"Nice run, Cole." Manako said as he patted Cole on the shoulder. "If you keep this up you might be as good as me." he said as he chuckled a bit. Manako looked around as the crowd started getting bigger around them. "Okay its getting a bit crowded around here." Manako said.

Bayleigh leaned against her car and watched Cole race. She cheered as he passed the line first, glad to see that he's learning something. Once he came back she raised a hand to high five him, "Nice job," She smiled as her hand collided with his. She made a mental note to look up some mods for Cole, he was going to need some if he was going to keep up with them. She looked between the two, and thought for a moment. "Hey guys, I think I'm going to go, some early morning breakfast sounds great right now."

Cole raised a brow when Bayleigh said she was leaving, now he really thought something was wrong. Then however he took a look back at the crowd and suddenly agreed. "Yeah, let's get out of here." He turned back to the S15.

"I agree" Manako said as he got into his Skyline and began to drive off. As he was driving he noticed everyone was scattering. I wonder why they all scattered Manako thought to himself. When he noticed red and blue lights coming towards them. "SHIT!!!!" Manako yelled as he 180'ed the Skyline and punched the gas speeding pass Cole and Bayleigh.

The moment people started scattering, Cole knew all to well what was going on here and looked in the direction of the incoming 5-0. "Damnit, cops. Let's go." Cole looked over to Bayleigh who was pretty much already in the Infinity and then got in his own Silvia. Cops cars started to overwhelm the area, and some people were already pretty much screwed. There was one area where everyone was slipping through, including Manako. So he aimed for that area and got back out on the street, police lights everywhere.

Bayleigh had gotten in the G just in time. Once she noticed the lights she shifted quick and followed Cole quickly. She had just made it through the spot people were getting out before the cops caught on and some closed the space. She followed Cole, amazed at all the lights around the area. This really wasn't what she needed, she'd be sent back to Japan on the next red eye if she was arrested.

The entire surrounding streets were filled with cops, it was like the whole damn LAPD decided to end street racing tonight. However, the standard crown vics were having a very hard time keeping with the light imports and the only thing Cole was little concerned about were the few hemi-powered chargers chasing him and Bayleigh, and probably Manako too, but he had no idea where he went.
Cole knew the first important thing was to get out and as far away from the airport as possible before it was completely locked down. He took a few service roads and found some open road to try to get some distance on the pursuers, so he took advantage of that and soon he was on the outskirts of LAX. Cops falling further behind.

After Manako left the area and turned right towards downtown. As he drove towards downtown he started noticing there were less and less cops but he still had 2 cops on his ass. The 2 cops had a hard time keeping up with Manako as he drifted around corners until the 2 cops finally lost Manako. Now he could breathe easy as he got to safety.

One thing was for sure, these used up drift tires were NOT suited for high speed chases, and at high speed Cole was having a hard time managing the car around traffic and such. Every time he made a slight adjustment on the wheel, the back end would threaten to break loose. Because of this, it was going to be hard to simply outrun the chargers on the highway. So he took a turn towards a more residential area and took every turn that didn't have a dead end sign on it. He easily broke the line of sight the police had and then started driving normally in secluded areas until he found a small spot big enough for him and Bayleigh to hid for awhile. Times like these he wish he had a police scanner.

BayLeigh followed Cole, she groaned as she had to keep turning and hoping to keep him in sight but loose the cops. She wondered where Manako ended up but as soon as she thought it she almost made a wrong turn, she shook him from her mind and turned off her headlights following the trail Cole left behind. She saw the small spot and with one last attempt she turned in quickly and cut the engine off, watching for headlights to pass the spot without stopping.

Manako kept driving making sure there were no cops after him. By the way things looked there were none. So Manako decided to stop and get breakfast. He stopped at a Waffle House but before getting out he texted Cole "Hey Cole I'm at a Waffle House on 5th avenue and 12th street meet me here breakfast is on me. Tell Bayleigh She is welcome to come."

Although they seemed secluded enough, and any cops in the area had mostly vanished, Cole was still welded in his position. And with the way he handled these situations, probably would be for another hour or so. So when he got the text that Manako was at a waffle house, he jumped out of his seat a little, and hurriedly texted back. "Dude, you know they're probably looking for us all over the city right now, you better hid your car well!"
After he sent that, he stepped out of the Silvia and walked over to Bayleigh's Infinity. "Well, welcome back to America, land of the po-po." He said with a smile.

Bayleigh smiled as she looked at Cole, "Oh the joys of America. I did not miss things like this." She laughed a little as she looked at the time. "Heard from Manako?" She knew they'd be here for another hour or so, waiting for the cops to clear. She made a mental note that she'd have to paint her car now, hopefully she still had her hook up here to do so for a good price.

"That's the one thing I enjoyed about racing in Japan. Authorities did not care worth a damn." The blonde laughed. His tone became one more of worry when she mentioned Manako. "He said he's at a waffle house and invited us to join him. I told him he's crazy." Cole raised an eyebrow. "We show our faces anywhere right now and they could be right on top if us." He looked around a little out of instinct.
