30. INTERPOL AGENT. IN 24 HOURS THEY'LL BE LAYING FLOWERS OF MY LIFE, IT'S OVER TONIGHT BASICS Character full name: Riley Marie Moore Age: 30 Gender: Female Sexuality: Pansexual APPEARANCE: Riley stands at a height of 5'8", a pretty average height as far as she's concerned, weighing about 130 lbs. Though slender, this girl is not one your describe as petite. Riley has spent most her life pushing her body to near perfect physical shape. Arms, legs and torso are all lightly toned from the sheer amount of activity she keeps herself involved with and a healthy diet. Some would call her obsessive but she simply likes keeping in top shape. Her skin is lightly tanned from spending much of her time outside, a few scars here and there, mostly marring her knuckles. She's not one for piercings, aside for those in her ears. As for tattoos, she doesn't mind them but never really got around to getting one, She's the kind of girl who wont put anything on her body unless it means something. Her hair is a dark brown, red tint visible in the light, making it more of an auburn shade and hazel eyes lined in thick brown lashes. PERSONALITY: When people first meet Riley, the last thing they expect her to be in an Interpol Agent. Naturally, she's a very laid back person. She likes to have fun, whether it's dancing or simply hanging out with friends. They don't think the party girl is serious enough to be part of a law enforcement agency. Well, there is that old cliche saying about books and covers. Riley may come off an nice in a social setting, but, when it comes to her career, she's a completely different person. Calm and often aloof, Riley knows how to detach herself from her emotions during a serious situation. She always keeps her head under pressure and almost never looses her cool. She doesn't have much of a temper, she'd learned better over the years. But, Riley will admit that she can have quit a foul attitude when she wants too. Sarcasm is most definitely her best friend and she has never really learned to bit her tongue. The lack of filter usually leads her to speaking her mind rather bluntly. Sugar coating her words isn't something she'd even want to do. She believes in the full truth, not some fantasy to spare peoples feelings. More than once she's had to lead a team and on several occasions, she's had to prove herself, making her a bit of a hard ass. HISTORY: Even as a child, Riley knew she wanted a career in law enforcement. Her father was an FBI Agent and her mother was a lawyer, retired when she found out she was pregnant but always with a heavy sense or morals and justice. Both parents passed these morals onto their daughter. Riley was never too young for them to teach and mold. By time she was seven, playing cops and robbers was her favorite thing in the world, as long as she was the cop. Kids tended to make fun of her, bully her around. But, she never fought back until someone decided to insult her family and their beliefs. It was the first time Riley ever got into a fist fight and it was the first of a long line of wins. Of course, her mother lectured her on using her words rather than her fist, while he father secretly high-fived her behind her mothers back. Riley and her Dad, John, got along a lot better than she and her mother did. It was probably the main reason that, when Riley graduated high school, she went straight into the police academy, rather than to college, She graduated top of her class and went on to join the NYPD. Her days as a rookie were spent on patrol and her nights were spent either in bars or out clubbing with her friends. If there was anything Riley loved as much as being a cop, it was dancing. In middle school, it had become both an outlet and a way of exercising. While her father liked taking her to her Karate lessons, her mother wanted her to do something a little more girly. She started with ballet which was, in the beginning, very boring, until she discovered hip hop. Combining classical moves with the rolling beat and deep bass was rather amazing. By time she reached high school, Riley was entering in all kinds of competitions. And then, one of her fellow dancers introduced Free Running... She ended up spending more time outside then she did inside! Which would explain her rather average grades and the reason she chose the police academy over college. She was twenty-one when she did her first undercover job. It was a simple job, although embarrassing and she'll never go into the details unless hopelessly drunk but the sheer success was what put her in so early for the run for detective. Of course, before she could make detective, she got an even better offer. An offer to work for the ICPO (Interpol). Riley jumped at the chance and never looked back. She worked all over the world, whether with a team or undercover. Her specialty became busting trafficking, whether it was drugs or people, though she never actually took the credit, as it would have blown her cover. As far as the criminals knew, she was also in jail, rotting away just like them. After her last assignment in South America, Riley was called back to her handler before being given a file of information and being sent to Monte Carlo, Monaco. What was in the folder?
