Faye heaved in a soft breath, oh just great, she’d be lucky if she got him of an any of those, licking her lips she turned her gaze towards Brian “Id like to speak to my client, alone please” She waited for the woman to leave the room before her gaze turning towards Brian.
“Brian I need to know everything that happened okay, from what you did before you were arrested to getting here, they had to slip up somewhere”

His eyelids were so heavy and his stomach was still threatening to spill and now Faye wanted him to tell a story this long. The wrecked car proofed everything so there was no use in denying it. "We got drunk and wanted to race." As if it was normal he added. "I needed a good car and well. Somehow ended up with cops on my ass and that young one rammed into me." He leaned in closer. "They got Jack, too, didn't they?" Returning to a normal tone he briefly fought against nausea again. "Oh, I'll never drink this much again. The young, cute cop was aweful, tied my hands in front, came to close, I took her gun but gave her her gun back with the magazine and walked away. She picked it up and shot me." He turned and tried to lean his head against her shoulder. "She shot me. That hurts, Faye."

Faye furrowed her brow vowing to kill Jack when this was all said and done, she;d kill Brian to if she didn’t know for a fact Mia would do it for her. Licking her lips she sighed, resting her head against his for only a moment.
“Wait, Bri did she read your rights…Brian this is important did the cop, either of them read you your rights?” She questioned with a raised brow, dark eyes wide as she looked at Brian, if they hadn’t, then maybe she could work it.

"Bucket." He leaned forward so his pants would at least not get the aweful smell of vomit on them. Brian jumped up from the chair with his hands behind his back and ran to the plastic trash can in the corner. Against all odds he felt better as soon as he reached it and turned around with a hint of as smile. "No, they didn't. Neither one of them." He gave the cop a triumphant look. Why didn't he think of that.

She frowned, she had figured that Missy had at least read the guy his rights. Groaning she rubbed her face, the chief was going to have a field day with this, but if nothing else the resisting arrest would stick. The guy would get a slap on the wrist but he'd be sitting pretty in the station house at least until he sobered up.
"Wonderful Missy, absolutely wonderful."

Faye rose a brow as she watched Brian run across the room only to turn and grin at her, she didn’t find none of this fun, nor amusing, so what the freaking hell was he smiling about. Dark eyes went wide with triumph, laughing softly she turned her gaze towards the cop, “So my client was arrested and not read his rights, look like this station is just rife with cops who don’t know how to do their job”
Licking her lips she gestured for Brian to sit down once more before turning dark eyes back to the cop, “Way I see it you slap him on the wrist and release him, all charges dropped, I doubt your boss is going to appreciates a cops who don’t read suspects their rights”

The way she was putting them into their place impressed Brian and he wasn't glad he didn't get the earful right now or the one that his brother would receive later. Yet it sounded very tough and sexy and he basically wanted to shout 'hell yeah!'.
Brian followed her orders and sat down with a smirk still on his face. Carefully he leaned a little towards Faye and added. "Plus the rookie shot me."

Faye slowly turned her gaze towards Brian, one slender arched brow rose ever so slightly, so it had been the rookie who had shot him, normally given the situation it wouldn’t have been anything, a rookie had shot a suspect fleeing arrest but because there technically had been no arrest….oh perfect. Licking her lips she returned her gaze towards the officer, a breath leaving her lips.
“My Client feared for his life when a police officer both tried to arrest him and pointed a gun at him, now my client is handcuffed, doesn’t know he’s being arrested or why, and a rookie cop shoots him, so tell me officer are we going to make this simple, or are we going to have to get your supervisor in here”
