a minute or two of fiddling with the zipper Joker opened his bag and removed a Polaroid camera which without warning he used on Brian. "Easy peasy, you mess with a camera long enough they think it's the monitor. Took a few shots from the camera's angle and stuck the shots in their way. Once that was done just had to get past the digital keypad, padlock, and key locks." He smiled as he tossed the camera back in his bag.

"There are five sub-stories, eight rooms a piece. The problem is as always what we want is at the bottom floor in the furthest room. Nineteen cameras in each room and only one way in and out, there is a centralized elevator with it's own power reserve." Joker's brow furrowed. "If the power to the building is cut the elevator only will respond to those five sub-stories. Four of which are VIP rooms which means guns and lots of them so whoever we send in will be at risk. However if we get the cars I asked about we can..." He grinned mischievously as Tiff's bike rolled to a stop in front of the garage.

At first Brian thought Joker had gotten into the city hall but now it turned out the crazy mofo had actually already made his way into the FBI building. How the hell he tricked the keypad and padlocks Brian had no idea.
"So you're telling me you've been inside? today?"

"Is there any outside connection to those levels? there has to be a vent system at least." He turned his head to see a bike roll by the crack in the door.
"Who the heck is that now?!"

"Relax it's Tiff. Nah I only got the blue prints." He kicked the cardboard tube with his foot. "Blue prints are in there. The vent system is a self contained and auto filter system. Pretty much makes a continuous recirculation of air using hydration and..." He saw Brian's face go blank with boredom. "In short it's livable on it's own for a week. Food supplies, weapons, ammo, and bedding. A real pain in the ass. But where there is a will there is a way."

"Crap." Brian slumped down on an old, torn apart chair and burried his face in his hands. Through his fingers he shot a look at Doms face, which reveiled no emotion.
He sighed and rubbed his face.
"Is there a way? And how risky is it. I don't think anybody is keen on going to jail."

Dom saw the look on Joker's face he knew that look. It was the one on Leon's face the day Vince got caught. "Brian, I don't think we're going to jail if we get caught this time." He said softly as Tiffinni walked into the garage. His hands were still clenched to the side panel of the car. It killed him not knowing where his father's car was or if anyone knew what happened to it. "So we risk everything for this..." He said quietly as he looked at the two men and the woman in the room. He thought about Mia, Brian, Leon, Han and his nephew. "It's not worth it, I'm calling it off." He stayed on the low for this long he could keep it up until the end.

Tiffinni slid from her bike and walked into the room. Leaning against the garage door in her racing suit she looked at the three men and could tell instantly there was a thick tension even before Dom said a word. "No, don't give up yet. Me and Faye will be down there, I'm willing to help even if it means getting hurt." She smiled and dropped her backpack by her feet, "I found an NSA agent badge from an extra role a long time ago. I have some official looking clothes in here too...I can get Faye and I in if we get a forged letter from a justice of the peace." She looked around the room while chewing the edge of her lip.

The more people that got brought in the more Brian disliked it. More people, who weren't used to work at a team meant risks.
"Who brought you in? I mean, no offense but you have nothing to do with Dom and don't need to risk your life for him."

He understood where Dom was coming from. "We'll only do it if or when the plan is actually perfect and fake badges won't do."

"Yeah, we are going one place if we get caught. That is why you are staying in the car Brian." He held his hand up to stop Dom from talking. "And you too." Joker's face was serious as he looked at Tiff. "Are you sure you want to do this. We have to one hundred percent sure this is what we want. I'm willing to die for a friend, even if it's a new one."

Faye slid the Dodge to a stop before making her way into the warehouse, gaze wondering around the people already there, dark eyes wondering back and fourth, it wasn’t so long ago that she had told her brother not to do something so stupid as to break Dom of that bus, and now here she was, breaking into the FBI, for something they may or may not get their hands on.

“Bri’s right fake badges wont cut it” She stated, a soft smile thrown n his direction, “I can get us in, I have a case that needs an interview of the arresting FBI agent” SHe looked towards Joker, one brow raised, “Once we’re in then what”

Brian looked at Joker in disbeleive. His eyes were fixed on the guy as he stood up.
"Are you handing out commands now? Telling us to stay in the car?"
He looked over at Dom and gave him a 'bullshit' smile.

"Federal agents aren't allowed to touch NSA badges." Joker cross his fingers and looked her up and down. "I brought her in after Leon said he was on board. She can act and she can bluff her way in. We need to get the physical file, electronic files can be remotely erased. Two females that are dredging up files can get in there easily enough, they won't suspect them of stealing anything. They can't leave the building with the file they just need to get to the elevator and we can get them out from there."

Joker rocked forwards with a groan and removed the blueprints. "The elevator is in direct line of sight with the parking lot. Shatter proof and bullet proof windows here and here. Behind the main desk is a button release for the elevator doors, it is the only failsafe if the power is cut so that people can use the maintnance ladder. Remember those cars I asked about? They will have two pairs of a tow cables, both in the front and the back. They will be attached to me with enough slack for a five story fall...We are taking the elevator and them out with it. The tinsle strength of the four cables will be enough to carry my weight, the girls, and the elevator right out the main door." He said with a smile, "In theory..."

Dom looked at Joker who was starting to push the limits of their relationship. "Listen..." He started before Joker began detailing his plan. "What makes you think the girls will be safe from gun fire? Those feds will be armed to the teeth and ready to kill everyone that they see once they realize the power is cut."

Han walked up and looked at Joker, "Where you getting the cars from? I mean it's great we're planning on this but without cars all we got is a couple of girls risking their lives by walking in the line of fire. Sorry I was eavesdropping D."

He looked at his boss and shrugging his shoulders as he smiled thinly, "If nothing else I can help them get in and out."

"More cars is more power, I was going to see what my roommate could whip up." Joker looked at the blueprints and bit on his thumb. "If the elevator is bunker rigged between the five levels it's suppose to shuttle the VIPs so then it's probably bullet proof. They won't be using armor peircing rounds because they wouldn't expect an attacker to." He looked at Brian, both knew how the government acted, they were limited to use only the force used against them. "With enough power and speed the elevator won't be around long enough to be shot at...You guys have seen me act I can move fast enough to get through the door and down the shaft before the guard can sound the alarm. We just need somone to get the main breaker down as soon as I'm through the front door."

Faye let out a soft breath, just glad Leon wasn’t here to hear this part of the plan the second he did he would have dragged her out of there quicker then she could have protested, folding her arms she looked over towards Tiff, she doubted he would be to impressed with her being brought into this either, and there was yet another face she didn’t recognise which she watched for a moment. The plan sounded pretty clean, so far, if there was any one to pull it of it was Joker.

“The key here is getting in and out without being seen” She muttered with her brow locked on Joker, “The judge is going to bring this case back up sure, but if anything is pointed back to use getting our hands on the file illegally then he’s gonna cast it out,” Licking her lips she ran a hand through her hair, “So we need to copy the file and keep the original we’re we get it from”
