Taryn gunned the throttle of the Hyabusa faster, already she had pushed past the "safe" speed the director wanted and the stunt drivers were cursing trying to catch up. She almost didn't see the spot where the trip wire was set up for the cars to flip. "Crap!" She screamed in her helmet as the first car clipped her back tire and triggered the over the top pile up. She careened wrecklessly towards the side of the road but stabalized and stopped before colliding with a wall. Her heart pounded with adrenaline and fear as the safety crews ran to catch up with her and the stunt men. "Ms Hills!" She heard them but couldn't respond, milimeters in front of her tire was the wall she nearly collided with. "I think we're done for the day." The director made his way over and gently pried her hands off the bike. "Let's get you back to the hotel."
Hours later Taryn was back to her cheerful self and cruising the streets on her bike, the blue leather suit matched the color of the GXR, visor down she was hard to identify, not that anyone would recognize the pop star in Japan. Coming to a stop outside of a resteraunt she removed her helmet and looked for a place to put the bike up at.

Cole was in route to one of the smaller hospitals he heard good things about. He simply had an appointment to get checked out and see how much more work he needed to get back to 100%. He had concerns about what the results would tell him, but it is what it is. While on one of the main streets, he noticed that the water pressure gauge in his Silvia suddenly dropped. "Seriously? I just got you." He told his car. He pulled over into a parking spot right behind a Hayabusa and pulled the hood release, obviously it was losing water from either the piping or the radiator. He jumped out of the car and noticed a fellow American next to the Hayabusa. "Hey." He nodded towards her, then quickly threw the hood open and started searching for the problem.

Taryn crinkled her nose as he lifted the hood, the smell of steam on rubber made her stomach twinge for a second before she regained composure. "Ug, that doesn't seem like a good thing...What happened?" She smiled and walked around to the side of the vehicle. From her pocket she withdrew a small but powerful LED light and helped shine it into some of the darker places. "Hey, I think you have a small crack in your radiator hose..." She said and leaned to take a closer look."

"Just lost water pressure suddenly." Cole shook his head. The blonde surprised him a little when she busted out a flashlight and started doing the searching for him. "A small crack like that wouldn't cause a sudden pressure release I don't think, but thanks for seeing that, could cause a problem for sure." He ran his hand around the welds of the radiator and found a bad leak where a rock or something broke the weld. "Ah, radiator weld broke. I have the worst luck with radiators." He chuckled at his own disfortune. "I'm Cole by the way." He extended his other hand that wasn't wet towards her.

"Taryn, Taryn Hill." Taryn smiled and briefly shook his hand. "So, here on vacation or something?" She leaned back against her bike gently and gazed into the engine compartment. Even though her knowledge of cars was limited she knew that having that much hardware he was doing more then just doing runs to the corner store. "Or are there some good racers out here."

Cole started searching around for some something he could use to somewhat mend the breakage with. "I suppose vacation could be one way to describe it." He laughed. It seemed like just about everyone he ran into nowadays either was involved in or knew about the underground world, old friend or stranger. It made him think about just how much street racing was tied into society. "I hear there's good competition here, just haven't been around long enough to have run into it yet." He smiled. "Do you race?"

"Only on screen, I never really got into any circuts or anything illegal." She smiled and looked around, "You think there'd be a hardware store around here, though if it's an emergency I think we can dig something up in our storage area..." She said looking at the car, her mouth set the words out before she thought about them, "I'm sure they wouldn't mind loaning it to you if you pay them back, we have a few stunt drivers that race locally." Helpful by nature she wasn't sure if she was doing the right thing but they both were Americans so what harm could it bring?

"Street racing is where the big money's at." Cole smiled at her. He then remembered that he always carried a can of radiator sealant in the trunk. After that experiance when he raced Brian and cracked the radiator around a bunch of cops, he learned his lesson. He walked over to the trunk to grab it. "It's no emergency, I'm too sick to do any racing right now anyway." He laughed. "I got cars and radiators back at our shop." The phrase 'we have a few stunt drivers' caught Cole's attention. "Stunt drivers? You with Hollywood or something?" He grinned.
