Why was Jack so stupid to call out with the guard out here. Had to be the alcohol.
The shot however made Brian sober up faster than he wanted to. His heart skipped a beat but his brother didn't drop to the ground, no he was actually making a dash across the yard. That meant Brian had to get moving as well and on top of the cars he was an easy target for the guard, so he slipped off the car and ducked behind it.
The guard dogs however had very good ears and knew where he was so soon enough he was sprinting across the yard with dog large dog only steps behind him. "Open the car, open the fucking car!" He yelled at his brother on top of his lungs. Brian knew he didn't stand a chance against the large dogs on a straight stretch so he actually chose to slide over a few hoods and run in circles around the cars towards the Mazda. Next thing he knew a windshield shattered not too far away from him.
Who had this stupid idea again?

Jack pressed the button on the clicker, the lights of the Mazda blinking twice as it unlocked not far from his brother. "Catch!" He yelled, tossing the keys toward Brian. To hell with that fucking RX, to hell with those damned dogs, and to hell with that trigger happy security guard.
Leaping up on to a car parked near the wall, he didn't miss a beat taking a running jump over the roof and grabbed on to the ledge. Another shot rang through the air as he pulled himself up, the bullet grazing his leg before it lodged itself in to a brick. Pushing himself off of the wall quickly, he winced barely when he landed on the hard pavement underneath. Would have been less painful with a car shortening the drop down, but than.. who cared with the adrenaline rushing through his system.
He moved himself back up to a standing position as his hand reached for his leg, and when it came back with blood he laughed while his head dropped back against the wall. "Oh shit.." He muttered, grinning widely while he let out a breath. A little further up and to the right, and he actually would have been shot in his ass. Which reminded him..
His attention got drawn up when he heard the dogs barking behind the wall, the guard yelling, and did he hear an engine come to life there? "Good luck, bro." He chuckled before he pushed himself to move, jogging toward where the Evo oughta be parked.. he hoped.

While he was running for his life around the cars or at least for his skin Jack had the awesome idea to toss him the keys in the dark. So instead of paying attention to obstacles and the dogs he now had to find the damn keys that had landed in the dirt near him. Brian could beleive his brother really left him alone when he dissapeared over the wall.
His hand reached down and picked them up out of the dirt when one of the dogs caught up to him and sank his teeth right into the back of his pants. As soon as he felt the dogs paw on his leg Brian flipped over and managed to get almost only his jeans and boxers torn by the damn dog. His shoe was planted right on the animals tender nose giving him enough time to back shuffle away from the beast and get back onto his feet. The second dog now leaped for him but Brian jumped away and ran for his life.
At least with the dogs so close the guard didn't shoot at him...he thought until a couple of pellets hit the ground right in front of him.
A second later Brian slid into the nearby car through the passenger side door, pulled in his head when the back window shattered and pushed the key in the ignition.
Drunk as he was he aimed right for the guard, who jumped out of the way and then his eyes narrowed. The damn gate was closed. What a shame-a moment later it was flattened out by the front of the Mazda and the Mazda received a couple of really ugly dents and scratches.
Around the corner he saw the Evo pulling onto the road and the guard , who ran after him, taking one last shot, which took out the Evos tail lights and perforated its plates. Like a loony Brian laughed and cheered at the sight.

His head snapped toward the rear of the Evo when all hell seemed to rain down against the trunk. Oh hell no.. The car had only been back to it's usual full glory for a few short weeks, and now it was being turned in to fucking swish cheese!
He turned his attention sideways as he aggressively revved the engine, his expression turning from pissed off to much, much worse..'I'm gonna kill you.' He mouthed toward his maniacally laughing brother before he released the clutch and floored the gas, the tires screeching and smoking as the Evo lurched forward. He wasn't gonna sit around and wait for another buck shot up his baby's ass.
"Come on, brother! Show me what you got!" He yelled through the open window while his eyes fixated on the RX 7 behind him through the rear view mirror. Brian had his fast car, well.. he had Mr. whatshisface's fast car, they both had enough alcohol in their systems to rid them of any sense of.. pretty much anything and everything. It was time to go full out, and full on against each other on the tarmac for a change, instead of using their fists like they tended to do from time to time.

The mad expression on Jacks face edged Brian on to floor it as well. It was time for a little display of precision driving. The RX7 felt incredible compared to what Brian had been driving lately. The power seemed to flow right through his body. His eyes were now fixed on Jack's car when he geared down and pulled up next to him, looked over and then pushed the gas pedal all the way down taking the lead. Right in front of Jack he took a sharp right turn into a pretty narrow street with lots of cars parked on either side. In the rear view mirror he saw Jack follow him. Even though the movement of the car made his head spin slightly he lost all fear and inhibitions due to the massive amount of shots he had downed before.
With two headlights coming towards then it was impossible for Jack to get in front right now.

Jack let out a laugh as he followed his brother down the narrow street, oncoming traffic keeping him from passing by right away. "Come on, bro. That all you got! You gotta do better than that to keep me behind you!" His foot pressed lightly down on the gas and the Evo moved forward, keeping nothing but an inch between his front and his brother's rear bumper as he tailgated, practically crawling up the RX's ass. He only needed to bide his time..
Nearing the end of the street, he shifted down, the needle on the tachometer shooting up as the engine roared. "Almost there.." He mumbled to himself, before gunning the engine completely when the intersection was reached. The Evo flew by the RX with ease and took a skidding turn to the right, cutting the Mazda off in the process before joining the more crowded main street. Now this was where the real rush laid, moving obstacles, tight spaces.. and hopefully no cops.
"Hell yeah!" He cheered, shifting up as the Evo weaved through traffic, passing car after car while the needle on the speedometer still climbed. He kept his eyes on the RX through his mirrors, his heart pumping the adrenaline through his veins as a wide grin spread over his face. The high speeds, stupid stunts and most likely imminent death if one small mistake was made.. If anything, he ate, slept and breathed it all.

Even if Brian wouldn't admit it to his brothers face the guy had brushed up on his driving skills. Brian harboured something like admiration somewhere deep down inside. For a minute or two he followed Jack in the distance of a few feet, then decided to change it up a bit by passing cars on the right side when suddenly an SUV pulled out from a small street on the right. Brian slammed on the breaks, the ABS kicked in but in less than a second he would crash right into the SUVs side. "Fuck." he cursed and eased off the break. Instead he turned the vehicles side against the SUVs side, grazed him lightly and sped off into the alleyway the SUV had come out off.
Damn driver! Now he'd loosed against his brother. But Brian wasn't ready to give up yet. The race had only started. He took the next possible left turn and sped up as much as he could. Turn by turn and parallel street by parallel street he continued to race Jack.

Jack turned his attention on his rear view mirror once more and laughed when he saw the RX luck out against a SUV. Now that wasn't any way to.. His brow furrowed watching his brother speed off into the alley. Right..
"Where the hell are you going, bro." He mumbled, snorting when he turned his attention back on the road ahead. His eyes widened for a moment, and he cursed under his breath as he yanked the wheel to the left, the Evo missing the rear bumper of a Taurus by not much more than a hair. Christ, he needed to pay more attention to what he was doing in stead of what Brian was doing if he didn't want to end as roadkill, or worse.. in the hospital. And yet he couldn't help but laugh though, as there was nothing like this rush of adrenaline apart from maybe good sex.. or good sex whilst driving at a suicidal speed..
Reaching another intersection, he briefly pulled up the e-brake while he pulled the steer to the right, throwing the Evo in to a drifting turn before flooring the gas once more when he saw his brother sliding out of the alley a little ways ahead of him. Moving the Evo up next to the RX, holding the same speed and keeping the cars driving parallel to each other, he raised his eyebrows with a wide grin on his face as he looked sideways at his brother.
"Having fun yet!" He yelled through the open passenger's window, his eyes moving briefly ahead of him before they turned back on Brian. "Where's the finish line gonna be? Can't win no race without one, bro!" That, and he was getting a little hungry, making a fucking McDonald's or something alike quite welcome.

Brian saw Jack wild maneuver out of the corner of his eye. He had a hard time concentrating with all the booze in his system. "More than fun." He yelled back with his face beaming. What a feeling to finally be back behind the wheel of a decent car, that responded the way he expected it to...maybe even a little better. "The docks, bro. The finish line is the old railroad."
Brian saluted Jack and wanted to speed off when he felt an unpleasant tingle on the back of leg. Irritated he eased of the gas when he remembered the rottweiler and frowned. "Damn dog." Jack was now almost ahead of him.
In Brian's lane a car was backing up to park forcing Brian to either slow down or- he geared down, swung over into Jacks lane and zoomed ahead. The move however forced Jack to slow down or bump into him.

Jack furrowed his brow for a moment before he replaced it with a grin just as easily. Fuck it. If Brian thought he was going to slow down now, he had another thing coming. Right now the Evo's well being was the last thing on his mind, especially with the ass of the poor car already shot to bits.
"Hold on, bro. It's gonna be a rocky ride in just a few seconds." He mumbled as he shifted gears, picking up speed as he aimed for the left side of his brother's rear bumper. His grin widened as both the bumpers connected, pushing the RX forward before forcing it to start sliding sideways to the right. As soon as the RX was out of his way, he gunned the engine further, and the sight on Brian's face alone was worth the few scrapes and dents on his baby when he passed holding his middle finger up. Nobody said anything about rules, did they? Now if only he could remember which way the damned docks were..

The way the RX skidded and slid on the tarmac made Brian feel pretty uneasy. Since when did his brother play so dirty? When he saw Jacks finger on top of his senaking suspicion that he had bumped into Brian on purpose he was pissed. The gloves were off now. As soon as he had the car under control again he yelled. "You dirty bastard!"
To his surprise Jack took a left turn which made Brian wonder where the hell he was going now. He decided to stay on the straight road and gunned it. A few streets down he turned right towards the docks. Whereever Jack was going Brian would be at the docks first. Suddenly a red light came on...he was running on empty. 'Smack' his fist hit the dashboard.

Jack couldn't help his continuous chuckle as he watched the RX struggle to regain control in his rear view mirror. Whether it was the alcohol in his system, or something else.. who fucking cared, he was just giddy as hell and loving every second of it.
Taking a sharp left turn, his brow furrowed slightly. He was headed straight to downtown if he read the signs correctly. Now that wasn't right, was it..?
"Fuck!" He cursed under his breath while he pulled the e-brake once more, turning the wheel as the Evo skidded through a less then perfect U-turn. He had been ahead of his brother, but now he'd be lucky if he wouldn't be hearing for weeks, months.. maybe even the rest of his life, how Brian had 'smoked' his ass. Bastard was just lucky this time..
He pushed the engine once more, shifting through gears as the Evo ran a red light and shot over the intersection, every honk, every screech of tires and every startled scream ignored. He could already picture that stupid wide ass grin on Brian's before he'd even reached the damned docks, and he was not going to be a happy camper after this.

For a brief moment Brian contemplated stopping at a gas station but he figured he still had about 15 minutes worth of gas and since Jack had taken a wrong turn this race was looking pretty damn good for Brian.
Heading straight for a while he could slowly feel the first jolt of adrenalin wear off and the alcohol take over. His reaction was slower than usually when he manuvered his way through the cars on the road.
Jack would soon run into a little more trouble than taking the wrong turn as well. Suddenly the too familar sound and light sounded behind the EVO. "This is the LAPD, pull over the vehicle."
(I figured you could use some more obstacles;-)

Jack turned his eyes on his rear view mirror, and he could only snort at his company. He should have known those pigs would show up sooner or later. Didn't mean they should ruin the fun though.. He turned his attention back on the road, shifting gears as he sifted passed other cars. Fucking hell, where were those goddamned docks, and where the hell was his.. "Shit." He cursed under his breath, seeing the RX driving further up ahead of him before he looked in his rear view mirror again. He still had the blue and reds on his tail, big surprise there! "Come on, bro. Drive!" He yelled as he flashed his bright lights over and over again, hoping Brian would get the hint sooner, rather than later. If his brother didn't get the even less subtle hint from the flashing lights and sirens behind him that was. He wasn't looking forward to spending a night in jail, probably more than one, or even worse.. have his driver's license revoked and the Evo impounded. (And now it's your obstacle, too

Just when the gas light started blinking Brian saw bright lights in his rear view mirror. Great. His brother had caught up to him. "Yeah, I see you!" He growled. Wonderful, if he was SOL his brother would make it to the docks first even though he had taken a wrong turn. "Stop flashing your fucking lights!" Brian stepped on the breaks briefly connecting with Jacks front bumper. Again he sped up and suddenly spotted the cops behind Jack in the rear view mirror. "Fuck!" His head whirled around to make sure he saw that right. He motioned for Jack to move over to the left and he moved slightly right. They had to break away and get at least one of them off the hook.

Jack gritted his teeth when he saw the break lights on the RX flash, it's rear bumper connecting with his front only a moment later. He knew his brother was a blondie, and had a couple too many, but come on!
"What the hell are you doing, man! Are you fucking blind?" He yelled as he pulled up next to Brian. He pointed his thumb over his shoulder, just in case the moron still hadn't seen it. "There's fucking cops, bro. You forgot how to drive or something?!"
His eyes flashed back in front of him, cursing as he brought the Evo side mirror to side mirror with the RX, barely avoiding a head-on collision with an oncoming car. Too bad his left side mirror didn't make it.. Oh holy hell, if he kept this up there wouldn't be much left of the Evo after this, if he still had the Evo after this.

By now the cops had figured out that the guy wasn't going to stop and that there were more. So they radioed for back up. When the two split up the car kept following the Evo.
Brian smirked. At least they didn't care about catching him. But he knew the place would be swarming soon and if he didn't act his brother might be screwed even though he was probably good enough to get away.
Brian slowed down and watched Jack speed in the opposite direction with the cops on his tail. "Damn." He bit his lip, grabbed the e brake and pulled as hard as he could while turning the wheel. The cars back slid around the front tires and almost against an oncoming car. Brian released the brake and pressed the gas down just enough to straighten out the car.
He shot back across the intersection and followed the cop car. "C'mon, Jack. Work with me."

Son of a bitch.. His eyes moved up to his rear view mirror once more, only to conclude the cop car was still on his ass. Not that he was all that surprised if he was truly honest, it was just his shit ass luck.
"Why me?! I'm not the one driving a fucking stolen car!" He growled while his foot pressed the gas down further as the Evo slalomed through the moving traffic. He had no desire to become Big Bubba's next plaything, and with the offenses he had already collected in the last.. maybe two minutes, it was exactly where he was headed if the pigs caught him.
"Oh, you gotta be shitting me. Already?!" He muttered when he saw a second cop car heading straight toward him. His jaws tensed as he shifted down and pulled at the steer. The Evo skidded in to a left turn, shooting by close in front of an eighteen wheeler, the truck nicking the car's rear and destroying the only working tail light he had left in the process. He could, and probably would cry later..
Looking in the rear view mirror again, he smiled slightly as he watched both squad cars fail to take the same turn. "Thank you, truck." He mumbled as he shifted up, speeding up.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
"This is unit one-zero-five to dispatch, what were the plates on that stolen Mazda RX again?" ... " Got it." Red and blues turned on as the cop car shot out of the side street and pulled on to the main little ways behind the RX.

Before Brian even could jump into action to distract the cops a second patrol car showed up. "Wow,you guys were in the area!" He stated grimmly and decided that it was time to get rid of one of the cop cars at least. The ex-cop pulled the same trick, that Jack had done to him a few minutes ago, and bump into the left rear side of the patrol car in front of him and kept speeding up to spin the cop off the road. The move worked and the patrol car shot onto the sidewalk making pedestrians jump out of the way with loud screams.
Suddenly Jack was gone and Brian found himself stuck between two blue and red sets of lights. His head whirled around. "Where the heck did you come from?" The spinning motion made his drunk mind loose orientation and he accidentally headed into the opposite lane. Honking and flashing made it hard to concentrate on not hitting any of the oncoming cars but at least it slowed the cops down.

His eyes remained on his rear view mirror a moment longer before he shrugged. Neither one of the cop cars was following him, which left only one thing.. He was hungry, damned hungry judging by how his stomach growled at him over the roar of the engine.
"Screw the docks.." He mumbled to himself as he pulled at the wheel, the Evo skidding in to a random side street. This city had a fast food place on just about every other corner, didn't it? He was bound to run in to one preferably sooner, rather than later.
His face lit up in to a wide smile, one he blamed on the amount of alcohol in his system, when a McD's sign loomed up at the side of the street. Wouldn't be long now before he had his hands on a, yes! A happy meal! He was a sucker for those damned toys.. and that too he blamed on the alcohol in his system.
--------------------------------------------------
The cop behind the wheel furrowed his brow at the antics of the stolen RX driving in front of him. Either the driver was suicidal, or.. The man shook his head as he reached for the radio on his dash, calling for more back-up as he kept the squad car driving on the right lane little ways behind the Mazda. Right now he couldn't do much else, not unless they reached less crowded streets if he wanted to keep the damage and casualties to a minimum.
