(Set before the conversation with Walter) TAG JACK
For once Carter was traveling in a pretty none discript car, a simple black design, nothing flash, and nothing that would be out of place in the neighbourhood he was currently crusing down, he had travelled down here once before, more to case the area out then anything, but this time he was actually stopping, he had buissness to attend to.
His informant had let him know that the younger O'Conner was indeed in and alone, Brian having left some hours ago, Carter smirked, he couldnt wait to see the desperation and realization form on Jack's fac when he realized everything really was his falt.
Chuckling he steped out of the car, three larger men flanking his sides as they moved up the steps to the house, he didnt bother knocking nor did he truly make his presence known untill he was stepping into the living room.
"Good to finally meet the younger O'Conner" He stated, his men stepped into the room as Carter turned his gaze onto Jack, smiling wildely he stepped furhter into the room, heading towards the fireplace where one simple photo of Jack and Faye was.
"Pretty girl" He smirked and turned to look over at Jack, "I hear shes gone missing, any luck in finding her" He questioned with a raised brow.

Jack took a drag from his cigarette while he rubbed a hand over the days worth of stubble on his chin. He hadn't slept in days nor had he bothered to actually take the time to actually shave or take care of himself. Every waking second was spent on trying to find a clue, anything, and still he had no idea where Faye was or if she was even still breathing..
He took one last long drag from the cigarette while he looked at the picture in his hand with him holding her, the two of them smiling happily in the camera. It made him smile briefly before he pressed the cigarette tip against it, burning through it until his face next to hers was nothing more but a black-rimmed hole in the paper. He should have just stayed gone and out of her life all those months ago. He would have kept her from a world of hurt in more ways than one. For all he cared now, she could even be happy with that Jeremy guy or whatever the weasel's name was if it meant this wouldn't have happened to her. It was his lack of better judgment that had made her pay the price, instead of himself..
His eyes moved toward the hallway when he heard the front door open and his brow slightly furrowed. Brian wasn't supposed to come back here today, was he? Standing up from the couch moments later, every muscle in his body tensed when he was faced with Carter instead. Son of a bitch..
"You tell me." He growled. His hands flexed in to a fists by his side as he stalked toward the man, uncaring of the three heavy 'guard dogs'. He'd break that fucker's face right here and now.

"It's been a while, Jack. I have to say you look even worse than last time we spoke." Daniel said, smirking as two of Verone's men restrained the younger O'Conner from taking a hit and forced the blonde to sit back down on the couch. Even with everything to loose and nothing to bargain with the kid still didn't back down. He liked that about him.
He picked up the partly burned photo from the table, looking at it before his eyes cut on to the blonde who was still forced to remain seated by the two large men. "Not feeling too good about yourself these days?" He asked rhetorically, chuckling a bit as he dropped the photo back on the coffee table. For the youngster it would only get worse from here on out, one deep self-dug grave.
"Maybe this will make you feel better. Mr Verone over here has a proposition for you, some business that is sure to hold your interest." He said as he stepped back to let Verone do the rest of the talking.

Carter knew there was a reason he liked the younger O'Conner and it wasnt just because he was a good way to get back at the elder, who he had promised, more then once to make him pay for fucking things back up in Miami. Chuckling he rose a brow as he stalked towards him, oh yea thats why he liked him, kid had fired, and a lot of it, of course most of that was spured on by the fact he had no idea if his girlfriend was alive or not but still.
Two of the men stood behind him moved forward forcing the younger O'Conner backwards and down to the chair, where he struggled, angrily. Looking over at Daniel he gave the other man a smirk before looking back over towards Jack.
"I have a job proposition for you" He stated, looking down at the young man in front of him, "And you would be wise to take me up on it after all i hold all the cards and you hold nothing"

Jack pulled himself loose from the grip of the two men, lifting one hand to indicate he was going to stay where he was. He needed no more than Carter's word to the wise to remain seated this time, or at least for the moment being. His eyes shifted between Daniel and Carter, tinged with slight confusion. Why was an FBI agent cohersing with.. Carter, and what the fuck did the both of them want with him?
"Yeah, I heard your flunky the first time. Now, if you'll be so kind to cut the bullshit theatrics while one of us is still young.. I'd appreciate it." He growled when his gaze finally settled back on Verone. How he wanted to hit that smug smirk off the fucker's face.
"What's the proposition..?" He finally asked without any further hesitation. Whatever it was and no matter the consequences it would bring on him, he'd do it. He had nothing to deal with as Carter had so eloquently put it. He was stuck, cornered, desperate..

Carter raised one hand to the two men once more reaching for Jack, he was more then sure that Jack would remain seated, for the mean time. He moved to sit down in the chair opposite Jack, a content smirk across his face.
"Nothing you havent already done for me Mr O'Conner, i just need you to tag along with one of my drivers" He stated, with a small shrug, "Do it right, and quite and you'll get to see your pretty little lawyer again"
