Clay watched in satisfaction while Brian's mind clearly worked overtime. He had him right where he wanted, worried on what they might have on him.
He raised an amused eyebrow when Brian asked for a t-shirt. "You think we have spare clothes lying around here for fucks like you?" He shook his head. "Sorry, but no we don't."
He straightened up when he saw officer Jackson approach with that other dumb ass O'Conner and couldn't help but check the woman out. She definitely was a fine colleague to have. Too bad she always rejected him every time he tried to ask her out. He nodded at her words and smirked at Brian. "Will do."
While she walked away, he couldn't help but shoot a look at her ass and groaned when he was interrupted by little miss know it all. "Good idea, miss Perez." He grumbled through clenched teeth and unlocked the cell door. "Time to go, O'Conner. We'll make you squeal."

When he exited the cell he turned to see his brother two cells down. He mouthed. "What?" to him but was pulled away too fast. With his tail between his legs he followed Clay down the hallway. This was the first time in his life that he felt inferior to him. Also it was the first time that he felt that he had really screwed up big time and was doomed. At least Mia was fine. His gaze darkened as he entered the interrogation room. It was all too familiar with it's table in the middle, two uncomfortable chairs, grey walls and the big one-sided mirror. Just that Brian was usually the one asking the questions. "Who is in charge of this here? I want to talk to your boss."
His gaze brielfy fell on Faye. Hopefully she knew what she was doing. She couldn't have lots of experience and when it came to his life on the line Brian didn't like taking chances.

Faye entered the room behind him sitting down on the chair to his left. She turned her gaze onto Clay with a raised brow.
"My client tells me youve been refusing to contact his boss, and that you arresting him, actually puts a preety serious case in jepordy"

Clay's eyes shifted between Faye and Brian. "I don't have to contact anybodies boss. And as for this pretty serious case he supposedly is on, miss Perez, what do you think this is? Child's play?"
He smirked at the both of them and took a step back, leaning against the wall. He wasn't the one who was going to do the interrogation on O'Conner, but he sure as hell was going to stick around and watch this.

Officer Jackson pushed the door open juggling two coffees in hand, file tucked at her side. She looked at the two people in front of her walking towards them, ignoring Clay who was stood in the corner, she'd boot him out if he started anything.
"Brian O'Conner"She slid the coffee over to him, placing her own in front of her, the folder seated in the middle of the table.
"Or would you prefer Agent O'Conner"She questioned lifting her gaze to him, studying him under her intense gaze, eyes trailing over to Faye.

Brian was more than a little suprised when a stunning brunett entered the room and sat down opposite of him. Who knew. Maybe she was good at what she was doing.
The coffee smelled good, especially because Brian tried to outrace the cops but hadn't been offered a sip of water for the past hour and was dehydrated. Of course Clay had left the cuffs on his wrist so he couldn't reach for it. He frowned.
"Whatever you want. What is this? Good cop, bad cop?"

Officer Jackson shook her head "Just trying to do my job, you cooperate, hopefully youll be on your way soon"SHe stood from her postion behind the desk, lent forward, pulled out the key for the cuffs and uncuffed his right hand, then his left before cuffing that one to the table leg, leaving the right one free.
She returned to the seat and slid the file towards her. "You let Dominic Toretto go once"She lifted her gaze to him.
"So you do it for his sister"She questioned, arched brow raised.
"I get it, shes preety cute, word on the street youve since began a relationship with her"She nodded her head.
"She worth it"

"Officer Jackson right"She questioned leaning forward, it was obvious that she wasnt going to play by the normal rules, after all Brian was a pro at this himself.
"How bout we cut the circeling and just get to it, why is my client here exactly"She raised a brow.
"Because you do know that when he was arrested none of the officers identified themselves before they were taken in, i could have this whole arrest thrown in the water"

Brian was still trying to figure out this woman. demonstratively he rubbed his sore wrists and then reached for the coffee with his free hand to take a sip. Seeing that she actually tied him to the table she had to be pretty damn worried that he would run. With good reason. The coffee was hot but, strangely enough, calming .
"So this is about Toretto's escape?" he raised his eyebrows.
"As far as I know my record is clean." When he started working for the police in Miami his record had been cleared but with people like Clay around it wasn't a big secret.

Clay scoffed at the soft handling of officer Jackson. He wasn't surprised at it though, she was a woman after all. A damn fine one at that.
He cleared his throat in a loud and obnoxious way and stepped forward. "This is all fine and dandy, but we are not here to make sure this prick walks, officer Jackson. He has miss Perez for that."
He shot Faye an angry look, before turning to Brian and slamming a fist on the desk. "Now I'm sure you did this all for that fine, long legged beauty of yours, but when I'm done with you, O'Conner.. you'll never see that fine ass of hers again." He smirked and licked his lips. "Do you think I have a shot at her with you behind bars?"

Even though he was ready to jump at the man's throat he just leaned back and smiled at him. Obviously it wasn't a good idea to assault an officer in the station with observation cameras and witnesses.
His gaze shifted to officer Jackson. "See what I had to put up with for the past hour?"
Brian wanted nothing more than to know where Mia was and safe her from this prick but he played it cool. Other things were more important right now. "Can you ask whatever you have to ask? And get in touch with my boss so I can finally go home. I'm gettin harrassed by an asshole here just because he didn't get my assignment years ago."

Officer Jackson turned slowly, gaze wondering up the arm that was on the table, she stood from the seat and firmly took hold of his arm.
"This is my interrgation Officer, so how bout you go wait outside"She gave him look of ice before turning back towards Brian.
"I appoligise for my partners behaviour"She smiled over at the two people in front of them.
"The driver of the bus nearly died, another one can identify the person who shot him"She looked over at him.
"Your brother" She shrugged her shoulders as she finally opened the file, picture after picture of the bus crash, the convicts that escaped, she picked one out, turning it towards Brian.
"This one here, is a convicted murder, his rap sheet aint preety, sexual assault, arson, and then murder, mulitple counts"
She moved the other pictures in front of him, her own gaze wondering over them.
"So you want to stick to your story O'Conner, because if you do, your brother and girlfriend are going down with you"

-Oh wonderful WWW. Who gave me that black eye? Clay? And how did sexy Mrs. Jackson morph into Morpheus? With each picture on the table in front of him Brian had to work harder not to flinch or show his emotions. His eyes stayed on the last picture of the convict. Thinking about letting a piece of shit like him get away made him feel aweful. Brian had dedicated his life to fighting crime and making California a better, safer place. Maybe he belonged in jail himself since he couldn't tell between right and wrong anymore and had become a hazard to society. Another piece of information caught his attention and he tore his eyes from the picture. Did he hear something about a guard being shot by Jack? He remembered vaguely that Leon had said something about that when Brian was on the ground outside the bus. He blinked. 'Fuck' he thought. His gaze met hers. "what do you want from me? I was working that morning. What about my brother and Mia?" Brian was barely able to keep speaking normal because of the lump on guilt in his throat.

"we no you wernt at work that day Brian"She stated after a minuet "You see, you clocked in, but no one can remember seeing you enter or leave"
She contenplated them for a moment, her gaze roaming over to Faye, and then back to Brian.
"Confess to your part and we can cut you a deal, Mia can walk, have a good life, your brother will only serve a short sentence"
She sat back on the chair the ball was in his court now, he could admit it, or he could continue denying it.
"How bout i leave you to mull it over, while your doing that ill go and ring your boss and let them know what we've got on you, im sure theyll be thrilled, after all they gave you a second chance"
She stood from the table and headed towards the door.

Faye turned towards Brian, giving him the once over.
"Youve got a lot working on your favour, everything they've done so far hasnt been by the book, they didnt identy themselves, they didnt read you your rights, untill after, they havent offered you your phone call"
She couldnt look at the pictures in front of her, her brother had been involved in this, she lifted her gaze back to him.
"Keep doing what your doing we're all getting out of here and turn it right back on them for harrasment, there clutching at straws because of your past involvment and your present involvment with Mia."

Brian's eyes were fixed on her lips while she spoke. Right now everything was out in the open. He hadn't confessed anything yet. And he wouldn't because maybe they were just bluffing. On the news they said the bus had blown up. That left the witnesses, which would screw them if they could actually identify one or the other of them but that remained to be seen. The cars were stored safely. Brian was pretty sure that they couldn't touch Mia anyway unless they found some evidence against her, which wasn't likely. Jack on the other hand... Maybe he should accept a deal. After all it was his fault. Then again if they kept their deals like the FBI they'd be screwed. Brian pressed his hand against his face as soon as the woman left. Behind his fingers he gave Faye a helpless look. "They made formal mistakes with me-but what about Mia, Leon, Jack and Ashton?"
"How the hell does she know all this about me? My file is clean. There's nothing in it." Sure these were local cops but their work smelled a hell of a lot like FBI. Brian started wrecking his brain whether his boss was actually involved in this.

Clay growled as he pulled his arm away from Jackson. If she thought he was going to leave the room, she had another thing coming. He would however remain quiet. At least for the time being.
He crossed his arms in front of his chest and stepped back in to his corner with an evil smile on his face. He wanted to see O'Conner squirm under the charges.
From his place, he turned his gaze on to Faye and snorted. "You think those minor technicalities are gonna stick on a big case like this? They aren't gonna walk because of those small details, their crimes are too heavy for that." He turned his gaze on to Brian. "Aside from that, Mr O'Conner over here tried to run from the cops. You think we had time to identify ourselves properly and read him his rights?" He shook his head as an answer to his own question. "I'm sure they will agree with us in court, miss Perez."
When his colleague finished up the interrogation and was ready to leave, he nodded at both Brian and Faye with a smirk and left the room after Jackson.

Ashton had been put in his own room to be interrogated. He knew this should be quick if his boss had anything to do with the raid, which he shouldn't have. Still, he was handcuffed to the table, and he couldn't move.
"Yo. Get me outta here!" he yelled. He kicked the table and sighed. He glared at the cop who was standing guard.
"If you don't go get me your boss, I'll have you fired. I'm FBI," he whispered. The cop hesitated, then rushed out the door. Ashton smiled in satisfaction.

Faye let out a breath, "Leon and Jack i dont know i was still in the water with Ashton, but Mia i dont think they formaly identified themselves, which means you had every right to run"she ndoded her head.
"Your working a preety big case, which if sees you brought in is good fuck it up, another reason for you to run." She turned towards the door, she could see the indescion in his eyes, could see him working it over.
"it dosent matter how big this case is, you were brought in all wrong, which means everything can be dismissed"
But she knew she was in way over her head, they could just be stalling trying to find some evidence, or there was actually something they had on Brian and the others in which case they were all screwed.
"Im gonna go call my boss, keep your cool and dont say anything till im back, they start questioning you without representation present another fuck up on their end"
