"Well in all honesty you'd probably enjoy it more than I would. If I got a skyline I'd want an R33, just can't find any around here. I'm an evo guy though, always have been, always will be." Cole could hardly believe he was telling someone he practically just met that he could share his $100,000 car. But then again, if it weren't for Brian, the car would probably never be running again. "We'll build this car into a total monster. That way it'll be a single car that you and I can both use if we ever need to kick some guys ass, or if we just need something that will get the job done in any situation." Cole said. "I don't know what your garage guy's tuning capability is, but a 1200 hp GT-R would be pretty much unbeatable with a good driver, don't you think?" He grinned at Brian, knowing he would like the sound of that. "Go get the tow truck, I'll wait here with the car." He tried to say while pinching his nose.

The cop shook his head laughing. The thought alone gave him goose bumps. "I already like you, bro!" Then he shot one last, loving glance at the wreck and slid in the bucket seat of his Skyline.
Some tire stayed on the road as he was in a hurry to get that tow truck. 45 minutes later he was back with it and sure enough Cole was still there although he looked as he was half asleep. Brian let the steel cable down and hooked it onto the back end of the car to pull it onto the truck. When he got a better few of the damage he muttered. "I think I'm going to start crying...let's go. Diablo DeSangre Customs. Near Wilkins Blvd."

"Yea you better like me now." Cole chuckled.
Cole was just as anxious to get the GT-R in the shop and finding out if it is usable. "I'll follow you to the shop." He motioned to Brian.

The large truck was a little harder to manouver than his own car.
When they arrived at the garage Diablo had gone back to sleep. Apparently she trusted Brian enough to give him her keys. After all they shared a bit of 'history'. The cop opened the doors and let damaged car off the truck. Together with Cole he pushed it inside. "We'll have to wait until tomorrow for my friend to have a look at the car."

He probably should've been more concerned about his injuries than he was, but that was just a low priority for him right now. "Alright man, thanks for picking it up." He padded Brian on the shoulder. "I gotta go find a hotel room now." Cole looked at his cell to check the time. It was late, even for him. He headed over to his evo, making a mental note of where the garage was.

With one look back at the Nissan he closed the garage and pushed the key for his own Nissan, which welcomed him with a 'blink'.
"Well, I keep offering people to bunk at my place so why not you. I think it might be hard to find a place at 4 am and I do have some frozen peas in my freezer." Without further questions he slid into his seat, buckled up and sped off. It was about time to head home. Mira was probably worried by now.

Figuring that a hotel was probably asking for trouble in this area, Cole decided to take Brian up on his gracious offer. He started his car and rolled down the windows to see better without the completely illegal window tint that worked wonders during the daytime. He trailed Brian's Nissan to wherever his pad was. "Nice skyline." He thought, hearing the unmistakable exhaust note.

The closer they got to the ocean the better the air smelled that came in through his rolled down window. Brian was in an exceptionally good mood when he parked near his boat house and climbed the small board that led up to the deck. Pushing the door open he checked whether Mira was asleep and pointed at the couch whispering. "Sorry, the place is really small. You can have the couch. Bathroom's back there. Beer?"

Even though he was underage, that wasn't going to stop Cole if he felt like it was beer time. "Sure, thanks." He looked at Brian. A knock on the door surprised him, maybe Brian had a whole host of people that stayed at his place, he joked with himself. He added. "Someones at the door too, I can get it if you're tied up." He said noticing Brian was buried in the frig.

"Sure." Eeven though it was odd that somebody would come byx at this time of the day or night and his home had just been defaced by some hired thug he didn't care to get the door himself. When he came back with the eers he wondered for a moment how old Cole actually was but remembered when he was that young and had more than just a few beers.
To his big surprise he spotted Mia at the door. "Hey, Mia. What brings you here? The famous O'Conner hospitality?"

"Well isn't that interesting." Cole thought to himself, seeing Mia at the door. He knew Brian and Mia had some kind of relationship, but he didn't think they'd be at each other's houses at this time of night. Cole smiled at Mia. "You missed it, I raced a dude for his GT-R, and it got ugly. Thats why my face looks like this." He motioned around his head.

Mira had been sleeping quiet peacefully in Brian's bed until Max, her large German shepherd, awoke and barked. Sighing she slide out of bed and walked to out of the room. Believing that it was just Brian coming home she didn't bother to put any clothes on besides one of his shirts, which reached down to mid-thigh. "Whats with the noise?" She asked as she rubbed her eyes while she stood in the doorway. the short strands of her white blonde hair sticking up in random directions.

Cole swung around to see where the sleepy voice was coming from, and was meet with a surprise. He laughed. "Before that question is answered, I suggest a trip to the wardrobe. Possibly something a little more adequete for company." He said still laughing. He assumed this must be Brian's girlfriend, considering she obviously wasn't concerned with what she was wearing around him. He suddenly felt like he may have been intruding a little bit. He continued addressing Mira. "I'll pretend that didn't happen." he said with a grin.

Mira blinked and stared at the young blonde. "Who are you?" She glanced at the clock on the wall. "And why is everyone up at this ungodly hour of the morning?" She walked into the kitchen not really caring that she was only in Brian's shirt. Digging threw the cabinets and fridge she sighed. She really needed to remember to go grocery shopping after work.

Cole shook his head. "I'm Brian's friend, he's letting me stay here tonight." He said, keeping it short and to the point. "Don't worry, you won't even know I'm here." He laid down on the couch and let all the days stress fall off. He really needed to find his own apartment soon though.

Mira leaned against the counter watching him. "And do you have a name?" She then noticed the beer. "And how old are you?" She knew by his looks he wasn't twenty-one and being a cop herself she was against under age drinking. There had been one to many accidents she had seen involving minors and alcohol. "Oh and one last question. Want some ice for your face?"

"Name's Cole Peyton, I'm old enough to make my own decisions, and yes, some ice would be nice thank you." By the look on her face, he knew that answer probably wasn't going to be satisfactory, but he knew there was really no arguing with a determined women. After all, this was her house, or atleast he thought. He put the beer to the side and sagged further into the couch. "I don't suppose you and Brian know each other well?" Cole asked, already knowing the answer.

"You're funny, kid." Brian commented when he came back from the bathroom and noticed that Mira had gotten up. Placing a quick kiss on her cheek he pulled off his own shirt. "I brought home another stray. Hope that's okay. The stray won a really cool car. The magical three letters: GT-R." He then placed the beer in front of Cole again. "Look at his face. He needs a beer." Next thing he dropped his jeans on the 'living room floor' and yawned. "I'll hit the sack. Night, Cole."
