Post by Captain Fuller on May 4, 2010 11:24:38 GMT 2
Above the rim of his reading glasses Captain Fuller watched his men bring in a bunch of scaresly clothed people through the glass door of his office. He took one last sip of his almost cold coffee and got up from his comfortable leather seat that he had received together with his last promotion. Carefully he placed his glasses in his shirt pocket and opened the door to walk over to the room behind the interrogation room.
The suspects were lead into two different interrogation rooms. One of them a young, tall blonde guy, the other older with tattoes and a slightly rougher look. Both were sat down with their hands behind their back and left there to wait.
His team came into the observation room to report. "We got them, sir. Looks like we cought them all."
Without flinching or even blinking Fuller turned to look at the younger guy through the one sided window. He was the kind he really disliked. That don't give-a-damn kind of kid. He hated people with no ambitions, goals or priorities in life. That's what this guy looked like. "O'Conner."
The captain turned back to his officer. "All but the most important one-Toretto." He growled.

Faye pulled the car to a stop outside the station, the cop car Mia was in pulling into the back, she locked the door and headed to the entrace of the station, she was well aware that she looked nothing like a lawyer, what with her short denim shorts and baggy vest top that was slightly see through do to the fact she was still wet.
She sighed and pulled open the door, cops milling around, walking into and out of officers, she bit her lip memories of times past surfacing. She walked to the front desk and smiled at the person who turned to her.
"Faye Perez, im here to represent Leon Perez, Brian and Jack O'Conner and Mia Toretto" She placed her hand in her pocket pulling out her buissness card and placed it onto the desk in front of her.

Leon was pushed roughly into the seat, table in front of him, another seat on the oppostie side, glass window to his left, he was all to aware that the cops could see everything he was doing, and that they were looking through the window. He sat straighter and wriggled his hands inside the cuffs. The last time he had been sat in an intergation room he had been up on attempted murder charages.
His thoughts slowly drifted to Faye, hopeing that she wasnt going to get dragged into this, and that he could keep his promise of nothing happening.

Brian hated the way Clay was wallowing in his latest success. He pulled his arm away from his grip and kept walking towards the station door. The big metal door stood tall before him. Once he went through it he knew he might not come back out. Stopping dead in his tracks he turned to face his former colleague holding his head up high like he had nothing to fear. "Call 555 36078. You'll get my boss on the line. Tell him that you're arresting me and taking me out of my current case."

The door swung open and a clearly overdress man followed by a woman in a miniskirt, bun and big glasses entered the room. Two of Fuller's best. The guy sat down on the other side of the table while the woman stood on the wall behind Leon. For a while the man said nothing and just stared at him. Then he demonstartively pushed the record button on his voice recorder.
"You're here because we have cause to beleive that you were involved in the recent attack on a jail transport. The charge is helping several inmates escape and assault in three cases. Please identify yourself and tell us where you were on the morning of the 24th." He stared at him again.
The same scenarion happened across the hallway. Just that it was jack in the hotseat and the woman sitting down in front of him rather than the guy.

He raised his brows. "I didn't know you could afford one given your record and all." He motioned for his partner to go have a look whether they could find one of their crappy lawyers. "We'll assign you one if you can't afford one yourself."

The man chewed his lip and squinted his eyes. "Your lawyer's related to you?" Again he motioned for his colleague. "Go and get her on the phone or something so we're not here all day. I have better things to do!"

Post by Jack O'Conner on May 4, 2010 21:19:28 GMT 2
Jack let out a groan of protest when he was shoved down to sit on the uncomfortable chair. "Yeah, thanks for nothing man!" He yelled towards the retreating back of an officer, soon followed by a softer but still clearly audible. "Asshole.."
He cursed under his breath while he glanced around the small room. He'd seen the insides of police stations various times before, although usually he was better dressed for the occasion, but he had never made it as far as the interrogation room. Just like expected, the table and the empty chair in front of him, the mirrored glass that obviously wasn't there to check your reflection and the small camera hanging up in the corner of the room, it was all there.
He huffed while he slouched down in his seat as far as his cuffed arms would let him and put on a slight frown. This waiting and not knowing what the cops had on them was becoming quite unsettling.
Luckily, or maybe not so luckily, waiting time was soon over when the door opened and a woman sat down in front of him while a man stayed in the back ground. He quirked a brow as the woman came right down to business and he gave her a small mocking smile as he leaned a forward a little towards her voice recorder. "Before we start getting to know each other a little bit better, don't I have the right to an attorney or lawyer or some shit before I say anything?"

The woman gave Jack a friendly smile behind her ungly glasses. "What makes you think you'll need one, Mr. O'Conner?" She exchanged a glance with her colleague thinking about the way to go with this young fellow. "Would you like a towel or a shirt?" She tapped her dark red finger nails on the file in front of her. The cover had Jack's name on it."
At the front desk Faye finally received word that her clients were in 'Interrogation 2 and 3. Two others will still be brought in. You can now go back there.' With a buzzing sound the gate opened.

"Yeah yeah. And next you want me to call your mom to tell her that you're not coming home for dinner." Clay rolled his eyes and waved Brian's words away. "Just move your ass."
Once again, he shoved Brian forward and in to the building towards the single person holding cells considering both interrogation rooms were already occupied. "Don't get too comfortable now, O'Conner. It'll be your turn soon enough." With those words, he locked the door to the cell and made his way to the observation room. "Sir, O'Conner is locked up safely in one of the holding cells."

As soon as Clay was out of sight Brian kicked his bare foot against the bars. This was the last place he ever pictured himself in. He remembered vividly when he picked up Jack from the local joint not too long ago. Jack. Suddenly his knees became a little weaker and his conscience bad. Brian sat down on the steel frame of the bed and put his head in his hands. Guilt, worry and frustration all suddenly came over him like a wave. Not knowing what else to do he kicked at the chair next to him and yelled. "Get me a freaking lawyer, now!"

Faye nodded her thanks "Thank you"she stated sweetly, words all but dripping with sarcasim, she walked through the door way and headed down the long corridor her gaze wondering over the numbers, she furrowed her brow wondering which one she should go to first.
"3 it is"she muttered to herself as she knocked on the door and then opened it.
"Faye Perez"She gazed over at Jack and then at the woman in front of him "I serioulsy hope you havent been questioning my client without his lawyer present"

"Of course not." The woman looked the young thing up and down who had just entered the room. "I take it you're his lawyer, Miss..? How...adequat." She motioned for Faye to take a seat.
"Mr. O'Conner. I have your file here. Quite the record you've accumulated over the past few years. and as we belöeive you have just added assault and halping an inamte escape to your list. What do you have to say to that?"

Faye tilted her head as she sat down next to Jack, her gaze on the woman in front of her. "And your proof that my client had anything to do with this because"She questioned with a raised brow.
"I do hope you have some, i hear harrasment charges dont look to good on a resume"She smiled eyes wide as she locked eyes with the woman in front of her.
"And for the record im advising my client to have full cooperation"She turned towars Jack ever so slightly, looking at him, silently telling him to not answer anything straight away, if Faye thought something wasnt on board she would take it.
"But Mr O'Conner has already been question on this matter and he had an alibie for the date in question"

Jack furrowed his brow at the woman and lend back in his chair again. "What makes me think I need one? I doubt your knuckledraggers hauled me in here just so we could talk about the weather or something."
He looked down at his bare chest when she mentioned a shirt or a towel. It would make things a little less awkward. "Sure, whatever."
The moment the door opened again and Faye entered, he straightened up slightly in his seat and let out a small sigh of relieve. Atleast she knew how to work these guys.
He huffed at the woman's words while his eyes trailed over to the file on the desk. "Glad you did your homework. And I have nothing to say to that cause I didn't do it."

The woman smiled at him but purposely let him sit there half naked. It would be more intimidating. "Didn't do what?" She flipped open the file and carefully placed a row of photos in front of him. Dom, three other convicts and three guards. "Do you recognise any of these men? Look carefully." She looked at Faye and the interaction between the two.
"May I just quickly ask what the nature of your relationship to Mr. O'Conner is, Miss Perez?"
