Jack barely spared a grunt, serving as a hello, to a confused looking Brian when he walked passed the office. For once he was on time, even early, as he made his way to the car that was brought in yesterday by a customer. Something about the timing being off or whatever, it didn't matter to him in the state he was in. He reeked of alcohol, had drowned himself in it since the night before. Faye wouldn't answer his calls no matter how many times he tried and he didn't know where she was or why he even deserved her leaving him in the first place.
Coming to a stop in front of the workbench, he grabbed the first tool that came within his reach. He didn't even see what it was despite the fact that his eyes lingered on it for several seconds, maybe even minutes before he twisted on his spot, face contorting in to anger when he forcefully threw the thing through the windshield of the car behind him, glass shattering all over the front seats and hood of the car. "Fuck!"
The alcohol was supposed to drown this shit out, not fuel it, yet he couldn't seem to care about the consequences for both him and his brother when his fingers closed around a good old fashioned tire iron next, headlights falling to the same fate as the windshield when he smashed them both before he moved his relentless blows on to the glass covered hood.

From the outside of the garage Brian could hear loud banging and glass breaking. At this time of the morning this could only mean one thing: Somebody had broken in. As fast as he could Brian grabbed the wrench from his trunk and unlocked the garage door bracing himself for whoever had broken in. Strangely enough the door wasn't locked anymore and the sight that presented itself inside had him standing there with his mouth open for a moment. There was his little brother bashing up a customer's car as if he'd gone crazy. Brian dropped the wrench where he was standing and headed over to Jack grabbing his arm with the tire iron from behind and yelled in his ear. "What the hell are you doing, Jack?" The odor coming out of every pore of his brother's body gave away what he'd been doing the night before.

Jack angrily pulled his arm free from Brian's hold, not even cringing at the loud voice yelling directly in to his ear. Turning around, he faced his brother, only now actually registering it was his brother while he threateningly pointed the tire iron in his direction.
"Just fuck off, man." He half growled half slurred before he threw the tire iron on the mangled hood of the car. While he brushed past Brian, he didn't bother to check out the damage he had done to the car and probably the garage's reputation, nor did it cross his mind that it wouldn't be easy explaining to the customer why his car had gone from having some engine trouble to having it's bodywork bashed in.
On his way out of the garage, he made an attempt to fumble out his car keys from his pockets, muttering another string of curses when they dropped on the floor. The fact that he had even gotten here in one piece could be called a miracle.

When the tire iron came awefully closed to Brian's face he took a step back and raised his hands in defense. Obviously Jack was still piss drunk. "Easy, man. It's me." He saw the mixture of rage and hurt on his brothers face. It was hidden behind all the booz but still there. When he told him to piss off Brian shook his head. of course the outburts and broken car made Brian mad. "What the hell do you think you're doing, you idiot? You just smashed a perfectly good body." So instead of picking the keys up for Jack he kicked them away together with a few of Jack's fingers, who were just reaching for them.

The jolt of pain only set Jack off again. He straightened up, grabbing a hold of Brian's shirt with both hands while he pushed him against the back of the mangled car. Fuck if he cared about the damned thing.
As his jaw tensed up in anger, he half contemplated on hitting Brian square in the face and the decision was soon made when his hand clenched in to a fist. If anything, his brother had just become another convenient excuse to take his anger out on as the hit followed surprisingly fast for his drunk of his ass state.
"What part of 'fuck off' didn't you understand?" He growled through gritted teeth, a hard shove following before he released Brian's shirt. He needed to find his keys. He could already feel the effects of the alcohol wearing down and that was not something he wanted to deal with.

Brian was ready for Jacks reaction. He tried to evade the hood of the car when Jack pushed him backwards but still stumbled onto it and couldn't react fast enough to completely get away from Jack's punch. Since he knew his brother long enough he also knew Jack would try to solve his problems with his fists. So he at least half- evaded the fist aimed at his nose only catching it with the side of his face. It still burnt like a bitch.
Nevertheless Jack's slurred words and mindless beating made his furious. So without thinking he cut Jack's next word short by planting his knee in his balls and an upper cut on his chin. "Oh I heard you!" He shoved the keys out of reach and grabbed Jack, who tried to get them by the top of his jeans. "Jack. Jack!"

Jack slumped down to his knees, pain shooting through his crotch as well as his jaw while he kept himself propped up as best as he could with one hand on the floor. He didn't register the first time his name was called, only the second time causing him to look up at his brother.
"What?!" He spat, groaning as he attempted to move out of his current pose. If it was 'big brother' speech time, he would swear to god he'd take down the motherfucker he usually called his brother right where he was standing, wasted or not. He already knew he had fucked up, was a fuck-up, and didn't need an extra confirmation from a holier than thou Brian.

Brian let go of Jack's jeans and stood next to him looking down. "What the hell is wrong with you, man?" His face reveiled a mixture of disgust and sympathy. Obviously something was wrong. Right now he was too angry to care what it was though. Louder than necessary he added. "Why do you come in here reeking of booz IN THE FUCKING MORNING and smash up a customers car? Are you out of your mind or just too wasted to realize what you're doing?" He shook his head. "Jack!"

Jack groaned, inclining his head when his name was yelled far too loud once again. He knew his own damned name, he didn't need to have it shouted at him every five seconds, especially not with the headache that was steadily growing.
"You think I give two shits about that fucking car? I probably did the guy a favor anyway." He grumbled while he finally managed to pull himself back on to his feet. With his hands leaning on his knees, he suddenly started laughing out of nowhere, though it sounded more miserable than anything else.
"Did you know she fucking left me? I propose, she says yes and next thing I know she's gone. Kind of ironic, ain't it?" He shook his head with a wry smile. Saying it out loud only seemed to bring him that much more closer to reality. If only he knew where she was so he could at least try and talk to her.

Jack's words caught Brian by surprise. More surprise than he could handle without gawking. Now this fucked up action started making sense. jack had gotten over himself more than anybody ever expected and had gotten ditched. It didn't make sense at all. Dumbstruck Brian said. "That doesn't make sense." he shook his head in disbeleive. The shocked expression was replaced by sympathy. "Oh shit." he muttered and offered Jack his hand. "I can't beleive it." He almost added. 'Are you sure. maybe you got that wrong with all the booze inside.' "I didn't know anything. Why would she do that?" Suddenly the broken car wasn't important anymore.

Jack shrugged, trying to make the gesture look as indifferent as possible with the anger once again rising under his skin. "Probably had something to do with the pictures I found in the living room." Of course that didn't explain shit, but how was he going to explain those pictures in the first place. They all pointed in to one direction, that he had hooked up with the blonde in the men's room, but for once he had kept all his body parts to himself no matter how tempting the chick had been.
"I fucking burned them." He grumbled through gritted teeth before he seemed to compose himself. "But it's all good, right? Always said I would never do the marriage thing anyway, so why not say 'problem solved' now." He mumbled. Fuck it if he would let this get to him, even though he already, more than anything, had let it get to him, the amount of alcohol in his system, the scorched tiles in their backyard and the maimed car all being clear as day evidence to that little fact.

Brtian kept his hand on his brother as a sign of support and to calm him down. Hopefully his touch could do that. Otherwise Brian had a problem. His brother liked fights with him anyway and now would be his chance to let all his anger out. With knitted brow he listened to Jack's slurred words. "What pictures are you talking about?" Obviously Jack was really serious about Faye. Brian could have bet his butt that Jack would never get married but obviously Jack had almost proofed him wrong which was really odd in the first place. Whatever happened just didn't make sense. "So you're really serious about Faye but she left."

Jack pushed Brian's hand off of him, anger flaring in his eyes. If it was one thing he couldn't use right now, it was stupid questions, even though he wasn't making much sense himself. At least he had the excuse of being wasted. "Who cares about what pictures, bro. They're gone. I didn't kiss that bitch nor did I fuck her."
Brian's next words made him rub both his hands over his face in frustration, his jaws clenching before he glared at his brother. "Are you fucking deaf? Yes, she left. Do I need to draw you a picture?!" He shook his head, all calmness that may have washed over him leaving his body once again. If only he had held on to that tire iron so he could continue his rampage on the car. "Fuck!"
He took two steps backward and finally picked up his car keys from the ground, straightening up with a shrug. "You know what.. I'm quiting this job, too. Don't do shit around here most of the time anyway." Shooting Brian a forced smile, he turned around and made his way outside toward the Evo.

That was great. So Jack had worked up the gutts to let his barrier go and got screwed over somehow. Brian didn't have a clue what was in the pictures but he knew he couldn't ask anymore questions. He followed Jack, who was about to get in his EVO, which was obviously a stupid idea in his state. Brian reached for his arm fully aware that he was living a dangerous life but he needed to safe Jack's drunk ass. "Jack, hang on. Wait. I don't care what you've done or not done. I understand Faye doesn't care right now but I do. I don't want you to drive."

Jack pulled his arm free, pushing the drivers side door to the Evo closed a little rougher than necessary. Something that would normally make him cringe but didn't seem to faze him now as he turned around.
"You know big brother, I am sick and tired of you telling me what you do and don't want me to do." He growled through gritted teeth while he gave Brian a hard shove. He was done with holding down his anger. The car had been convenient and it had released some tension, but it didn't fight back. He wanted something or someone to fight back, make him feel anything other than this bullshit.
"I think you're loosing your touch though. I just fucked up that car and probably part of your business with it. On top of that, I just quit on the job and yet all you say is, you don't want me to drive." With a taunting smirk, he tapped the side of his face. "Come on, I know it pisses you off. Just take a swing like old times. I won't tell mom."

Obviously jack wanted a fight and in any other case Brian would have been glad to teach him a lesson or two. Right now he felt sorry for him because he was happy with Tyler and Mia and his brother was miserable. He didn't deserve it. "Shouldn't that tell you something? You behave like this and I all I from you is not to drive?" he gave him an annoyed stare. "I care about you, man. I hate seeing you like this." Again he waited for his words to sink in. "But if you'd rather get your skinny ass kicked I'm here to help you out!" maybe that would help. It usually did to get some frustration out.

Jack huffed, a smirk forming on his face even though his eyes betrayed the simmering rage under his skin. He didn't care if his brother 'cared'. All he cared about now, was letting off some steam and what better way to do that than plant his fists in his brother's face.
"You might wanna stop barking and start biting than, bro." He raised his hands, motioning for Brian to make a move. "Come on, help your poor brother out here."

Brian pushed the door of the EVO closed almost getting Jack's fingers caught in the door when his brother asked for a fight. Maybe it wasn't such a bad idea. I might keep him from driving and help Brian blow some steam over his most likely ruined reputation when word would get out that one of his guys had smashed a customer's car to bits. "Why not." he muttered with a look at the broken glass and dented body next to him. He raised his fists and shrugged. "Just remember you asked for it." His fist shot forward but only grazed Jack's chin. For some reason he couldn't really hurt his brother. Not now. He still felt sorry for the guy. The second punch was a little harder. "Whatdid you do this time, Jack?"

Jack rubbed his chin almost absentmindedly after the weak excuse for a hit, his brow furrowing for a moment at Brian's question. That was until it sank in to his drunken brain what was being asked, or maybe even suggested. Unless he was just hearing things, but did that really matter right now?
With gritted teeth, his hands grabbed a hold of his brother's shirt while he forced him back against the maimed car. "You wanna tell me that this is all my fault? Fuck you!" He spat, one hand letting go of the shirt and balling in to a fist, while the other held Brian in place when he hauled off, reigning down a relentless blow to his brother's nose, drawing blood in an instant. Brian might be playing nice, but he was far from it. Not giving any recovery time, he forced his fist in to Brian's gut, followed by a punch against the cheek when his brother doubled over.

The pain that made his eyes water and his nose run prevented him from seeing what was to follow but he could clearly feel Jack#s fist in his gutts. Just after breakfast! It made him feel sick instantly, the only distraction coming from knuckles connecting with his cheek so hard it made his head spin. Obvioulsy Jack didn't play nice. he was furious. These were the hardest punches Jack had ever delivered against Brian. What had caused so much anger? Brian's hand automatically shielded his nose from further attacks and came back bloody. "Holy shit, Jack. Did you just fucking break my nose?" The look on Jack's face showed no resentment just plain fury. So instead of waiting for another beating, Brian wiped his hands on his shirt. He put his head down and jumped forward, pushing jack off his chest. The punches that followed into Jack's ribcached left and right were more selfe defense than anything else. They were full blast though. Then he ducked low, slid on the ground, wrapped his legs around Jacks and brought him down. His brothers head connected with the concrete floor just before Brian put him in a headlock.
