Downtown Los Angeles. 4 am.For the third time in 5 minutes he checked his watch. Time seemed to pass very slowly when you're nervous as hell. From a distance Brian O'Conner looked calm, geared up ready for combat in his camouflage pants, black shirt with a bullett proof vest over top and the mask rolled up sitting on top of his head. Across his chest hung the belt of a rifle which he carried on his back and his pockets were buldging because they were filled with smoke bombs. Another look at his watch told him that only 3 minutes had passed and he was still a couple early. So he threw a glance at the dark warehouse behind him where the cars for the ambush were supposed to be if Vince had done his job well.

Leon left his car back at Mia's place, deciding he would rather walk to the warehouse, it wasn't far, and he could use the time to think. He checked in with his sister the night before and she had once again promised that if the time came he was at home in Miami with her the entire time, she had asked why of course, he didn't want her lying to the police and he prayed the time never came for her to have to. He had simply told her he was helping out a friend from a tight spot and that he loved her. He let out a breath, as he walked down the street, he knew he was doing this for Dom, he had taken him in when he had first came to LA, it was time to repay the favor. But he was doing this for Mia and Letty, he coudl still see the pain on their faces, it was time they had their family back, whole and hopefully in one peace. He finally turned the corner and with a small and unnoticeable movement checked to make sure he small semi automatic handgun, he knew it was there could feel the cold metal on the small of his back, and he prayed he wouldn't have to use it. He lifted his gaze and saw Brian, he smiled slightly as he made his way over to him. "And here was me expectin to be the first one"

Brian slapped him on the shoulder and hugged him friendly. He was releived to see Leon. This way he wouldn't have to wait alone anymore and would be able to deal with his nerves better. He handed Leon one of the bullett proof vests he had brought and nodded. "Are you ready for this?" Brian patted his own vest and said. "I am. Let's hope the others are on time." In reality he wanted to say. 'Let's hope the others show up.' but didn't dare to.

Leon quickly placed the bullet proof vest on before sliding his jacket over the top, it felt good to have it there almost as good as his gun. He smiled over at Brian, he could see the nervousness in his gesture in his voice as he spoke.
"Im good, be better when we get this show on the road"he admitted

When the alarm went off again at the clearly far too early hour, Jack groaned in disapproval. That was the second time it went off after he had put it on snooze. The sun wasn't even blasting through the windows yet and his first instinct was to smash the damn noise maker once and for all, roll over and go back to sleep... Until he finally remembered why the alarm was blearing so early in the first place. The heist was today. With a jolt he sat up and quickly got out of bed, suddenly wide awake and cursing under his breath while he slipped on the first clothes he could find that would fit best for the occasion. With two steps at a time, he made his way down the stairs and in to the kitchen, hoping to find his brother to still be there. "Fuck!" The kitchen was empty, hell, the whole house was quiet. Brian had to be already gone. Cursing his own stupidity he grabbed his usual belongings together, keys, a lighter and a pack of smokes, before he left the house in a fast pace, only taking seconds before it went over in a fast jog. He had no idea what time it was and hadn't bothered to check it on any clock. If he was late, Brian would kill him and Jack wouldn't even blame him for it. Not this time. After what seemed to be forever, he reached the warehouse they were supposed to meet at. He slowed his pace until finally stopping in front of Leon and Brian. "Am I late? I'm not late.. Am I?" He bent over, leaning the palms of his hands on his knees to catch his breath. He really did needed to quit smoking. Not that he was in a bad shape, especially considering he had been jogging the whole way, but still, panting like a little bitch wasn't something he liked doing. After a couple of seconds, he checked his watch and let out a sigh of relieve. He actually wasn't late for a change.

When Brian saw his brothers lanky figure running down the sidewalk he first thought something was wrong. His shoulders tensed up. But Jack wasn't looking around for anybody, who might be following him. he was checking his watch and asked whether he was late. The older O'Conner breathed out a sigh of releif and shook his head laughing. "No, man. For once you're actually early. It must the first time in your whole life." He clapped him on the shoulder. It was good to have him on board. Brian handed him a vest as well.

Brian looked them both up and down checking their clothes and for weapons. "What did you bring?" He asked Leon and he didn't mean a pack of chewing gum while he rumaged around in his backpack in search of a gun for Jack. "It's the same kind you used the other night. But it's got real shells this time." When he handed it over to him he didn't let go but looked his brother in the eye. "Don't use it until you have to. Killing somebody will end you up in jail for life."

"Just out of curiousity-have you ever?" he wondered. Brian had always seen leon as the laid back relaxed guy who wouldn't necessarily shoot somebody. Another glance at his watch told him it was time for the others to show up. "Where's Vince? We'll pick up Letty on the way but Vince should be here now."

Leon looked over at Brian, he knew what he was asking, didnt need to have him actually ask it. He dropped his hands pushing them into the pockets of his jeans.
"Yea"He nodded his head stiffly, it wasnt something he liked talking about, or remembering but he knew if he had ever been put in the same situation he would do it again in a heart beat.
"Vince, is Vince, he'll be here" he said, but he looked down at his watch, Vince was never normally late, not for something important

After he took the vest from Brian and had put it on, Jack nodded his own greeting to Leon. The guy must have thought he was crazy for wanting to help bust out a total stranger, but what could he say. He had his brothers back all the way to hell if necessary and than of course there was the kick of it all. It didn't get any 'better' than this and excitement was already crawling under his skin at this early hour.
When Brian handed him the gun with the added comment, he was about to roll his eyes but refrained from it when he saw the serious look in his brother eyes. Instead he nodded and gave him a smirk. "Yeah I know. Don't worry, I happen to like my ass-virginity. Won't be pulling the trigger on anyone unless I really have to." He was grateful for the life ammo though. Unlike at the warehouse where those stupid rubber bullets had led up to a slight concussion and a broken hand. The whole incident still made him feel like an ass for letting it get that far.
He shoved the gun in his waistband after Brian released it and pulled his shirt over it. He guessed now all there was left was waiting for the party to start and in silence, he watched Leon and Brian exchange some words. There wasn't much else he could do at the moment.

While they were waiting for Vince to arrive Brian eyed his brother. The cast was gone so either he had cut it off himself or actually went to a doctor. He stepped a little closer and lowered his voice. "Are you okay with this? How's the hand?" Brian needed to be sure that Jack wasn't a risk factor. Plus he had a weird gutt feeling and still wasn't sure that bringing his younger sibling on board was an idea that could win him a smartness award.

Jack furrowed his brow at Brian's words and lowered his own voice in return. "What? Are you starting this on me, again?" He shook his head, raising the previously casted hand up to eye level and in front of his brother's face while he wiggled his fingers. "Tada. It's fine, see? Guess I'll still be able to play those tunes huh?" He shot Brian a half-assed smile while he ignored the slightly dull aching. Hell, what could he expect after taking the cast off a couple of weeks early. When the worried look on his brother's face didn't seem to ease up, he sighed and clapped him on the shoulder with his other hand. "Don't worry, bro. Things are gonna be fine." Damn. Exactly how many times had he said those words the last couple of days?

Jack's words did exactly the opposite of what the were supposed to do. His 'Don't worry' usually turned into a disaster. The cop raised his hands up and said. "Don't even give me that. I don't want to hear it." He pointed at him. "Just make sure it's true." With a look at Jack's hand he smirked and remarked "I think you learned your lesson." while he wiggled his own hand. Brian was worried but not that Jack might screw up again or not take it seriously but that this might be a few numbers to big for him. Nevertheless he was sure Jack would do his best. So Brian pulled his younger sibling into a hug and clapped him on the shoulder. "I got your back and you got mine."

Vince blinked slowly, wondering why the hell he was so cold...and why his neck felt like someone had shoved an ice-pick into his neck. Blinking, he tried to sit up only to find...he was already sitting up. Rubbing his face, he looked at the unfamiliar dashboard in front of him, his sleep-fogged brain trying to figure out where the hell he was. Now, he wasn't unfamiliar with waking up in strange beds, but strange car was a new one, even for him. Then it all hit him, where he was, what he was doing...or what he was supposed to be doing. A loud trail of curses spilled from his lips as he scrambled out, nearly falling on his face before making it upright. There'd been a problem with delivery on the cars, meaning they hadn't shown up until late in the evening before. With so much riding on them, he'd wanted to give them a once over before the big day, and by the time he'd finished, it had been pretty damn late. He'd sat down to rest for a few seconds before heading back to his apartment - or so he thought. Luckily he'd been storing all his stuff at the warehouse anyway, so a frantic scramble later, and he was good to go. Even if he felt like an idiot dressed head to tow in black - black jeans, plain black t-shirt, black zip-up jacket. Rubbing his hands though his messy brown hair, he hauled open the door only to find Brian, Leon and Jack already waiting outside. :ey guys, ready to move?" He grinned, gesturing for them to come inside. "Meet your new ladies," he added.

His focus was on the road that led up to the warehouse. So when the door behind them was opened Brian spun around nervously and was ready to draw his gun. As soon as he realized what just happened he sighed and relaxed. "Holy shit, am i ever on edge." He mumbled to himself. With fast steps he closed the distance to the warehouse and gave Vince a friendly handshake. He didn't pay too much attention to the older guys appearance at first because the three babies behind him had his full attention. Brian circled them, checking out model and make, tires and paint to make sure they weren't too 'attractive'. "You looked them over?" His eyes fell on Vince and noticed his messy hair and wrinkled shirt. "Or did somebody look you over?"

Leon looked up to see Vince comeing out of the warehouse, he laughed shaking his head in amusment.
"You spend your night with your new lady, Coyote?"He questioned walking over towards him, clapping his hand on his back.
"Good to see ya man"

He motioned for Leon and Jack to get into a car each. "Your pick." With a glance at his watch he added. "We got to get moving, boys. The bus won't be waiting for us." Brian had checked the records again the day before to make sure the transfer hadn't be postponed and who was on the bus. He handed the other pictures of three low key criminals, he had chosen. "These are the other guys we're going to spring."

Leon glanced down at the pictures quickly commiting them to memory, before he to eyed the cars, they were good, nothing to flash, they wouldnt look out of place, and would be hard to find if anything went wrong.
He ran fingers over the paint work, and nodded his head "This ones mine"He stated, leaning agasint it
