Jack raised an eyebrow and mockingly looked down at the chair he was already sitting on. "Uhm.. How many chairs do you want me to grab, man? My ass ain't THAT big." He grinned and motioned to the scarcely dressed waitress for a beer for him as well.
He leaned back in his chair, folding his hands behind the back of his head and let out a breath while he waited for the girl to come back with his brew. "It's not too late for me to quit the garage, is it? Considering all you do, apparently, is sit around at beach bars, drinking with your new found buddy over there, while I'm sweating my ass off down at that place."

"Don't tell me you're actually working?" he mocked. "Any new cars come in?" He added before Jack could shoot back some kind of lame joke. 'New buddy, my ass' Brian added. He didn't mind Walter but he certainly was too weary to let anybody become his new body. Now was a time of being careful who you let in and who not. Lately too many friends have turned out to be backstabbing assholes and neighbours have turned out to be psycho killers.

Jack only smirked amusingly at Brian's attempt to mock him. He never said anything about working, just that he was sweating his ass off. Didn't matter how he managed to do that, did it?
When the waitress brought him his beer, he simply nodded his thanks before he shrugged at his brother's question. "Nope. Nada. If you haven't noticed, the place isn't exactly booming. You should start thinking of a marketing plan or something fast, because your 'good street name' ain't doing shit, bro." He shot Brian a quick smile while he grabbed his glass and took a long gulp from the cool brew. It was a welcome change from the crap he'd been drinking at the garage.

"You actually have a good point. I think we need to spread the word that we've opened up a little more agressively." He took another drink of the dark Irish brew and licked his lips. "Whoever wins the next race should tell the kids that he got his parts at our garage." Then a boyish smiled played on his lips. "Or we hand out a few shirts with our garage name to some of those skanks and have a wet t-shirt contest."

Walter watched the back and forth with great amusement and sipped at his second drought before looking over to Faye, "Are they always like this?" He chuckled a bit and hen the waitress returned he requested several more burgers for the table. He was actually enjoying himself but regardless of that he knew he was the odd man out in this group. One person trusted him the other two not so much and he knew it. 'Maybe they'll open up maybe not. I still did a good deed that's all that matters.' He laughed and leaned back in his chair waiting on Faye's response.

Faye smiled over as Jack approached, giving him a half assed shrug when he commented about them starting without him. She returned his kiss, touching the side of his face ever so slightly, before the bickering started once more, she shook her head and shifted her seat closer to Walter so they could talk, while the other to bickered.
"There normally worse"She laughed, shaking her head in mild amusment "Wait till the fists start being thrown" She laughed, her gaze flickered over to him and she smiled ever so slightly, licking her lips she flicked her gaze back over to the other two.
"I'd say dont sweat it and they'll warm to you soon" She shrugged her shoulders, gaze flicking over to Brian "But id be lying, Brian still hasnt really warmed to me" She licked her lips, oh sure they had spoken had fun but she knew she was no where the close knit group as the ones who had been there from the start.

"Don't worry, I'm use to hostile welcome parties. I'm just glad they havnt opened fire yet." He laughed openly still relaxed and sipping his brew. It was going to be a good night, the cool breeze from the ocean wasn't forceful, he was in good company and he had a cold drink in his hand. Not much more he could have asked for.

Faye smiled "Yea well theres still time yet" SHe laughed looking back over at the two men, she had never actually seen Jack possessive or jeleous but there was something about Walter that seemed to bring that out of him. She threw him a smile and turned her attention back to Walter.

Brian swallowed the rest of his beer in one big gulp and refilled his glass. He could feel a warm, tingling sensation in his neck spreading to his head. He was on his way and feeling pretty damn good. With a gaze at Walter and Faye he lifted his glass. "Cheers." The two looked pretty friendly. Then again the guy had safed her life. Out of the corner of his eye he watched his brother with a slight smirk playing on his lips. Sure Jack wasn't the jealous type but he wouldn't sit and watch somebody make a move on his girl.

"bottoms up brotherman!" he said and chugged his dark ale quickly. He loved the taste of guiness and the burgers complimented it perfectly. The alcohol was still not getting to him after drinking like a true sailor for the past 12 years he could hold his drink, especially with the help of his mick blood line.

"Ex Seal, um... Recent job change." He said looking around for anyone within ear shot, the waitress gave him an approving look before walking away to get more beer for them. She was beginning to loiter longer and longer around their table. "Well went from Seals to another job and it got me noticed. I am the best at what I do, kinda like the A team, losers, mcguyver, and expendables all rolled into one..." He smiled when it was just the table together.

Brian smirked at his explanation. The guy was good that was for sure but another thing also was obvious. "You're not only A-Team and MacGyver in one but also pretty full of yourself, muchacho." Brian commented. "Nothing wrong with a truckload of self confidence. jack's got loads of it even though I'm not sure what he's so proud of." He clapped his brother on the shoulder.

"Fair enough." He laughed loudly, "I'll try to calm the self talk down a bit." He smiled and leaned forwards. "I'm just proud to be all that I am. Military trained me to live not die and so far I've held up my bargain, had a few close calls though." He lifted his arms showing scars apon scars of different sizes and shapes. "And the weird this is, I know Where each one came from, pick a scar any scar!" He laughed out the last part in a mockery of a circus magician.

Jack raised his eyebrows at Walter and nodded as if he was impressed. "Wow, so we got a real life G.I Joe in our midst? I feel some fan-boy behavior rising. Can I please please please have your autograph?" He gave the guy an obviously forced smile. He knew damn well he was acting like an ass without having an actual reason to do so.
Grinning at Brian's comment, he shrugged. "What can I say. Like Walter here, I'm the best at what I do, too. And all that without training!" He shook his head and turned his attention to his now refilled glass, placing it to his lips and took a drink from the brew to prevent more shit from pouring from his mouth.

Walter laughed roariously, "Sure mind if I carve it into your skull I forgot my pen I'm the car." He smiled and turned to Faye, "So how long have you know your boyfriends gay?" He lifted his eyes towards Jacl while his head remained pointed to Faye, he was fine with the typical back and forth tough guy banter. Either one of them would snap and toss a punch or they would run out of insults. He didn't care to him it was all in good fun.

Faye shot Jack a stern look what was with the O'Conners and being just plain annoying when around Walter, she shook her head and laughed at Walters comment. "About as long as he's none i have a preference for woman" She flicked her own gaze over to Brian as well and then back to Jack, shifitng closer to him for a moment, her hand taking hold of his while she turned back to her own vodka.

Jack quickly swallowed the beer he was threatening on choking on while he burst out laughing and nodded approvingly at Walter's comeback. "Now that I'd like to see, but does it have to be my skull specifically?."
He shifted his eyes to Faye when she answered the question and shook his head, still chuckling slightly. "There's nothing wrong with being a little queer every now and than. Keeps life interesting, right?" He shot Walter a wink and mouthed 'call me' accompanied by the appropriate gesture.
When Faye grabbed his hand, he gave it a soft squeeze and let out a breath. He figured she was getting annoyed with his behavior. "Alright, I'm done acting like a five year old." He pointed a finger at Brian before he had a chance to say 'when are you ever done acting like a five year old.' or something along those lines. "And you keep your trap shut."

"Ah ha ha ha god. Everyones too serious around me, bout time we got some good humor." It was partially true and his constant good mood in such light is what got him his call sign, that and the fact he lost his mind shortly after his first mission. He checked his watch it was almost four and he could see the girl clocking out past Brian's shoulder. "So Jack you work with Brian down at the garage then?" He sipped at his beer.

Faye laughed glad that at least Jack was warming up to him, she shot the two of them smiles before her own gaze wondered over to the woman who was clocking of, she laughed shaking her head and downed the rest of her vodka. God she was going to be buzzed by the end of the night and she actually wanted to, she needed a break from her life and this was going to be it.
