The pretty colombian was beyond livid, she knew the letter she got this morning was something to do with her godfather and her papa. Why did they have to take away the best things in her life? sometimes she hated both of them. Right now was one of those times. That was why she was currently driving one of Carters cars and damn if she wasn't driving it like it was stolen.
Her mind a million miles away in New York, where her now ex boyfriend Taeshawn resided in his fifth avenue penthouse. He'd bought her the neighbouring one just so they could look like friendly neighbours to prying eyes. the thought ran through her mind that she should probably sell that right about now. Her eyes swam with tears at the thought.
He couldn't have actually wanted to leave her, what man in his right mind would want to leave her. What man that wants to end a relationship does so by sending millions of pounds worth of diamonds and a we can still be friends letter.
This car needed to go faster, the faster it went the further behind her problems would be. Only this time it didn't work, because this problem was carried with her in her mind constantly. She visualise his face as he smiled, she could hear his laughter as they play fought. She could feel the sheer power he exuded when he was dealing with underlings.
If she had bothered to glance at the speedometre she'd have realised trying to take a corner at 124mph was never going to be a good idea. Especially not when coupled with the fact the tyres where badly worn. It wasn't a state she'd allow her own cars to get into but this car wasn't hers. She didn't know how it handled or how much care carter took of it. So when the back rightside tyre blew out, the fishtailing caught her offgaurd, the momentum pulled her across the road straight into oncoming traffic, the car was hit twice and spun like a bottle top before finally smashing into a concrete barricade.
The crash looked horrific, the helicopter overhead had caught it all. Anyone viewing the scenes must have thought the driver to be dead. Instead the stunning brunette dragged herself through her window, the door too bent out of shape to open, with barely a scratch marring her body but there would be plenty of bruises very shortly.
Thankfully for the shaken and sore beauty someone else had the foresight to call the emergency services and a garage to tow the wreck of what was once a car.

Leon stepped out of the garage, his gaze resting on the wreck of a car in front of him, whistling he shook his head, heading over to the two truck in front of him, signing the papers he watched as the car was dropped into the bay of bar brothers. Licking his lips he let out another whistle, his dark gaze sweeping over the damage. Who ever owned the car was deffiently rich, but had either not looked after the car or had only just had it imported.
He quickly looked over the damage, it wasnt a compleate right of but it did need a lot of work to get it back into working order, the whole front end needed reparing as well as the axles,.

October 2nd
The accident had been a few days ago and although Carter was perfectly capable of coming and sorting out the details Carina had taken it upon herself. Well herself and Taeshawn's credit card, it was one of the things he would need to do to get back in her good graces. Impatiently tapping her foot, she waited for the tall form of her boyfriend.
He was currently insisting on checking every car she drove before she left anywhere. Talk about paranoia, that or he was putting tracking devices in there. No Tae had to much self confidence to want to know where she was at all times. She was the innocent party in this relationship at any rate. Her chiffon peasant blouse was elasticated at the waist to show off her exceptional curves and the daisy dukes showed off those immensely long lucious legs. her jeweled slip on flip flops and sunglasses gave her a completely casual air.
Carina: Finally, am i free to go now warden?
Taeshawn: Cari, i'm just concerned for your safety.
Carina: Be concerned for your own, he might not be telling daddy but that doesn't mean he likes it.
Snatching the keys out of his hand she kisses him gently pulling away before he can deepen the kiss. slender hand extended and eyebrow raised her foot taps unconciously. Right up until the moment he sighs and hands over the credit card.
Sliding her curvy form into the Aston Marten the brunette pulls away and watches as the Ascari that her other half drives pulls out behind her. Watching in her rearview she smiles when he pulls out in the other direction. As she pulls into the garage she can't help but feel out of place. This car so does not fit in with any of the japanese models that seem to line this forecourt. Shrugging her shoulders she can't bring herself to care. Standing out was a common occurance when your father was beyond rich, your godfather was rolling in it and your boyfriend well he was known for being the play thing of various hollywood actresses back in the day.
Exiting the car, she heads into the garage, eyes falling upon the slightly less wrecked machine she totaled during the week. Before noticing a set of legs beneath the vehicle. Licking her lips the brown eyed beauty speaks.
Carina: So just how much damage did i do?

Leon had spent the better part of the last couple of days actually earning his pay from Brian and Rome, the car had been a wreck when it had first arrived, but now she was slowly starting to look like a car once more. He was currently under the car, ensurign that everything under the car was all in working order, that not one bolt was loose, and that the axles were perfectly safe.
The wheels had come in the day before and they were currently on the car, licking his lips, he heard a sweet honey slick voice and he used his legs to roll himself out, his hands pulling the rag from his pocket, his gaze flicked to the beauty in front of him.
Normaly he would have checked her out, hit on her, but now Nessa was back in his life he didnt even compute the gorgous woman in front of him. With a smile, he looked over at her, then back to the car, he shrugged. "Boss man is out"He stated, so he didnt actually want to say how much the price for the repairs would be.
"I'd say double figures though"He started rubbing a hand running down the rag.

A few minutes later Brian pulled up at the garage. In between changing diapers and collecting parts he had eventually found his way to his job. He walked in pretty tired and a little absentminded until his gaze fell upon the totalled wreck. "Whoa, who did that?"

When Carina nodded her head at Leon's assessment her brunette curls bounced up and down. They gave her an almost innocent appeal. such a sweet and open face one wouldn't believe what sort of deceptions it hid.
Carina: I figured as much.
She all but muttered those words to the grease covered mechanic, as he went over all the things that had to be done to the car Carina listened and nodded her head attentively. That was until another voice cut across the one speaking to her. she held up her hand and smiled sheepishly.
Carina: Guilty. Although it wasn't entirely my fault. about five other cars and a concrete barricade had something to do with it. That and whoever manufactured the damn tyre that decided to blow.
She made no mention of the fact that she was doing well over 120mph when the tyre decided to burst. She didn't need a reckless driving charge.
Carina: So what's the damage to my purse?

Brian turned to see a stunning brunette raising her hand. "Were you actually in the car? Or did you have a remote control?" He wondered. "I'd say concrete and other cars would bust you up pretty badly." He scratched his head. The list of things that needed to be done was huge. "I don't even know if we can fix it. It depends on how damaged the chassis is. Maybe you're better off writing it off. What do you say, leon?" Of course that wasn't good for business but Brian liked to play with open cards. With a look past her at the Aston Martin he raised his brows. This woman had money, lots of it.

The young brunette hesitated, her heart sank when he said write it off. It must have shown on her face that that was the last thing she actually wanted. If anything she would have prefered that it be repairable. Finding another like it would be next to impossible. Damn Carter and his perchant for expensive beautiful and exotic cars. biting her bottom lip she casts pleading eyes over at the two mechanics.
Carina: Are you sure you can't repair it, i'm willing to pay anything.
As though to prove her point the curvy colombian flashed the American Express Black Card her boyfriend had given her. Provided they didn't check the name on the card it would be all good. In New York no one ever questioned when Miss Reyes was using Mr Reynolds card. They all knew it usually meant he'd messed up and was paying for it.
Carina: Yeah lucky escape, right. Only one night in hospital for observation, but i had to climb out of the window to get out because the door wouldn't open.

He didnt want to turn the car away, it was a beauty one you didnt get to see very often, and turningi away work was bad for buissness.

"You're lucky." The boss replied both in reference to her close escape and that they were willing to give it a go. "We can always give it a go and see where we can find the parts for this beauty. Nothing's impossible if your willing to cover the expenses." He nodded at her card.
Then his eyes quickly scanned over the vehicle. "We can give you an estimate tomorrow."

October 3rd
Carina had left the garage yesterday thrilled to think that they would be able to repair the car. She'd have had hell trying to find another. Today however she had to go and find out just how much damage it was going to do to Taeshawns credit card. dressed in her loose legged coffee trousers. When she stood with her feet together they legs were that wide they took on the appearance of a skirt. a fitted cream vest top skimmed across her generous chest, she was going shopping with Tae once she was done at the garage this morning, well if she could get hold of him that is.
She'd spent the past five minutes trying to decide which car better suited her mood this morning. Power, presence and performance. It had to be the Bugatti Veyron Sport, so it was fifteen minutes later she pulled up infront of Bar bros with Waking up in Vegas blurring out of her speakers. Stepping out of the car she headed toward the men at work.
Carina: So am i paying for this now then? or are we still not sure what it's likely to cost?

Leon and Brian and even Jack had worked on the car all night figuring out what needed to be done, what parts could be shipped within a few days and what the costs would be. With too much facial hair and too little sleep in his face Brian opened the office door holding a sheet of paper. "Morning." He walked over to her. "I have good news and bad news. Good part is we can fix it, bad part is this." He held out the estimate and tucked he plaid work shirt into his cargos.

Carina didn't even bother to look at the paper in question or even take it out of Brian's hand for that matter instead the curveacous brunette slid her hand into her expensive bag and pulled out the black card once more. With a shrug of her shoulders she handed the card over to him.
When he gave her a pointed look as if to say you not going to look at the cost, the woman merely rolled her eyes. Smiling she almost nodded her head to the Veyron Sport now parked on the forecourt. She drove around in a fleet of cars people were lucky to see in their life time let alone own. Instead with a bit of a laugh in her voice she spoke.
Carina: You know what they say, ain't no limit on a black card.
It was true, you had to be invited to own one of these credit cards and they did alot more than give you a decent interest rate. They gave you access to so many things other people couldn't get near. The pretty colombian only hoped they didn't question the name on the card or the fact it said Mr and she was very obviously female.

A little puzzled Brian took the small piece of plastic from her hand. he personally could only dream of a black one with how the garage was going at the moment. They could definetly use the money this job would bring them all. After all 4 men were traing to live off the small garage at the moment. "Come on over to the office, please. Can I offer you a coffee?" With the paper still in hand he led the way to the small room with the glass door in the back. "You only have to pay a deposit up front or would you like to settle the whole bill now?"

Her mane of chocolate hair had been straightened today and fell to the small of her back. With each step she took the long locks flicked from one side to the other. accentuating the curve of her ass to all those still in the garage as she followed Brian into the office. The gentle sway of her hips attracting stares as she moves.
Carina: Might as well settle the whole bill now, get it out of the way. I'm good no need for coffee.
The tantalising specimen pulls a bottle of mineral water out of her bag in explanation for her refusal before continuing to follow the surfer like blonde.
As the office door clicks shut behind her the pretty colombian notices brian looking more closely at the card in his hand. Watching as his expression changes the female regards him carefully. Her honey like voice fills the room. Glancing round the room she feels slightly trapped in the small space that serves as an office
Carina: Is there a problem?

With a motion of his hand Brian offered her a seat while he took a closer look at the card. "I think you got the cards mixed up. This says Mr. Reynolds." He handed it back to her waiting for the right card while he sat down and brought the computer to live. "I can send you an invoice if you don't have your card with you." His cop mind screamed 'thieve' right away but he didn't want to let it show. The woman looked classy enough to own a car like the ones she was driving but you never knew. She might have stolen them including the card.

Carina allowed a sigh to escape her lips, shaking her head caused her chesnut mane of hair to whip across her chocolate eyes. Eyes she could barely keep the exasperation out of. Trying to make sure her voice was steady, she couldn't shake the accusation in his tone or in his eyes. Licking her lips she set about explaining the situation.
Carina: No it's the right card.
Watching as Brian goes to say something she cuts him off before he can question further.
Carina: My boyfriend is paying for the repairs considering it's his fault my mind wasn't fully on the road. Besides Taeshawn likes to treat me as though i'm some kind of kept woman, even if i have my own.
She wondered for a moment if he'd put two and two together and come up with the internationally reknown diamond dealer. Wondering whether or not he'd just stop asking questions and put the thing through Carina was beginning to get impatient and could barely keep the snap out of her tone when she spoke.
Carina: So can we put it through now please.

Brian was good at reading body language and this one screamed 'be careful'. Also the name she had just mentioned rang a bell. It sounded awefully familiar. twiddling the card in his hand he leaned back. "I'm sorry, mam. If this is not your card I can't accept it. Do you have a written permission form your boyfriend?" He could tell that she was getting upset, probably because her story was true. "I don't mean to accuse you of anything. I just have to be careful. It's a large sum. I'm sorry." This was as nice as he could put it. If he accepted a stolen card he'd basically ruin his own business.

Carina's eyes blazed, she knew what he was saying. She knew it translated into the fact he thought the card was stolen. Being compared to a common criminal was galling, not least because she was anything but common. Her daddy was the big boss, her godfather was the American boss second only to her daddy. Her boyfriend ran the east coast, managing to look completely legitimate at the same time. Damn it she was anything but a COMMON thief.
Her right hip rolled out, hand on her hip and pout on her lips. This was not going to be pleasant. There was a distinct reason Carina was very seldom told no. It may have something to do with her reaction when that happened or the fear people held of those who valued her happiness. Snatching her touch screen blackberry out of her back the beligrent brunette pressed 3 on her speed dail list, only to be met with an answer machine message.
Carina: Tae baby, when you get this i'm gonna need you to come down to this garage.
Glancing at the headed notepaper on on the desk infront of her she spat the garage name with distain.
Carina: Bar Bros, It's downtown, you'll see my Veyron on the forecourt. I stand accused of stealing your black card baby. Downtown LA of all places, were all the worlds parasites live accuse me of being a common thief.
Seeing the none to impressed look upon Brian's face as she hangs up that call instead of paying him any attention she does what she feels is in her best interests. Things could get nasty given the message she's just left her lover. So as soon as she ends that call her finger hits 1 on her speed dial. The offended female is making THAT call, the call to her gaurdian. Her anger reaching the point where she in near tears of rage.
The phone rings twice, then a very masculine voice hits her ear. Not even bothering to say hello or anything just wanting to get her message across quickly as she sees Brian picking up his own phone. Nervously she eyes him wondering what type of call he's making whether it's just to a friend for some kind of back up or whether it's the type of back up Carina can do without seeing.
Carina: There's a few of them and only one of me. They won't let me use Tae's card. They seem to think i've stolen it like i'm some kind of common criminal. I bothered to come down to this garage, i mean i wouldn't have brought the car to a garage in the downtown area but according to the tow truck it was closest to the accident. It's called Bar Bros. I've tried to call Tae but he was getting a shower when i last spoke to him.
She was flustered and indignant but the call was made and the temper filled temptress found herself being soothed by the reassuring voice of her godfather her eyes however never leave the man in the room with her.

Carter was in the middle of making a deal with one of the head end clients, the man in front of him was already shaking his hand, and with a firm nod of his head, Carter watched as the man stood, before leaving the meeting place. His phone chirped from his pocket and with a quick movment he reached into his pocket to remove it, hsi ice blue eyes locking onto the screen, brow furrowing when he saw the name flashing on his screen.
He had made it clear that morning that he didnt want to be disturbed under no cicrumstances because he was going to be in meetings all day, so when it hit answer he was sure that whatever his god daughter wanted was serious and that didnt bode well for who ever had upset his princess. Shaking his head his eyes went from annoyed to angry and then back to annyoed once more. She was ringing him because some idiots wouldnt let her use Taeshans card, then the name of the place crossed her lips and he frowned, that was the place Nina had gone, that was the place where she had met Rome.
"Ill be there as soon as i can"He stated hanging up the phone, knowing that Carina would be able to handle herself untill he got there, it was turning out to be quite a fun morning. No longer then Ten minuets later Carter pulled his red Ferrari to a stop outside the garage, his gaze wondering over all the expensive and unexpensive import cars.
He pulled his frame from the car, his hand smoothing over his custom made suit, his sunglasses covered eyes looking around for his god daugther, he spotted her eyeing O'Conner, with a smirk, he reached up to remove his glasses and headed over to them .
