Jack shifted a little against his car as he watched Brian wade through the crowd. "Eh, he's only related to me by blood." He joked shrugging before he looked over his shoulder to see what she was holding up. He laughed as he shook his head at the sight of Brian's wallet. At least it wasn't his this time. Which reminded him.. He'd be checking his own pockets before he left.
"Wanna see how red his face can get when he gets angry, confused and frustrated all at the same time? It can get pretty entertaining." He grinned as he held out his hand for her to give him the wallet. He was already on Brian's shit list as it was at the moment anyway, adding this small thing wouldn't matter. And aside from that, Brian had fucked up his night by showing up and rubbing charges in his face, might as well return the favor by making his brother look like an idiot.. or a bigger one than he already was..

Quickly he made his way through the crowd to catch up with the girl before she'd run away but judging by her smirk she wasn't about to. Angrily he approached her. "I think you have something that belongs to me and if you looked inside you know you'll be in serious trouble if I don't get it back right away." He stated in a cool tone, then cast a glance at Jack who was suddenly looking very amused.

"Oh officer O'brian. Sorry I turned around when I saw your wallet and you were gone." She smiled and looked around innocently, "I decided to pass it off to your brother in case he saw you." Allison reached out and wrapped her arms around Jack's side, "If you can't trust family who can you trust right?" She kicked her feet back and forth before sliding off the car. "Don't worry I made sure nothing was missing," She saluted sarcasticly.

"O'Conner." Without any further words Brian glared at her and then held out his hand. When Jack didn't react he kicked his foot against Jack's. "Give it to me." For a moment he glanced at the girl. "I'd better be complete..." Since Jack's only reacting was to grin at him Brian reached around his body to see what he had in his hands.

"Wow, hey! Easy up on the brother loving, man! Shit, if I didn't know any better.." He laughed as he moved away from Brian, reclaiming a decent amount of personal space. He held the wallet up in front of him, and pulled it away just as Brian reached for it.
"How about I race you for it, bro. Huh?" He grinned as he raised his eyebrows in question. "It'll be like old times, although I did shape up a little bit on my driving." He illustrated his words by holding his thumb and index finger just little ways apart while his grin became more cocky. He placed the wallet on the roof of his car, out of reach from his brother, before he pulled the wad of cash he'd won out of his back pocket. It was enough for the next three months rent, or the last three, considering he still owed his landlord. They'd been on the verge of being evicted more than once, but all in all who gave a shit about that.
"How about we throw a couple of bucks in, make it a bit more interesting. Unless of course you just want the respect of.. you know, loosing." He kept his grin on his face as he watched Brian. Both no longer drove rust buckets, and he no longer was a 12 year old kid. He had some skills up his sleeve these days.

As soon as his fingetips reached the wallett Jack took it away. Angrily Brian glared at him. "What's this Playschool? How old are you, Jack?" He once again tried to reach for it but it was too far away.
When his brother waved the money in front of his nose he grabbed it and pushed it against his chest invading Jack's personal space again. "Better use your money to pay your bills, bro, if you're so broke cause against me you'll loose it." His face was now so close he could feel Jack's breath on his skin. "Remember two nights ago?" With that he grabbed Jack by the shirt and pushed him away from the car to get closer to his wallett. He checked through it and found everything still in it. Pointing at the girl he muttered. "Lucky you."

His grin faded when the money was pushed back against his chest and he once more found himself with little to no personal space left. He moved his face to the side as Brian's came awfully close to his and he swallowed at the words. Oh, he did remember two nights ago, he however did not remember his brother being behind the wheel of that cop car. It would explain some of it, like the crazy ass genes they both seemed to posses when behind the wheel.
He was pushed away from his car and he did nothing more but watch as Brian grabbed his wallet. "I'll take that as a 'no' than.." He mumbled as he cleared his throat, adjusting his shirt. He could only wonder when Brian had gotten the stick up his ass, but than again.. his brother was a cop and did take after their old man in certain things.
He briefly glanced at Allison as Brian checked his wallet. Yeah, lucky her, less lucky him. He still had a job to do, and he wasn't quiting it no matter how much he was pressed to walk away from it. He'd just have to be a bit more careful next time.

Angrily Brian turned around, glared at the girl once more and then shouted across his shoulder. "I'll be watching you, Jack. If you race me it'll be for your ass."
With that he stomped off. Brian was fuming. His brother was a cocky, good-for-nothing slackass with enough talent to make better use of it and that bothered him a great deal. The fact that he simply disregarded Brians advice and seemed to expect him to cover the car theft was unbeleivable.
Fuming he sat in his car and stared ahead until he pulled out of the spot with smoking tires. He needed to get rid of some tension and what better place than one the road?
