It was easier than expected to get his stubborn brother to sit in the wheelchair. The guy had to feel under the weather and that cute little glare didn't faze Brian. Of course the surrender didn't last long. As soon as they entered the elevator Jack was out of the chair like a stubborn little child. Knowing that the only thing, that would sit him back down, would be a fist to the nose, brian simply shrugged and let him do his thing.
Outside Brian, who slowly walked by his brothers side, spotted a patrol car. Trying not to attract any unwanted attention they circled around to the other side of the parking lot when a female voice tore him out of his thoughts. When the ex-cop turned his head to see who was throwing such a tantrum his eyes fell upon the same pretty girl who had come towards them inside the hospital. The woman was going on about being stuck and the aweful bus system. Under any other circumstances he would have offered her a ride but since his brother was a walking wreck and they were practically trying to avoid any unwanted attention he simply offered her a brief smile while walking past her to the BMW he had borrowed from Cole. Was it just a coincidence that she was out here as well? Was Brian being paranoid? For some reason the way she looked at both of them was giving him an add vibe, so he sped up his pace. "C'mon, Jack. Hurry up." He opened the passenger door for the younger sibling and impatienly waited for him to move his sore bones inside while casting a glance back at the brunette.
