Rosie had been back in LA for a few days and decided to hit Crash and Burn. She pulled up outside taking in a breath as she got out of her car. She walked into the bar and looked around as she walked to the bar and looked at the bartender "Get me a Corona" She smiled as the beer was placed infront her and she took a sip as she paid for the beer and turned to watch those around her, she had to be sure she wasn't being followed.

Today was actually a day that Jack and Brian got along pretty well and didn't get into a fist fight over some silly words or deeds so after Jack had helped setting up shelves and tools in the new garage Brian invited him to the 'Crash and Burn', which was only a few blocks from the garage. Walking in he noticed that the place was unusually busy for a week night. "Go ahead and order me a beer, I'll just quickly call Mia." Brian said while he headed towards the rest room.

Rose sat at the bar as she took in a breath and then took a sip of her Corona. She glanced around and then back to the bar infront of her. She knew about all of the trouble with Tran and the street racing world but she didn't let it bother her. She had her own problems that she wanted to forget for one night.

"Sure, bro. Take your time." He snorted as he saluted his brother off to the can. Every damned five minutes or less Brian had to run to a phone check if Mia was still there. If he didn't understand it somewhere deep, deep down, he would have just yanked his brother back and toward the bar by the collar of his shirt. Oh damn, he was getting soft, wasn't he..
"Yo barkeep! Two Coronas, actually make that one Corona and a shot of Jäger." He clapped his hand on the wooden top twice as a thanks before he turned his attention to the girl sitting not too far to the right of him. His brow furrowed slightly before he leaned little ways toward the woman, clearing his throat to get her attention.
"Friendly word of advice, looking lost doesn't really suit you."

Brian headed to the bathroom first and since he didn't want to waste any time pressed speed dial while he was taking a leak. "Mia, just wanted to let you know that Jack and I are having a drink or two at the Crash and Burn. everything okay at home?" Mia confirmed and told him she was going to bed soon. At ease Brian came back to the bar where he found his brother and their drink on top of the hard wood counter top. He reached for the beer. "For me?"

Rose sat at the bar as she took a sip of her beer, she was looking in hopes that her brother would show up. She heard a throat clearing as she turned to look at the man who cleared his throat "That obvious huh?" She gave him a smile as she moved closer to him "Rose Martelli and thanks for the advice" She looked over to see Brian "Didn't I see you earlier Brian?" She smiled as she took another sip of her beer.

Brian turned his head to look at the woman who adressed him by his name and smiled. "Rosie, hi." Now he fully turned around and noticed that she was alone. "Are you waiting here in case Vince comes by?" He let the cool brew flow down his throat and reached for the bowl with Cashews.

"Jack." He mumbled with a shrug before he downed his shot, welcoming the soft burn down his throat. He could have used one earlier, having been working with, or rather, for his brother all day. Bastard still knew how to boss him around, but his as of late better mood had allowed him to let it slide for a change.
"Who else, princess? I would have gotten you a Cosmopolitan instead, but.." He grinned as he clapped Brian on the shoulder. "I don't think they serve those feminine drinks you like so much here, bro. Sorry." He laughed, motioning to the barkeep for another round. Might as well keep things flowing while he was here. He didn't have anything to celebrate officially, but.. ah, who was he kidding. With Faye back in his life, he more than did.

Brian gave he a mock grin and finished his beer in one long gulp. To Rose he added. "Jack's my brother even though he's nothing like me."
"Jack and Coke." He told the bar keeper with his finger raised. "I really don't know how Faye puts up with you all day long. How did you get her back?" Brian raised on brow and leaned back a little wondering what story Jack would tell him.

"Oh, come on, man. You know you love me." He grinned once more before he downed his second shot just as quick as he had done the first. Slamming the glass back down on the bar top, his hand reached down his pocket, going for his cigarettes. If there were two things going great together in a bar like this, it was alcohol and nicotine.. and women, if he was truly honest.
"He's just jealous cause he ain't me.." He offered Rose a joking smile while he placed one of his bad habits between his lips and lit it up. Inhaling deeply, he glanced back at his brother while his brow furrowed. Normally he wouldn't have given a shit about the comment, hell, he agreed with it, but this time it irked him.. a little, yet more than enough for him to keep his usual bullshit stories to himself.
"Take a wild guess, and I'll give you one hint.. I don't have these holes in my pants on the knees for nothing." He grumbled as he forcefully breathed the smoke from his lungs.

Brian looked at the woman beside them and rolled his eyes. "I'm so jealous because I don't have his wits, charm or good looks." Qucikly he tackled Jack and rubbed his knuckles on his head. "He got it all, inherited it straight from our old Pug."
Looking down at Jack's old jeans he noticed that there were actually some holes in them. "She made you get down on all fours whip your ass?" His expression changed a little. "Just make sure you treat her right from now on. You don't even know what you've got, man. If you don't I'll will personally kncok your front teeth in." He lifted his glass. "Roger that?"

Always the fucking hair.. Jack pushed his brother's rubbing knuckles away from his head with half a frown, half a smile on his face. "And I suppose they had to lure you out of a tree with some peanuts, huh, bro?" He chuckled before he dropped half of his attitude. The holes in his pants were nothing new, but he wasn't ashamed for once to admit he had begged, and she had whipped him.. real good at home.
When the inevitable threat followed, he rolled his eyes. He was sure he would be getting one or two of the same promises from more people than just his own brother, and it was mostly Leon that came to mind. He could still picture that fist against his mouth at the opening, and there was no doubt in his mind he'd receive more than that if he fucked up with Faye this time.
"I'm pretty sure you'd need to be getting in line for that.. But yeah, I roger." He snorted as he ran a hand through his disheveled hair. "Just drink your shit and save your speeches for my nephew, huh?"

"I'm telling you if Tyler ever turns out like you he'll get more than a speech." Grabbing the glass he enjoyed the coke with the aftertaste of Jack Daniels . It had always been one of his favorites aside from beer. Out of the corner of his eye he smiled at Jack. "I'm glad she took you back. She's the only person who can keep you in line. Drink up!" He raised his hand to the waiter for two more shots. "Pool anyone?"

"Just a word of advice, don't turn in to dad when that day comes.." He smirked as he clapped his brother on the shoulder. He pulled the freshly poured shot glass closer to him before he lifted it. Third one in a short matter of time, but what did he care. For once he wasn't drinking his sorrows away, for once he was just drinking because he liked to drink.. though he had cut it back to every now and again for obvious reasons.
"You and me both, bro.. you and me both." He mumbled before he tipped the shot back, downing it and slamming the glass back on the bar. The buzz of the alcohol was slowly building as he motioned for another fill up, and his head turned toward Brian at the mention of pool.
"I'm in, but only if you're ready to get your ass kicked!" He grinned as he downed his fourth just as quick as it's predecessors before he moved toward the wall where the cues were hanging. He grabbed one, tossed it toward his brother before he grabbed another cue for himself along with the blue cube of chalk.
"Wanna bet some money on it while we're at it?" He raised his eyebrows amusingly, chalking up the tip of his cue stick while he walked toward the table. Pool was his game, always had been even if he might be a bit rusty now.

Since Rosie was taking pretty long at the bathroom Brian quickly drank his own shot and caught the cue in mid air. "Always the big mouth , Jack, always. Haven't you learned not to shoot it off against me?" Brian pulled out a twenty and placed it on the corner of the table underneath the piece of chalk. "We'll go up each game." He leaned across the pool table and placed the triangle on it and filled it up. "You start, little brother. I think you need a head start." He took a drink and shoved his hands in his pockets.

"What can I say, bro. I'm a slow learner." He shrugged as he pulled his own twenty from his pocket, placing it underneath the piece of chalk along with his brother's. Watching Brian set up the game, he snorted at the added comment. He should have seen that one coming, but than again, a little friendly banter between the brothers was always one of the best parts in his opinion.
"Who's the big mouth now, huh? We'll see who needs the head start." He smirked as he put the white ball in place before he leaned slightly forward and lined the cue up over his left hand. His eyes narrowed just a bit before he took the shot, and the smirk widened over his face at the break of the balls when two of the stripes hit the pockets. Not bad..
"You sure you don't wanna up the ante here, big brother?" He chuckled as he moved around the table to line up his next shot with less focus than he had with the first, he blamed the alcohol on that one.. He barely aimed before he took the shot, sinking another stripe yet the cue ball followed just as easily.
"Damnit.."

Rose had taken a little longer in the bathroom then she planned. Hell she bad a phone call that she tried to avoid but couldn't. She finally came back out to find the boys at the pool tables, she walked over and looked at them "Sorry it took so long, I had to take a call about a career I'm not going back into" She took in a breath "Big brothers are a pain in the ass, somedays I would gladly trade mine in but I gotta love him"

Brian leaned his left hand on the green of the table and aimed at the white ball. "I'd say I trade you my brother but I really don't want yours even if I have to keep Jackie here." With a click the balls connected and one of the full ones disappeared. Walking around the table he looked for another one and found an easy shot and after that one more before he didn't make the hole.

"She said big brother, Brian.. big brothers are the pain in the ass.." He smirked, shooting a wink toward Rose before he moved around the table to line up his next shot. He easily pocketed two stripes in the one shot before he turned toward Brian, his smirk already having turned in to something closer to a grin. Playing for money was fun sure, but why not make it a little more.. fun.
"By the way, how are your drinking skills these days, bro?" Without waiting for any type of answer, he continued. "How about you down a shot for every ball I pocket, and vice versa? I haven't seen you piss drunk in a while now." He grinned once more as he raised his eyebrows in question. He was pretty damned sure he could beat Brian, even with four shots already in his system.. and if not, no gain, no loss.. apart from the twenty, but he could always just nick that back from his brother anyway.

Rose looked at Brian "I wouldn't trade V in for the world, no matter how childish he can be" She looked at Jack as she nodded a bit and then looked at each of them "He's right, I did say big brothers" She took in a breath as she sat on a stool watching the two play a game of pool.
