Aeri looked at Walter and realised she knew who he was and walked over to him. She slyly snapped a photo before walking over though. "Hi Walter It's been a long time, what have you been up to?" she said while leaning on one hip balancing her bag on the other.

"Well Brian, Faye, meet Aeri she went to highschool together and since our little group is growing let's move out back." The late afternoon sun made certain that it was a bit after three. He smiled at the waitress that greeted them. Without waiting for her to ask them for a drink he jumped in a seat and said, "Sex on the beach?" She flushed bright red then he amended the statement, "The drink lass." He smirked as she turned away to look at the rest of the group.

Brian looked at the waitress, who smiled at him politely. "You guys are living it up today. I was going to say a beer but now I'll have to order a Mojito." "Hi, I'm Brian." he offered his hand to the young woman, who had joined them, and waited for her to sit down and then grabbed the last chair next to Faye.
"We'll need one more if Jack comes."

"The balcony is ours today my friend." Kav said settling back and watching their brunette waitress carefully, the main reason he liked Soko's so much, the waitresses wore their bikinis and had killer tans. He tore his gaze back to Aeri. "Been a while girly, what you been up to?"

Brian leaned back a relaxed visibly in his seat. It had been go,go,go for days now and the prospect of hanging out at a pub was good. He noticed Walter checking out the waitress and followed his gaze. Sure she was pretty and skinny and wore little clothes but she wasn't Mia. In Brian's mind she was perfect for him. Not only because he found her incredibly attractive inside and out but also because she managed to put up with him and his crazy line of work.

Without waiting too long he saw the waitress about to leave with the orders, "Hey, what time do you get off?" He knew he resteraunts shift was odd and as it drew near four he was guessing she was nearly done for the day.
She turned and eyed him for a moment a look f thought on her face. "Um, four." She said softly. "Why?"
"Your invited to stay after you get off me and my friends are hanging for a bit tonight and personally I would enjoy your company." He placed a hand on his chest to accompany he -personally- part he smiled wide at her response.
"I will think about it." She turned and left the group to get the drinks ready.
"So Brian why did you let Dom go? You had him dead to rights from what the security tapes showed and you tossed him your keys."

Brian watched the conversation with the waitress with amusement. Once upon a time he had been chatting up girls like that. He couldn't really say that he missed it. When Walter put his big question out there Brian was quite surprised. "Whoa. Hang on a minute." He held up his hands. This was pretty personal and Brian didn't appreciate that Walter was digging around in his personal files and the most critical moment of his past. His gaze darkened when he said. "I think that's really none of your business. You figured out who I am and that I'm not the bad guy to watch out for. Leave it at that."

"Fair enough, you popped up as an ace driver for a job we almost had." He laughed and watched the waitress start on the drinks every now and again meeting eyes with her. His thumb absently moved over the tanline of where he use to wear his wedding ban. "So how's the racing around here?" He shifted the discussion to something less private.

Brian raised his eyebrows about his explanation. "Well, I already have a job." He thanked the waitres for his Mojito and wrapped his fingers around te cool glass. It was a hot day and the refreshment very welcome. "The racing here is the best I know. It's a very vivid scene. we constantly get new drivers in but we have to change location and be very careful because the cops are trying to stop it all together. Thank goodness LA is so full of crime that the real criminals are keeping them buy. Why? Do you want to give it a try?"

Faye looked between the two men, with a roll of her eyes, theycouldnt just be friends, no they were constantly fighting with each other, fighting over their personalities, with a shake of her head she eyed the waitress, smiling she turned to Brian at his question about being interested in raceing.
"Bri if it wasnt Lee helping me learn it was Walter, you have him to thank for me kicking your ass"She laughed with a smile.

"Sur I'd like to give it a shot normally I go for quarter mile sprints or tag. Never been much for long races." he smiled lightly, he'd tried a drift or two in Sicily and a few freeway races in Germany but nothing beat all American races especially those in Cali. "Hit me up with a location some time I'd kill to let off some steam."

Brian let his eyes roam over his face and nodded. "Allright. Give me your number. I'll call you when I hear something." For a moment he wondered whether Walter might be assigned to 'infiltrating the race scene' but he shrugged that thought off . It was too weird.
He then pointed at Faye. "You're not going to let me live that down, are you?" Shaking his head he took a long drink and closed his eyes. It tasted cool and refreshing with a slight burn to it.

Faye flicked her gaze between Walter and Brian before her gaze settled onto the other man, her brows raised in amusment. "Not in this life time"SHe laughed, leaning forward taking a drink from her vodka, it almost instantly hit her, now thats what she got for excercising and then drinking with no food. She laughed softly shaking her head, oh yea tonight was gonna be amusing.
Her gaze took in all the scantly clad females walkign around and took in a breath, the last time she had drank vodka and been on a beach she had slept with Jack, licking her lips she rolled her eyes and let out a breath, hopeing there was no repeat performance.

Walter downed the drink without tasting it much, when the waitress came back he asked for a loaf of sourdough bread and four charbroiled cheeseburgers and fries, "That bottle of Jack behind the pub? Tell Sokoshi if he wants another couple of bills to send that bottle out and can I keep a tab running for bottomless Guiness?" He smiled up at her giving off an almost boyish look.
"Yeah sure." She responded happily and walked off to put in the order.
"So anyone hitting up that Hollywood Undead concert next week? I can probably score some backstage passes if you want." He said sipping the water that ha been given to compliment the alcohol.

"Bottomless guiness...just my kind of guy." Brian smiled and took another drink. He didn't plan on getting drunk but if it happened he wouldn't be sad about it. "Never even heard of that band. What kind of music do they play?"

"They are from LA actually, most the time they do a punk rap mix. I like most of their songs, few I don't care for but I got some backstage passes, it'll be them Shinedown, and sick puppies." He practically dove into the guiness the second it hit the table and wiped the froth from his lips with his napkin. The waitress rolled her eyes when she came back with the burgers and his first beer was gone.
"Slow down will you? You're making me work today!" She giggled and walked away.
"Cute girl," He laughed and watched her go.

Brian listened with interest. "Sounds pretty cool." He finished his drink in one long gulp. "Although I doubt my fiance wants to go. She's pregnant and I don't want to leave her alone at night." In a low voice he added. "As you know we had some safety issues lately."

With a lit cigarette dangling from his lips and his hands stuffed in his pockets, Jack strolled over the beach toward the bar Faye had texted him. Even though he wasn't too sure about the company, mainly meaning Walter, he could use a stiff drink considering Brian had taken his liberty on making him work for free for a year. The guy had turned in to a damn slave driver.
He took the few steps up to the deck and it didn't take long before his eyes fell on the familiar people, the booze already flowing freely by the looks of it. "Damn, you guys started the party without me?"
With a smirk on his face, he took one last drag before he flicked the cigarette away and sat down next to Faye while he placed a kiss on her lips. Then his eyes trailed over to Brian and his Mojito and he couldn't help but grin. Where would he be if he couldn't rag on his brother just for fun. "What's that, sweetheart? A woman's drink?" Grinning wider, he raised his hands in the air. "Just kidding! Don't start hitting me with your purse, please!"

Brian lightly slapped Jack upside the head. "Haven't you gotten enough beatings from me lately, are you really asking for more, bro?" He poured some beer in his empty glass from the pitcher that was sitting in the middle of the table. "There, better for you, sweety?" He asked his brother. "Grab a chair and a drink and put that fag out."
