Nate was once again sat outside Fayes home, again in a different car, didnt want to draw attention to himself now did he. Smirking he shifted, getting himself comfy. His gaze was locked on the EVO that was sat outside the house, it belonged to the boyfriend, he had seen the way she had looked at him, the way she had kissed him earlier that morning.
Putting the car into drive he drove slolwy past, in no more then hour she would get her second message, well more like the boyfriend would, he was actually kinda pissed, the car was one fine peice of machiniary, pitty when his guy was through with it, it wouldnt be. Already the young kid was defaceing the car, it wouldnt be to bad, fixiable at least. It was the message that mattered the most, that and the red paint splattered over it.
Remember me Oh he could see the look on her face now, right before her new toy boy would force her away from it. He shot the house one last look before driving away. Stage two would soon be compleate.

On his way to the garage Brian drove by Jack's house to pick him up. It was safer than waiting for his brother to arrive at some stage. He pulled up outside the house and let the door fall close, jogged up the three steps and was about to ring the bell when he almost ran against the door because the EVO had caught his eye...or better what was left of it. The windows were smashed, it was scratched and dented to hell and had red paint splattered across the fenders and hood. "What the...?" he mumbled in udder disbeleive and pressed the door bell.

Faye twised "Ill grab it"She shot Jack a smirk, before shifting to the door, one of hsi shirts flowing down to her knees, a smile plastered across her face.
"Hey Bri...."the rest of the sentence fell of deft ears as her gaze caught the Evo. "Oh my god"SHe muttered moving past Brian.
"Jack you need to get out here"She yelled

Jack turned his head to the front door when he heard the bell and figured it had to be Brian. Shit, this was supposed to be his first day of helping out at the garage. How could he even forget that.
"You do that." He watched as Faye walked past him and bit his lip while he gave her ass a playfull soft slap before he stood up himself to grab his stuff.
He was already half way through the living room when he heard Faye's urgent call, making him jog outside. "What? Can't Brian wait two seconds longer?"
His eyes shifted between Faye and Brian before landing on the EVO. "What the fuck is this?!" In the blink of an eye, he moved towards the messed up car, touching the red paint and took in the rest of the damage. "No fucking way!"

Faye shifted, tugging down his shirt so it actually covered her ass, she went to the front of the car, eyes wide, swallowing she shifted her gaze over to Brian and then back over to Jack.
"Looks like our boy struck again"she whispered, motioniing to the message.

He closed the distance to the car even before Faye and Jack did and took in the damage. Then he whirled around and looked up and down the street, which was deserted except for his own Skyline. "Damn shame." He muttered. "What do you mean, Faye?" Suddenly he remembered the box she had gotten. "Is thois supposed to be some kind of sick game? Who is your ex?"

Faye lifted her gaze over to Brian, knitting her brow in worry, fidling with her hands.
"Just your typical style dealer"She turned her gaze over to Jack, guilt building in her chest, licking her lips she let out a sigh, knawing on the inside of her lip.
"And he's paraylsed he cant be doing this"

Brian pointed at what used to be Jack's pride and joy. "Who did this then?" He saw the pained expression on Jack's face and was waiting for the explosion. "Chill, bro." "Faye, is this the same guy that Leon shot? Isn't he in prison?"

Faye nodded her head "My ex is bed ridden in one of the state hospitals, Leon did a good job when he shot him"She wrapped her arms around her body, shaking her head.
"I dont know who's doing this, he must have had contacts or something"

Brian put both hands on his head. This looked like it was becoming a serious issue. The last thing he wanted was to ever set a foot into the FBI HQs again but it looked like he might have to. This was Faye's best bet before something bad might happen. He ran his hands trhough his hair and shook his head. "I think you should call the cops. This is serious stuff, Jack."

Faye bit her lip, letting out a deep sigh "Its been nearly a year"She whispered shaking her head "Why the hell would any one do anything now"She questioned, wrapping her arms around her body, she bit her lip shaking her head.
"We get the cops involved, then i have to hand over them pictures"She shifted to Jack and Brian, it was bad enough they had seen, she didnt know if she was ready to hand them over to the cops.

Jack glared at his brother and raised his eyebrows in disbelieve. "Chill, bro? That's all you got to say?"
His eyes shot in Faye's direction and cursed under his breath, suddenly all too aware she was way to underdressed to be standing there. Especially with a psycho on the loose after her.
Forgetting about the damaged Mitsubishi for now, he made his way back to Faye and slid an arm around her waist, pulling her against his side. "Come on, don't worry about this. Let's go back inside." He mumbled while he lead her back to the house and shot Brian a look. "Yeah, great advice. Last time I checked, they weren't exactly on our side, bro."

Brian stood there dumbstruck. "What the hell are you doing, Jack?" But he had to admit his brother was right. Only a few months ago he would have had ten cops show up without a problem and now he actually didn't want to be seen near a crime scene. He shot one last glance at the street and then followed them inside. "Faye, don't listen to him. Whoever is doing this is threatening you..." Suddenly it occured to him that the car might have nothing to do with her. He looked at Jack. "...or you. What exactly were you doing when you were 'gone'?"

Jack furrowed his brow at Brian's question, a little surprised at what he was getting at. "What. You think I killed some hooker and now her pimp wants me to remember he's loosing out on income or something like that? Come on, man." He shook his head at the absurdness of that before he elaborated only slightly on his where abouts of the last couple of days, maybe even weeks? He couldn't even remember how long he'd been gone. "Remember Jimmy.. or Stoner Jimmy, I used to hang out with? I crashed at his place for a while."
He glanced over at Faye for a moment, before he looked at his brother again. "I know she's being threatened and I'm not saying she should just roll over and let it happen. But in case you have forgotten, I'm still on parole, you're an ex-con, her brother is an ex-con. The cops ain't gonna do shit for us. Hell, they might even shove this whole thing in our shoes if we're lucky."

Brian listened to Jack words. "So you've been stoned out of your mind for 10 days while Faye sat here with a box of old unwanted memories?" This actually made brian angry. "Congratulations, Jack! By the way was that before or after Texas? I though you're on your way to Miami to pick some of our shit up!"
Then he decided to focus on the subject again. "It doesn't matter who we are. She's a lawyer. the cops aren't going to ask...oh, is has your brother been to prison and if...an ex-con has rights as well." Why the hell did he still beleive in the system, that let him and his friends down? Brian couldn't help it. At heart he was still a cop. "They can take prints and run them to figure out who did this, maybe even catch him before he gets to Faye."

Faye had stayed silent since Jack had led her back into the house, she sat nibbling the nail on her thumb and sighed, yea Brian was right she was a lawyer, but if half her past got into light a lof of her work woudl be called into question, but she didnt actually care.
"Do it Bri"She lifted her gaze up to him, apparently who ever this guy was, wasnt really bothered about going through other people to get to her, a car she could deal with, but Jack, or Brian or Rome she couldnt.

He looked at her for a moment, then at his brother. "Are you sure, Faye?" He asked to confirm and went to get the phone. "I think one of you should do it considering I'm not even living here and.." He added with a look at Jack" I'm the 'ex-convict in this family." He hated the sound of that and it made him feel aweful. It had been much better to say. 'Agent O'Conner'.

Faye let out a breath and nodded her head, lifting herself from the sofa she took the phone from him, giving him a tight smile she dialled the number. A minuet or so later she was hanging up,
"There on their way"

Jack rolled his eyes at Brian. "So you checked up on me? Damn, if I didn't know any better I'd think you were dad. He always loved to use his cop buddies to check up on us too, remember?"
He looked at Faye when she agreed with Brian on calling the cops and threw his hands in the air. "Fine. If you both want to believe in fairytales, than who am I to stand in your way."
He shot Brian a sarcastic smile at the 'ex-convict' comment while he watched Faye talk on the phone. He really wasn't big on the idea of having those damned blue suits in his house, asking their damned useless questions.

40 minutes later a patrol car arrived. The men inspected the demolished vehicle and took pictures and notes. "Looks like some kids prank to me." One of the officers said as he sat down on a chair in the living room. He let his gaze wander from the young woman to one of the guys to the next guy. The seemed somewhat familiar but he couldn't put his finger on it. "We'll ask the neighbours if they've seen anything but since it's so early in the morning and it was probably still dark. Don't get your hopes up. Vandalism like this usually isn't punished unless you catch the person right there and then."
