(12 september 2010) Mia was nervous, her hands were shaking as she attempted to do her makeup, Letty had done her hair, it was simple, pulled away from her head, sleek in a pony tail, but teamed with her ivory wedding dress it looked amazing. Swallowing she clenched her hands and looked at Letty in the mirror and smiled. "This is really happening" She stated softly as she finally calmed herself enough to finish applying light blush to her cheeks. In less then three hours time she would be arriving at the beach and saying her i do's with Brian. She was finally going to become Mrs O'Conner, it was music to her ears.

Brian fumbled around with his tie. Usually no problem since he had to wear a tie to work ever since he started with the FBI but today it just wouldn't stay the way it was supposed to. Finally he tossed the tie on the bed and went with Faye's suggestion to simply leave the tie at home. 'Smart but casual or something' he thought. Overly excited he had gotten dressed way too early. Brian was so eager to finally hear Mia say 'I do'. He wanted to be with her for good. The whole night he'd gone over his vow in his head but it had always turned into a long speech. So he'd tried to shorten it down to the most important words. Unfortunately his whole excitement and happiness was overshadowed by the worry that some part of his past might catch up with him in the form of Carter Verone for example and ruin everything.

Dom was happy. Today his baby sister was having her dream wedding, and he couldn't find it in him to make fun of her groom. Brian looked hilarious, and he had the urge to throw him in the water, especially since both of them were slightly hungover.

When Brian came down the steps he spotted Dom on the couch. He was dressed up, had a clean shave and looked very presentable in his white shirt and dinner jacket. He'd even put on dark pants. "Look at you. I never thought I'd catch you in one of these." He straightened out his own shirt. "Have you seen the bride yet? Is she ready?"

"Haven't seen her yet... At least not since she got dressed. Calm yourself down, Buster." The dog barked. "Not you, your owner." He laughed openly at Brian's expression of mild indignation and then stood and went toward the door. "Well, it's my job to get you to the place, so let's go."

Nervously Brian opened the bathroom door and checked his reflection again before he pulled on his shoes. He followed Dom to the car with a small bundle of garden flowers in his hand. He had picked them for Mia because he figured she'd like them better than bought ones from the store. A quick whistle told Buster to come as well. Brian sat down in the passenger seat and held out his hand. it was shaking. "See that?"

"Calm yourself down, Brian. You know your lines?" Dom asked, before making the dog lay down in the backseat of the Chevelle. He started the engine and headed for the beach, laughing as Brian continued to shake nervously. He'd probably have to push the man to stay at the altar when Mia showed up.

Brian went through his lines in his head. He had donw that for two nights now and knew them by heart. "I know my lines. It's not just lines, man! This is my vow...forever, you know?" His gaze fell out the window. "Why am I nervous if I'm getting married to the greatest woman I know?" Usually Dom wasn't exactly the person Brian would talk to about this but right now he felt the need to.

Faye shifted from her postion bent over the bed, tying the black sandles to her feet, she heaved in a breath, looking in the direction of the bathroom where Jack was ment to be getting ready, "You nearly done" She called, standing up, the heels adding more height to her frame. Turning so she could look in the mirror, her hair was slightly curled, and pulled away from her face, a few tendrals of hair framing her face, She had opted for a dark green dress, deeply v'd at the front, tight at the wait, and flowing over her hips, short enough to be sexy, but long enough to go to a wedding in. Delicate dimond drop hooped ear rings hung delicatly from her ears, and a delicate gold chain hung around her neck. "At this rate where gonan be there when the bride arrives" She laughed as she finally decided to check what was taking him so long.

Jack let out a breath and shook his head while he finally opened the door when he heard Faye's voice. "If you're gonna start about me having to wear a tie or dress pants, the answer is 'no'." A button up shirt and some, for his doing, decent jeans were enough in his book. When his eyes fell on her in her little dress, he couldn't help but smile while he drank her in. "You do know you're not supposed to look better than the bride, right?" He smirked, placing a kiss on her lips before he wrapped an arm around her waist and led her toward the stairs and down. "I'll make sure we'll be there before Mia arrives, don't worry." He mumbled while he grabbed his car keys and motioned toward the front door. "Ladies first."

Faye laughed as she looked him up and down, brow raised, "Dont worry you look good enough as it is" She really didnt thinks he would be able to deal if he had on anything smarter. Lickign her lips she blushed at his words, hitting hsi chest softly "Hush you"She laughed, there was no way she was going to look better then Mia.
She lent into his side, following him down the stairs before out into his car, she slipped into the passenger seat and offered him a smile.

Jack fired up the Evo, the same smile as always appearing on his face when he heard the roar of the engine. It was hard to believe they were actually going to his brother's wedding.
He backed the car up out of the driveway and onto the street before he shoot Faye a look with a furrowed brow. "Which beach was it on again? It was on a beach, right?" He really should learn to listen to at least the useful parts of what Brian rambled to him, but he guessed he was just so used to basically always ignoring everything the guy said, that this time had been no different.

When they arrived at the beach a man in a dark suit was already waiting for them. Near the water a table framed with exotic flowers had been set up. For the guest cut off wooden stems served as seats and Brian had found two students who were playing guitar and percussion instruments. The whole scene looked a bit like on a remote tropical island and put a huge smile on Brian's face. He clapped Dom on the shoulder. "I'm glad you're here today. You're going to walk Mia down the aisle, right?"

"Who else?" in truth, he was a bit nervous. He wasn't sure if Letty was gonna be here, and he didn't want to ruin Mia's day with a fight or anything. Also, it should have been their father walking her, not him. Never him. He took a breath and smiled. "You ready Buster?"

Leon pulled the Skyline to a stop outside his old home, his gaze taking in the house for just a moment, normally at this time of day it would be filled with cars, but it was just his, Mia's and what he presumed to be Letty's. WIth a smile he stepped out of the car and headed up to the door using the old key to let himself in. WHen he entered he found Letty not there and Mia attempting to calm down Tyler. "You look amazing"He muttered voice deep as he easily swopped Tyler from her arms, half hugging her and the little wriggling child to his chest. "Lets go get you married" He muttered, pressing a soft kiss to the top of her head, his gaze sweeping over her body, she looked absolutly amazing in a free flowing white gown.

Brian took a deep breath and looked at the arrangements. Then his gaze wandered over to his soon to be brother in law. "I am. More than ever." He let out a long breath. "Never thought this day would come. Yeay!"
"What about you? Where's your better half?"

Letty waited outside, hoping to avoid Dom. Earlier that evening, she was with Mia in her bedroom, helping her prepare for the big day. They went to pick the dress together and when Mia felt completely clueless about her hair Letty helped her to straighten and re-order it a bit.
She sat on the porch, her dark brown eyes watching the stars, asking where did the time go? How did things evolve so fast? She never thought Mia would marry Brian, hell, she never thought Mia would marry before she did. Mia was always the innocent little girl, well protected from the neighborhood bullies because of her brother's reputation. Always had the gang's back, and now she's someone's wife and mother.
A few tears dropped from her eyes, and she was happy that she didn't put much make up. She felt feminine and beautiful, but also vulnerable. She knew this was Mia's day, and intended to be extra-careful in not spoiling it for her by acting awkward infront of Dom or something. Yet, she had no idea what she was going to say to him, and she knew she couldn't avoid him 'till the end of the event. This was nothing like their other ridiculous fights, this was real. Too real for her to know how to handle it.

Mia smiled over at Leon as he entered the house, looking handsome in his checkered shirt and tailored trousours, she watched as he easily took Tyler from her arms, soothing him with gentle rocking motions, her eyes welled at the sight in front of her, licking her lips she stepped forward and kissed his cheek.
"Im gonna go grab Letty and then we can go" SHe whispered, her ivory dress flowing behind her. She found Letty sitting on the back stairs of the house, she bit her lip looking down at her friend.
"You ready"

The black haired Latina sat on the back porch, her sharp eyes locked on the horizon - seeing the sun already beginning to set. It was the most beautiful time of the day, just when the skies started to slowly blacken, and freed souls would roam into the streets, using gas and betting to make their lives less miserable.
It used to be her way of life, but not this evening. This evening she was attending a wedding, Mia and Brian's wedding. It was almost unbelievably, and Letty still felt like asking someone to pinch her so she'd see it really wasn't a dream. Suddenly, she heard the steps of heels on a wooden floor. Assuming it was Mia, she turned to see the bride-to-be standing over her.
"You ready?" Mia asked, with the excitement very poorly hidden in her voice. "Hell yeah, lets do this thing!" Letty called out cheerfully and they walked into the house. In her heart, she was still praying not to see Dom for as long as possible.

Faye laughed, sometimes Jack really did need to pay attention to his brother, lucky for her she had seen the place and been there so she knew where they were going, she shot him a look, rolling her eyes, at least one of them did.
"Its just of the highway," She stated with a smile "Bout a five miles up the road from our spot"
